In this week's episode, Alex sat down with Courtney Joyce a 36-year-old husband and father of 4 children, committed to changing the perception of what his children think is achievable in life.

Spending his teenage years obsessed with sport (mostly rugby league) having big ambitions to play professionally but soon realized that whilst his intent was there my actions didn’t follow it. Working in coal mining for 12 years, it slowly started to take a toll both physically and mentally, being in a constant deficit of sleep and health working shift work and being in a toxic environment was mining his energy and dreams.

"I never expected or planned to be average or normal, I always knew deep down I was destined for more and was leaving personal progression on the table so I challenged myself and started a business" Now the Co-Founder of Virtual Spotter / CloudTasker, Courtney pushes himself to show up and get better every day, whether that is being a husband, a father, a business owner or running a half marathon every day for 202 days. Yes, you read that correctly. Courtney is an amazing example of a man who keeps himself accountable, holds strong to what he values, and prioritizes growth. Taking each day and giving it his all.

Tune in to this episode for an inspiring and motivating conversation, that may change your perspective on getting uncomfortable, and what it means to live by your values, and intentions and take aligned action toward your goals.
