SPEAKER_00 (00:02):
So welcome back to the podcast.
I'm super excited to have myreally good friends Holly and
Steph here with me today.
Holly is the owner and founderof His Healing House, which was
really born out of some of yourfamily struggles, which we're
going to go into a little bithere.
And that's where I really gotinvolved with nutrition response
testing and has created thiswhole beautiful practice out of

(00:26):
it, this ministry out of it.
It's just been really fun.
And then Stephanie, I usuallycall her Steph, but we're going
to say Stephanie to be a littlebit professional here in the
beginning.
And the deep need for preventionand wellness and authentic

(00:47):
approach that is sometimesmissed when we're just treating
symptoms in Western medicine.
And so that's what led her toher journey with nutrition
response testing.
And your own health strugglestoo, right, Steph?
Yes.
Yeah.
So thank you.
Welcome you guys.
I'm so happy to have you guyshere.
I just love you guys.

(01:08):
So, Holly, just take me back tolike when his healing house was
born.
Like, what was that like?

SPEAKER_02 (01:14):
Yeah.
Well, let me see.
How far back?
It was born a year ago, but Iwould say that it really was
kind of like you said, it wasborn out of my own health
journey in my family's health uh18 years ago.
So I need to start there becauseit really leads into my mission
and my passion and everythingthat I love doing.

(01:35):
So I have four beautifulchildren, and two of my four
kids had serious complex andmedical issues.
And um the good news is they'redoing well today.
But um, when my son was 18months old, he was diagnosed
with a rare spine defect thatwas causing his spine to
collapse into his chest cavity.
And as a result, he had numeroussurgeries.

(01:55):
He was in the hospital everythree months with surgeries
trying to get room for his heartand lungs to grow.
Um, I love his doctors, hissurgeons, that the team that we
had, they saved his life and itwas a blessing.
Um, but it definitely was ajourney and a road, and um, it
was really hard for a long time.
It wasn't life-threateninganymore after about 10 years,
but then he had a uh high riskfor paralysis.

(02:18):
So we continued in that umtreatment plan until his last
surgery was in 2020.
And in 2020, he had a majorsurgery and it was successful,
and so now he's off at collegeand living his best life and
doing all the things.
But amazing, as a mom, yeah, asa mom, I lived in the hospital
with him, and then I had myyoungest, who is now 15, and she

(02:41):
was born missing her rightcerebellum.
And um her prognose, her firstsurgery, brain surgery was the
day she was born.
And then she has had eight brainsurgeries in her short little
life, and she's doing well too.
She, but she is globallydevelopmentally delayed, she's
vision impaired, but she's justa joy and a little she's like uh

(03:03):
she thinks she runs the show athis healing house, and I I love
it.
So, but both of them, we livedin the hospital, my own health.
I didn't have time to take careof myself, and I kind of was
that mom trying to figure outnot just to keep my kids alive,
but once it wasn'tlife-threatening anymore, how to
help them thrive.
And I their digestive issueswere a mess, they had so much

(03:25):
metal and toxic chemicalexposure, just everything that
they had been through with somany surgeries is where uh I
started learning in more umholistic things and getting my
family healthy.
So I lost a lot of weight myselfduring that time, so much
stress.
And in uh 2014, I lost 85 poundsand I've kept it off, and I

(03:47):
really got passionate abouthelping people either prevent um
some of the things I wentthrough or walk alongside people
who are dealing with things umfrom a holistic standpoint.
So yeah, a year ago I worked ata clinic that provided nutrition
response testing, and I reallyfelt we're faith-based at his
healing house.
I really felt like God's saying, you know, Holly, time to go

(04:08):
build your own business.
You've spent time building otherpeople's, and it's time for you.
And I asked Steph to join mebecause Steph and I have been
friends for a really long time.
And um, and then she said yes,and she joined me, and then
we've just been um I we seemiracles every day.
It's just uh such a blessing.

unknown (04:24):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_00 (04:25):
So that's how I got started.
So, Steph, a year ago, were youtrained in nutrition response
testing, or were you stillworking as a physician's
assistant?

