In this episode, I take you back to a mini career class I held online sharing the top 4 ways to discover your strengths.

Knowing your strengths is one of the sure fire ways to ensure you are on the right track in your career. They hold a clue to finding your calling, as when you know what your strengths, talents and gifts are, you can more easily identify ways to express them in your work. Which will make you feel happier and more fulfilled.

Identifying your strengths will also help build your self confidence and self belief and own what a wonderful, unique being you are with so much to offer!

I share once again from my own personal experience about a time I felt lost and stuck in my career, and the advice I gave myself that helped me move forward.

Please leave a comment, review or share if you enjoy the show. Your feedback means so much to me.
