In today's episode I talk about how to navigate your wellness goals when life comes at you fast. It's OK to take a few steps back and adjust your expectations of yourself sometimes. In fact, I would argue that doing this instead of either giving up entirely or trying to "push through" will set you up to get "back on track" quicker in the long run. I also share about a recent experience I had with negative body image thoughts and whether or not I should workout on an upcoming vacation.