SPEAKER_01 (04:34):
Yes, um, a little bit of both.
I was doing a little bit ofboth.
So I worked um as a physicianassistant in emergency medicines
and urgent cares for over 20years.
Um, it was more part-time overthe last um 12 years because I'm
homeschooled.
Yeah.
Um my girls growing up.
Um but um where was I going?

SPEAKER_02 (04:58):
We got you in energy.
Yes, thank you.

SPEAKER_01 (05:01):
Um so I loved saving lives.
We saved a lot of lives, butthere was like a big, huge
shortfall with chronic pain andchronic disease, and people keep
coming back for the same issuesover and over and over again.
And and through my own chronicpain issues, you know, I worked
on diet things, which did helpsome, yeah, but it kind of made

(05:23):
me dig into more holistic stuff.
But then I developed my ownsevere thyroid condition that I
did go down western medicine andI have some regrets.
And then um, so when menopausecame and really punched me in
the face, um, Holly was workingfor someone who did nutrition
response testing, and nutritionresponse testing literally um

(05:46):
changed everything to the pointwhere that's why I'm doing what
I'm doing now.
I don't want to help otherpeople do things holistically,
um, looking at the whole body, resetting them.
Even even in the last year, likenervous system stuff has been so
life-changing for me, just beinga even just becoming aware of
like yeah, where I'm at.

SPEAKER_00 (06:07):
Yeah, thank you.
Holly's been yeah, mentoring.
So let's talk about that becausehow can nutrition response
testing help like regulate thenervous system?

SPEAKER_02 (06:19):
All right, you want me to do this one step?
Okay, okay, well, so Jen, youand I met a while ago and I knew
instantly that you just the wayour businesses were so aligned
because you know the nervoussystem so well.
Right.
And the way you communicate itand uh teach it and understand
it, I'm like, oh my gosh, we arelike-minded.

(06:39):
It's really hard to find peoplewho understand um that that
start of is your body even in aplace to heal?
Right.
Um, and it's really hard to helpfind people who really
understand and who aretrauma-informed.
And so at his healing house, wedon't just do muscle testing,
which is amazing, but we arevery trauma-informed.
And we um understand how whenthe nervous system isn't um

(07:03):
responding or it's stuck ineither fight or flight or um a
parasympathetic shutdownapproach, no matter what we do,
that is the first line ofdefense is getting the body in a
place to heal.
Obviously, in an emotionalstandpoint, that is so
important, but even in aphysical standpoint, so many
times our body can't heal yet orrelease toxins because it's

(07:24):
stuck in that fight or flight.
So that's how we um really, whatSteph was alluding to is going
deeper to, and we can test thebody.
It's so amazing.
I personally believe our body ismade in the temple of the Lord,
and so our bodies are way moreintuitive and responsive than we
give it credit.
And when we learn to align withthe Holy Spirit, listen to what

(07:45):
the body's saying, and just someof the practical things of how
to do that, it's just amazinghow we can get such quick
results.
So that's how our first thing wetalk about, we educate our
clients on um real high level, but just the nervous system and
and then muscle test to see iftheir body is either what we
call a block, meaning theirnervous system is just not,
their body isn't evencommunicating.

SPEAKER_00 (08:06):
Right.

SPEAKER_02 (08:07):
Uh their nervous system is blocked, or it's
switched, which usually meanstheir body is stuck in flight or
flight, or it could be stuck inthat parasympathetic.
So we have a way to test that.
And then from there, we set up aprogram and a protocol based on
what's for sure.
We supplement and lifestylechanges or recommendations, and
then um, and then reallyincorporating services like what

(08:29):
you offer and and reallytraining and educating people on
how to um listen to their bodyand and see where their nervous
system is responding.

