I recently had the chance to sit down with Spiritual Teacher and Astrologer, Danielle Paige and my god is she a force to be reckoned with.
About 7 or 8 months ago, astrology kept popping up in random conversations that I was having with different people and I realized that it was something that was trying to get my attention. So, I reached out to an astrologer who was recommended to me, booked an appointment, and for the first time had my birth chart read. And, I can honestly say, that this session has had such a massive impact on me—especially when it comes to understanding my purpose in life and the work that I’m called to do.
I have to be honest with you, leading up to that session, I had so many misunderstandings and misconceptions about what astrology is. And, I’ve done a lot of inner work and that session helped me see things and understand things about who I am and why I’m here that I haven’t been able to see or understand yet. SO a big reason why I wanted to have this conversation with Danielle Paige is to address those misconceptions and also give you, the listener, especially if you’ve never had your birth chart read, a taste of what it is like.
First half of this episode, we talk about the misconceptions of Astrology and how it differs from just reading your horoscope. And on the second half, Danielle does a quick dive into reading my personal birth chart.

The Burden
The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole. The Burden: Empire on Blood is the director’s cut of the true crime classic which reached #1 on the charts when it was first released half a dozen years ago.
