Every once in a while, we like to give the opportunity to highlight the incredible work of other immigrants that have been dedicating their professional lives to supporting entrepreneurs and this amazing ecosystem we are part of.
On today’s episode, we’re joined by a guest who has truly embraced the journey of building a new life from the ground up in Canada. Moving here in 2018, Mustafa started his adventure in the charming town of Kingston, before making the leap to Toronto.
Through volunteering, networking, and creating meaningful connections, he found his way in this vibrant city, thriving both professionally and personally. Currently, he serves as the Marketing Manager for TBDC, one of Toronto’s Training & Startup Incubator, where he supports entrepreneurs on their paths to success.
Beyond his work, he’s also a dedicated food and travel blogger, sharing Toronto’s best hidden gems and culinary spots, and he gives back to the community through volunteering with Rotary.

Are You A Charlotte?
In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
