Just recently I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down and talking with Ryan Weiss who is a life coach, writer, speaker, entrepreneur, but most importantly, he’s just an overall great person that just exudes so much compassion and empathy.

Let me put it this way, I think if Tony Robbins and Jim Carrey had a spirit baby, it would be Ryan. Not only does he drop these knowledge bombs while also holding space, but he’s full of charisma, energy and has this really deep and special curiosity about life.

And what I loved most about Ryan is that he will be the first person to tell you that he’s not a guru. He’s just a guy with a life much like yours who loves to share how he’s finding hope and joy even when the world around him seems to crumble from time to time.

You can imagine that as one of LA's premier Life Coach and meditation teacher, we had a lot to talk about. And on this episode, we talked about Ryan's core wound and how he's worked through it and we also talk alot about how to sit, process and accept uncomfortable emotions.
