This guided progressive muscle relaxation meditation invites participants to progressively tense and then release different muscle groups in the body. Starting from the head and moving down to the feet, each area is gently tightened while breathing in, then fully relaxed with a slow exhale. The practice helps to bring awareness to areas of tension, using the breath to facilitate deep relaxation and release. By the end, participants will feel more grounded, calm, and deeply relaxed.