SPEAKER_00 (08:39):
So yeah, that's so good.
Because if the body's stuck,it's not gonna respond to
anything, right?
Because it's like it's insurvival mode.
So that's so good.
So because you brought it up, wereally have to, we just have to
tell the audience like how wemet because it's just so fun.
So there's a local chamber thatI'm a part of, and I don't make
it there all the time because Imy schedule is just so full.

(09:00):
But I happened to go one morningand Holly stood up this
beautiful blonde and she startstalking about his healing house.
And I was like, we need to befriends.
So I waited until like theformal part was over, and I went
just running across the room tointroduce myself to Holly.
And she's like, wait, who areyou?
What do you do?
And then it was just likeinstant best friendship.
You could tell it from yourpoint of view, but I was just so

(09:22):
excited to meet you at all.
It's been so funny.

unknown (09:26):
I don't know.

SPEAKER_00 (09:27):
I think I was really, yeah.
I don't even remember how longago that was now.

SPEAKER_02 (09:32):
I think I was really intense with you too.
Like, we need to be friends.
Everything you're saying, I knewinstantly like like we had a
connection.
So my side of the story is yeah,it was a 7 a.m.
chamber event.
I think it was 7 a.m.
I don't know if early.

SPEAKER_00 (09:45):
I think it was eight.
It was it was still pretty earlythough.

SPEAKER_02 (09:47):
Yeah.
My version is seven.
It was really early.
6 a.m.
We were there at five.
I know.
And I just, yeah, same thing.
Like we, I had clients, I had abusy schedule, and I was like,
I'm not gonna go.
And I was in bed at, you know, whatever it was.
I normally wake up at 6:30.
So I was in bed at 6 30.
I'm like, I'm not gonna go tothis chamber event.
And I registered for it.
And I laid there for an hourbeing like, I'm not gonna go.

(10:08):
And then all of a sudden I waslike, Jesus, should I go?
And he was like, Yes.
And I'm like, I think I shouldtest that.
I think that's just my head.
I was like, I don't think God'stelling me to go.
And then so then I'm like, Idon't know.
And I kind of was like, Jesus, should I go to this chamber
event?
And he's like, Yes.
And I'm like, uh, then I waslike, okay, will I regret it if
I don't go?
And he was like, yes, basically, get your butt out of bed.

(10:30):
So it was 7:45 by the time Ileft my uh my house, and it's 20
minutes away.
So I come in and I miss thelittle introduction.
And I come in at hot at the end,and I give my little spiel, and
I sit down and I'm like, okay,Lord, you made me get out of
bed.
You told me I had to come, andyou said I was gonna regret it.
And it was a fine thing.
I I was late and I had anappointment at 10, so I had to

(10:53):
run out of there.
And so I was looking at my clockat 9:30, being like, Okay, Lord,
you told me to come.
Why am I here?
And I was gonna leave early.
And then again, the Lord waslike, Stay.
I'm like, stay.
Okay, well, we're looking at thetime.
So it ended right at 9 30.
I get up, so I'm like, Well, Igotta go.
And you come running after me.
And that was why you did comerunning.
It's good that you ran because Iwas about to remote out the

(11:14):
door.

SPEAKER_00 (11:14):
Like, I she could not leave.
I've never met her before.

SPEAKER_02 (11:16):
We need to be friends, so the Lord was like
had to get me there.
And I really believe it was allfor you, and that's why I know
we had such an instantconnection.
I know, I know.

SPEAKER_00 (11:26):
It's been so fun.
And then I think later that weekI met Steph because you were
there when I came in, weren'tyou, Steph?
Um, yeah, instant connection, and just I'm just so grateful
for you guys.
So it's just so fun.
So, Steph, what is your favoritething to treat?
Like, what has just gets youmost excited?
Like, I know you guys do a widearray of things.

SPEAKER_01 (11:47):
Yeah, so my favorite clients are probably people who
remind me of myself goingthrough the perimenopausal
period where all of the, youknow, all of the symptoms, which
are just this wide array ofsymptoms that come up and it's
so fun because people get betterbetter.

