Priscilla is the founder of Next Step and an experienced career mentor with over 20 years in Human Resources. Priscilla reached the position of HR Manager in a Fortune 100 company in the United States, leading HR for multiple manufacturing sites: a space still largely male-dominated.
As a Brazilian, a woman, and an immigrant, she overcame significant challenges that shaped her deep understanding of what truly drives career growth.
Through international certifications, two master’s degrees, and years of mentoring professionals across industries, Priscilla now helps others grow faster and position themselves for the roles and salaries they deserve. Her work focuses on strategic positioning, relational intelligence, and building the mindset needed to succeed in competitive environments.
