Who is Avishkar Sabharwal?

Real estate became Avishkar's interest after trying day trading and cryptocurrency. Then, after investing in small multifamily properties, he realized he wanted to own large apartment buildings. He works with industry veterans to purchase assets and grow his portfolio aggressively.
Despite his focus on real estate, Avishkar diversifies his income to offset market downturns. While building his real estate portfolio, he aims to look into other asset types. Avishkar's ultimate goal is to generate several passive cash flow sources to give him and his investors financial freedom and time with their families.