SPEAKER_00 (12:05):
Yeah.
Is that tied to your was thattied to your thyroid issue too?
No during that time, separateissues?
Two separate things, yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (12:12):
Exactly.
So yeah, it's just it's so fun.

SPEAKER_00 (12:16):
Yeah, yeah.
What's the best testimony thatyou guys have?

SPEAKER_02 (12:22):
Yeah.
I know there's so many goodones.

SPEAKER_00 (12:25):
So many you can share more than one.

SPEAKER_02 (12:27):
Um do the do the scar lady.
Oh that was so sweet.
Okay, maybe a few, but do thisone.

SPEAKER_01 (12:34):
Yeah, I want not to give too many details to give um
her idea anyway, but um thismid-50 year old who spent um the
weekend in the emergency roomwith arrhythmias calls me
desperate because now they fixthe arrhythmia, but she's just
like, I need to work on myhealth, and she believes in

(12:55):
holistic health, and she's justlike she literally dropped the
phone.
We were on a phone call andshe's like, I'm hanging up and
I'm driving in right now.
I'm like, oh okay, you're comingin.
Like, so I knew she was someonewho really cared about getting
better, yeah, and was gonna workon things, and um gosh, within a
week, she's like brain fog gone.

(13:16):
She had lost in one month 10pounds.

SPEAKER_02 (13:20):
Wow, and she didn't have it to lose, so it went no
way, she didn't later on she didwant to lose time, but she did
want to.

SPEAKER_01 (13:30):
Um brain fog gone, digestive issues better.
Um, had occasional likepalpitations gone, sleeping,
better.
I just want everything, and thenwhat's super fun is she also had
a previous jaw surgery and she'snumb on her lip.

(13:50):
And so she would, you know, notwanting to, but there's rule
because she doesn't know.
Yeah, and through one of ourproducts that was scars, she's
like the tingling, it'ssensation is coming back for the
first time.

SPEAKER_00 (14:07):
Oh, and that's like so like it's all life-changing,
but that's something likeoutwardly that tangible that
people can see.
So praise the Lord for that.
That's amazing.
Yep, a rash.

SPEAKER_01 (14:17):
She had a rash that had been there for 10 years,
gone.
Thumb pain that only when sheate bad things, the pain would
come back.
Yeah, so just so many that'slife-changing.

SPEAKER_00 (14:31):
And that's just one person, that's just all the
symptoms in one person's body.
That's incredible.
Yeah, so incredible.
Holly, but what about you?

SPEAKER_02 (14:40):
Well, this is funny.
So we deal with a lot ofparasites, yeah.
So I think people just need totalk about it.
Like we live in a place, weunderstand now that there's a
microbiome that's living goodthings and bad things in our
body, and there's alsoparasites.
And so we do test for parasites,we test for mold, we test for
food insensitivities, scars, um,post-pandemic stuff.
But when we when people come upand their body is ready to

(15:03):
release parasites, usually theirresults feel much, they feel
better quickly because once youget the parasites out, the
parasites are releasing toxinsinto their body that are causing
brain fog, fatigue, all thesethings, digestive issues, all
these things.
So once you get the parasitesout and you do it in a way that
listens to the body and veryintentional, people get results
right away.
So we definitely talk aboutparasites and poop a lot.

(15:26):
And we have had pictures ofpeople's little pet parasites,
and um, so they come in andbrain fog goes.
I had one mom who was probablyin her uh 28, 29, 30 young mom
with three little kids.
So a lot of anxiety, a lot ofbrain fog, having a hard time
just taking care of the kids andfeeling frustrated with herself.
And um, and we just in a coupleweeks, three weeks got rid of

(15:47):
those parasites.
She's like, Oh my gosh, myanxiety is gone.
She had um, she's got normal momstress, but not that high
debilitating anxiety.
And um, and sometimes it's youknow, sometimes there's mental
health stuff that's related toour nutrition and stuff.
So um that was that mom was funto see her um feel proud of
herself as a mom.
Um, we have clients who um haveanother one.

(16:10):
Oh, go ahead.

