Who Is Jonathan Wei?
Jonathan, a certified public accountant (CPA), started his real estate journey in 2003, initially purchasing residential properties in New Jersey. He later expanded into syndication, focusing on multifamily and self-storage facilities.
Alongside his team, Jonathan has amassed a portfolio of over 2,100 units of commercial real estate assets across various locations, including Charlotte, NC; Midland/Odessa, TX; Austin, TX; Oklahoma City; Atlanta, GA; Midway, GA; and Birmingham, AL.
Besides being a full-time real estate investor, syndicator, and mentor, he hosts the podcast "Building Wealth in Commercial Real Estate," sharing his insights and strategies for success in the industry.
