Most of us are walking around feeling like we're not good enough. If only we were better (cuter, smarter, more talented, more educated, in better shape, blahblahblah), we'd be loved, we'd be accepted, we'd be valued, and we'd be happy.
Social media posts tell us we're enough, but we don't believe it.
Why? Because we depend too much on the acceptance and love of others. We get our self-esteem from others. So if they like us, we're good. If they don't like us, we're not. If our boss tells us we're doing a great job we are OK. When we make a mistake, we feel like losers.
But do our mistakes define us? Are we really only as good as our worst day?
The answer is a definitive NO.
Your true identity is awesome. You are enough and you do matter but you're never going to believe it until you take a good look at who you are and embrace yourself flaws and all.
When you embrace YOU, everything changes.
When you do that, your purpose will open up to you.
When you decide to BE YOU and let people who don't like the real you fall away, you make room for the people who will think you're awesome to come into your life. And that's when life gets really good!
In this Find Your Purpose Now podcast we're talking about being you, embracing the real YOU, and what that means to your future.
Your purpose is real success, and it includes healthy relationships with good people, peace, joy, wellness, financial stability and a sense of contentedness that cannot be attained any way other than through living your purpose. So please listen every week as we continue to move toward finding and living the purpose for which you were born and perfectly matched.