SPEAKER_01 (16:10):
Um, I have a I have a few clients with diabetes, so
type two diabetes.
And we had one.
Um we got the parasites out, yeah.
Number two is her hemoglobinA1C, which looks at your blood
sugars over three months.
Right.
Came down a whole point in justwow from six something to five

(16:32):
something, and then she has moremedication that she was taking
for it.
So big deal.

SPEAKER_02 (16:37):
That's a huge one on that too.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I do.
Okay, so we have another client.
So we also offer um functionallabs, and um, functional labs
really help us give like thereal numbers to go alongside
their um the muscle testing.
And so we had another client whodisplayed very healthy.
He's active, he loves to workout, he is not a smoker drinker,

(16:59):
none of the things.
Um, and he is diabetic, but heeats actually a pretty clean
lifestyle as well, probably alittle at the time shaky on the
not super, you know, would havesugar occasionally, but not what
you would expect.
And we ran a diabetes panel forhim just because we wanted to
double check it.
And we got a call from our labsaying you need to call this

(17:19):
client, he needs to go into theemergency room immediately.
And his um glucose levels were455, which can put you into a
coma.
And I I called him, and like Isaid, he displayed normal and
had a conversation.
I was like, you know, you're inan emergency state and you need
to go into the hospital.
So he went in, took care ofthat, and he came back and he's

(17:41):
like, Okay, I am ready to dowhatever it takes.
And in I don't know, threeweeks, he got his glucose
numbers from 455 down to um notdiabetic anymore.
Um he was he was highlycommitted to lifestyle change,
but he also um those numbers arecrazy, and just getting him on a
supplement program that workedto listening to his body, um, it

(18:03):
was amazing.
And I was talking to another uhdoctor I work closely with, and
he was like, Um, yeah, you justsaved someone's life because um
those numbers arelife-threatening.
So it's just amazing.

SPEAKER_00 (18:14):
That's so incredible.
That's so good.
Um, so how do you educate peopleon parasites?
Because I think there's a commonlie within our culture that
parasites only happen in thirdworld countries.
People don't realize that we'reexposed to them all the time.
Um, so tell me how that how thatgoes.
I can imagine that that's uh atough conversation sometimes,

(18:36):
right?
I know.
It's actually kind of fun.
Half and half.

SPEAKER_01 (18:41):
I know and half of them aren't there.
I know.
And then there's another part oflike, what are you talking
about?
Why isn't my doctor mentionedanything which they don't
recognize?
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (18:51):
Yeah.
So we definitely try to justeducate people.
And honestly, I just thinknormalizing it, like we our
bodies are living organisms.
So you can get parasites fromwalking barefoot outside, you
can get parasites from eatingraw food, you can get parasites
from eating sushi.
And I'm telling you right now, Ilove sushi, and I will do a
parasite cleanse.
I am not gonna stop eatingsushi.

(19:12):
Um, so you can you can get themobviously from visiting um other
countries.
But if you did uh if you even goto Europe, they do as a standard
medical procedure in theirhealthcare program a parasite
cleanse twice a year, justbecause our bodies are living
organisms.
So we really just try to talkabout it and normalize it.
And you know what?
Once people it's so funny whenpeople start out, oh, because

(19:33):
you know, clients don't want toare kind of nervous, but once
they feel better, you'd besurprised how many of them are
telling their friends, like, ohmy gosh, this felt I I can't
believe it.
So um that originalconversation, if they come up,
we just try to let them knowit's okay, it's no big deal, and
you're gonna feel well, we'regonna feel well.

SPEAKER_00 (19:50):
Yeah.
Yeah, that's it's it's somethingthat I have been doing for 25
years and I still can't get overthe weirdness of it, but I feel
better every time I do it,right?
Like it's just it's weird.
Now I'm trying to lead my familythrough it, my kids through it.
That's not going great becausethey just think I'm nuts, but
it's fine.
Yeah.
Well, what else?
Excuse me, what else do you wantto share with anybody listening

(20:12):
today about his healing house?

