The Dalai Lama said “we'll never see peace in the outer world until we have peace within ourselves”
So as we face rising global unrest, one of the most powerful things we can do is continue not only to show up and take the actions we are called to take to contribute to change, but do the inner work to embody the peace we want to see in the world.
