Grief is a delicate and difficult emotion to master and understand. We should be patient and kind to ourself as we navigate this process. It's okay to allow yourself time to feel, deal and heal. Nothing will ever make our life feel as complete as when our loved one(s) was here with us. However, we may find peace and understanding once we accept that there is a divine order to things which is totally out of our control. Learning to embrace the truth of all things both good and bad in our life will allow us to aim towards moving forward with intentionality to honor the ones which we have lost. We will forever be grateful for the memories, lessons and gifts which we have gained from them.