SPEAKER_02 (20:14):
You know, I'll say one more thing about that
parasite thing.
So I have another client.
It's also a testimonial, but um,he is uh amazing guy and he's
60s athlete, athlete all hislife, run down his body, uh,
thinks he's still 20, playingfootball and all that kind of
stuff.
So he's got a lot of brokenbones, a lot of things, or
whatever, and a ton of jointpain, and he's got a lot of
surgeries.

(20:35):
And he came to see me for for umjust must like uh all the pain
from just being so hard on hisbody as an athlete.

SPEAKER_01 (20:42):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (20:43):
And he is also considering surgery um on his
spine and other spinalsurgeries.
So he's also being followed atmail.
And um, we're obviously here.
I really believe that we should.
My heart when I was a mom and mykids were going through things,
is sometimes Western andholistic health are polar
opposites.
And I wish they would have justworked together because I really

(21:04):
did need a doctor for some of mykids' things.
Um, but but they didn't worktogether, so I had to figure it
out on my own.
So my client comes in and I'mlike, okay, I'm gonna support
your body, get it better toheal.
If you decide to go the surgicalroute, that it'll you'll recover
quickly.
And um, he went on a mail and hedid an executive physical at
mail, which is a three-day, veryintensive physical.
And this is after he'd been myclient for maybe six weeks.

(21:25):
And he asked the mayo doctor, hesaid, Do I have parasites?
And the and the mayo doctorsaid, What are you talking
about?
No.
And my client's like, Are yousure?
Because I'm seeing this girl,me.
And she says, I have parasites.
And the mayo doctor's like, she's full of it.
She doesn't, you don't have,we've we've done everything,
we're male.
And um, and my client goes,Okay, well, I saw it come

(21:48):
through, and I have never feltbetter in my life with my joint
pain, all of these things.
And so I don't know why I spentall this money here because I
got more um relief seeing hergetting rid of the parasites,
and now you're telling me Idon't even have them.
And I and he left and he came upto me and and you know, told me
about it and got hissupplements.
He's like, I feel great.
And I'm like, wow, well, it isit is amazing.

(22:10):
People are going and they're notgetting answers and they're not
getting heard, and I reallybelieve the body knows, and
people intuitively knowsomething's wrong, and they're
going to doctors and they're notbeing heard or listened to or
helped.
And that's what we find our mostof our clients who come in fall
in two categories.
Either one's very holisticminded, they get it, they
believe it 100% right away.
Right.
But many many are that other.
I've tried this doctor and thisdoctor and this doctor.

(22:32):
They didn't listen to me.
They told me I was crazy, Ididn't get better.
They sent me around and I camehere and I finally feel heard
and I'm getting well.
And I would attribute the lastthing you ask, what would I say?
It is all the power of the HolySpirit.
We are faith-based.
That is what sets us apart of Ithink other holistic health
companies is that we arepartnering with the Lord.

(22:54):
Steph and I are an amazing team.
We have a team approach.
We're very different, but we'refun.
And she's got a beautifulclinical mind for her medical
experience.

SPEAKER_00 (23:05):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_02 (23:05):
I'm a little bit more gut intuition, and together
we just get people well so quickand we're having the most fun.

SPEAKER_00 (23:12):
So I love that.
That's so fun.
So let me ask you this questionbecause I'm sure you guys get
this question.
Because you are faith-based.
Um, there are people out therethat believe that nutrition
response testing is a cultish,right?
So, how do you respond to that?

SPEAKER_02 (23:28):
That's a great question.
Actually, my response would be Idon't think you should go to
every holistic health personblindly.
I think that you need to, whenyou talk to people, you need to
ask them, hey, what is yoursource?
What are you partnering with?
And I I think that there areplaces that are not um, if you
if you're think you're sourcingGod, but you're not intentional,

(23:49):
there is um, there's an enemyout there that would love to be
the source of what you're doing.
So I think I think Christiansand people should have um um
discernment, definitelydiscernment.
And for me, um I really feel atpeace about it, obviously,
because I think that the um thenew age and and those kind of
practices have really taken whatGod intended and distorted it

(24:13):
for the wrong purpose.
But we are looking at the bodyat the way God created it,
sourcing the Holy Spirit, andthat is the source and where we
come from.
So good.

