Ep. 14 - Steven Matthew Adams - You're More Than You Think You Are

Steven Matthew Adams is the author of On The Way, which is a practical guide to manifesting sustainable happiness in your life and also a well respected coach and workshop facilitator. But, most importantly, he’s just a damn good guy with a-lot of good things to say.

I loved our conversation for so many reasons, 1. Because it was basically a therapy session for me, haha, but also 2. Because Steven has a way of communicating and putting to words what so many of us feel, myself included, but don’t necessarily have the language for what we’re feeling.

On this episode, we talk about what it looks like to remove the pressure from trying to “do” something with your life to aligning yourself as a conduit so that the universe can work through you, and then we dive into a conversation around what it looks like to live life from your heart and your head.

Lastly, we end this conversation in a way, that honestly, left me in tears. I think we can all agree that so many of us are feeling lost in life these days, myself included, and Steven so beautifully creates the space that really helped me, and I think it will also help you, navigate this space of feeling lost.
