Finding peace within parental alienation
Parental alienation is devastating. It takes the wind out of your sails, it rocks you to your core, it seems impossible. Join me in holding space for this pain. Join me in finding ones true self. Join me in taking responsibility for your part. Join me in finding peace through somatic and relational skills that have quite frankly, saved my life. It will be a conversation. It will be ad hoc. I hope it will spark healing and profound conversation while also helping us double down on the unconditional love that we have for our kids.

It is my oldest daughter's birthday today. 21! A huge milestone. One that I cannot share with her. So, I am sending memories, thoughts, and love on this momentus day.