SPEAKER_00 (24:22):
Yeah, so good.
Can you guys see people remotelyor does everybody have to come
into the clinic?

SPEAKER_02 (24:28):
Now they gotta come in.
And they want to come in.
Yeah, we're environment.

SPEAKER_01 (24:32):
Our environment is amazing.
Our environment is amazing.
Talk about that a little bit.
You can l like everyone whocomes in can feel the presence
of the Lord, and even if theycan't verbalize what they feel,
it's a piece.
We have people fall asleep onour couch all the time.
We have people have encountersin the PEMF room where we do
pulsed electromagnetic um fieldmat.

(24:54):
Yeah, um people don't leave.
People don't want to leavebecause they feel something
there that's so good.

SPEAKER_02 (25:01):
So I know, I know that there's convenience of Zoom
calls and that kind of stuff.
Number one, the actual muscletesting we do in person, but
number two, we are looking foruh a whole person approach, and
so um coming into the body healswhen it feels safe.
I had one client come in, shedoesn't they don't know how to
articulate it.
Um, but she's like, I just feelsafe when I'm here.

(25:21):
Yeah, and um, that is one of thebest compliments, and so I think
part of our the way the Lord isthe success is just the whole
person approach, getting theirbody to back to the nervous
system in a safe space, and thenusing the tools and resources
that the Lord's given us throughmuscle testing and you know
whatnot.
So you gotta come in.
So good.

SPEAKER_01 (25:40):
And it is a I see it as a minute to ministry to
people, minister to people, andso I think people having them in
front of you is beautifulbecause then you can really
partner with Holy Spirit.
Like, what does this personneed?
And ask those deeper questions, especially because they feel
safe.
Yeah, and then they're willing, you can see it, you can just see
them go they left their guarddown, and you can tell, oh, now

(26:01):
I can ask the deep questions, and they're willing to partner
with okay, now you're beingauthentic, now we can get to the
real issue.
Yeah, so good.

SPEAKER_00 (26:10):
And you guys offer quite a few other services there
too.
You talked about the pemp.
What else do you guys do there?

SPEAKER_01 (26:16):
Yep, we have uh salt room, which is incredible for
allergies, asthma, skin, you'reinhaling um tiny um particles of
salt, which is so good for yourrespiratory system and skin.
Um, we have a sauna that has thesalt therapy, it has the

(26:36):
infrared heat and it also hasred light.
The benefits of red light willbe you can go on forever.
Um super fun.
Ionic foot.
And then we have an ionic footblend or bath, which pull
ionically pulls out um chemicalsand metals um into this
beautiful foot bath, which endsup being very colorful in hand.

(26:59):
So fun.
But it's a 72-hour detox, soit's not like oh I just washed
my feet.
Yeah, 72-hour detox.

SPEAKER_00 (27:06):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_01 (27:06):
Oh, yeah.

SPEAKER_00 (27:07):
And then you guys host a bunch of events there
too, right?
Talk about that.
Well, I really believe so.

SPEAKER_02 (27:14):
We had eight pillars of success, and I can go to
those some other time, but oneof them is education.
So I really believe educatingand empowering people to have
agency to um move forward intheir health at their, it's
their um, it's their healthjourney, not mine.
And I can't be more committed tosomeone's health than they are.
So I really believe in educatingand empowering people.
So some events we offer free andum and just information things,

(27:38):
and then we do a lot of ministryjust organically, because I
really believe Jesus is and HolySpirit is the ultimate healer.
We do, we host um worshipnights, we host um what do we
do?

SPEAKER_01 (27:49):
We host Emmanuel Journaling.

SPEAKER_02 (27:51):
Oh, yeah, inner healing stuff, a lot of inner
healing stuff.
We all yeah, we do a lot ofinner healing classes in a safe
environment.
And I really feel like the fun,the fun thing for us is we just
have created this beautifulcommunity with our because we
offer classes that clients comeand then um they get to know us,
obviously, but then they get toget to know each other and share

(28:11):
their stories.
And I we know we heal incommunity, so we've created kind
of community through ourclasses, our worship nights, our
ministry nights, our informationstuff.
And um, some of it's free, someof it's paid, it just kind of
depends.
And um, but yeah, it's fun.
Thank you for asking.

SPEAKER_00 (28:25):
Yeah, so good.
Any last things you want toshare with anybody listening
today?
Like, I can't recommend itenough.
I have been in their space, they're absolutely right.
It's full of peace, it's full ofthe joy of the Lord.
It's so good.
But not everybody is in LakeElamo, Minnesota, or you know,
can commute from there.
But what would you just releaseout into the world?

SPEAKER_02 (28:46):
I don't know.
Maybe let me pray a blessingover everybody, but um we do
have clients that we've hadclients that drive in my heart,
yeah, over an hour.
In my heart is that yeah, theLord will raise these up, these
more of these up in differentplaces.
But yeah, thank you, Jen.
You are just such a huge supportto us, and you have been, I've
learned so much from you andwhat the road that you've walked
ahead in your own healingjourney.

(29:08):
And um, it's just it's justbeautiful to see how when the
Lord brings it, we both have ourown journey, and then you're
like, Yeah, we walked this, andI just learned so much from you.

SPEAKER_00 (29:17):
So thank you.
Likewise, it's just such anhonor to just I'm just so
thankful the Lord brought youguys into my life.

SPEAKER_01 (29:22):
So yeah, yeah, I'd love it if you bring you a
blessing.
You guys have gone ahead anddone the hard things so that
people like me and all of yourclients can come alongside and
come under.
So thank you for doing the hardthings.
You had to pay the high price, and so I just want to honor and
thank both of you.

SPEAKER_00 (29:42):
Oh, thank you for that for paving the way.
It's definitely not easy to bethe generational breaker, the
psycho breaker.
It's not so thank you for that.
Yeah, we love that.
Yeah, yeah, great.
Well, you guys feel free torelease a blessing over anybody
listening.

SPEAKER_02 (29:59):
All right, I'll go.
Ahead and say a blessing.
Thank you, Heavenly Father.
Thank you, Lord.
We love you.
Yeah, we praise you.
We worship you.
I thank you, God, for Jen.
Come into agreement withStephanie, just the the way she
has paved the road, Lord, onnervous system, connecting with

(30:20):
you, healing, Lord.
I pray, God, that you firstbless her.
Pray for every listener she hasand every person who heard this
today that they would know thatthey are here and they are
listening for a reason and apurpose, God, that you are
calling them.
And that I just fear the Lordsaying I'm calling deep under
deep for somebody.
And that there is somebody whois struggling or stuck in fight
or flight or it and knows theyneed um physical healing, inner

(30:42):
healing, God.
And so I just pray, God, thatyou would just meet them right
now, that they would hear yourtender, soft voice saying, You
are seen, you are known, you areloved.
You're not alone.
So I just pray, Heavenly Father, that you would just bless each
listener, bless each person.
Fill them with your love, mercy, grace, and peace.
In your precious name, I pray.

(31:04):
Amen.

SPEAKER_00 (31:04):
Amen.
Thank you for that.
And I will link uh your websiteso people can find you, anybody
that's listening to this.
That I highly recommend both ofthese beautiful ladies.
And you have a couple people, other people on staff that are
all amazing.
Um, so I'll link that in there.
So if people want to reach out, they can find you.
Awesome.
Thank you.
Thanks for being on today.

(31:26):

Are You A Charlotte?

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today. "Are you a Charlotte?" is much more than just rewatching this beloved show, it brings the past and the present together as we talk with heart, humor and of course some optimism.
