the final episode of the Fit andHealthy Sioux Falls show.
We are going to be talkingabout why this show came to be,
what I have learned over thecourse of having a podcast and
having a show, and explaining toyou why I am so excited for

what is to come, because really,what is to come is probably
what should have came when Ilaunched this podcast, but I've
learned so much over the almosttwo years of having this show
and you guys, I'm just sothankful for you investing in me
by taking the time to watchthese shows, like them,

subscribe to them, share themand just be able to be on this
journey with me and just be ableto be on this journey with me.
You know, I started the Fit andHealthy Sioux Falls show in kind
of the beginning-ish of 2023.
And obviously, here we aretoday, the end of January in
2025.
And I have learned so manythings.

And why I started this show isreally because Fit Body was just
turning eight years old, whichwe're going to be turning 10
years old.
You guys, this year 10 yearsFitBody has been in Sioux Falls,
and I started this show because, over the course of well now,
the last almost 10 years, I haverealized that FitBody is

amazing, but there are still somany people that struggle with
their health and their fitnessjourney, struggle with knowing
where to start, how to start, ifthey're even worth it to start,
and so the whole goal withlaunching the Fit and Healthy
Sioux Falls show was to be ableto provide value, free value and

info, tips, resources,strategies, ideas on how people
could get moving, how they couldget started, what they needed
to do with their mind.
How do you need to get yourmindset right?
How can you get started if youfeel like maybe you've done so
many things in the past andnothing has worked for you?
I wanted to be able to providea platform where people could

get those resources, get thoseideas and get those tips to
start their journey, and itturned out to be amazing.
I had some amazing guests on theshow.
I have had some amazing infoand knowledge and resources
dropped on the show, and thecool thing is is this will live
on this.
The show will continue to be upand live and findable or

viewable or searchable whateverthe right word is for years to
come.
But what I learned over thecourse of this is that this is
amazing, but people still whenthey find this info, because the
truth is, let's be honest, youcan do your due diligence and
Google search and really findthe answers that you need.

But the truth is okay, what ifyou find maybe some of the
answers that you are looking for, but you still have questions,
you still want to engage in them, but you're still not really
ready to make that investmentinto a program, a gym, a coach
you still end up kind of lost.
And so, over the course ofalmost two years of having the

show, what was born out of thisshow last year was the Fit and
Healthy University was really,then, a way to connect with so
many of you that watch this showor listen to this show or have
found me through the differentchannels and platforms, and it
was a way where we could getinto this community together,
(04:16):
and I launched that asoriginally a paid community.
You paid 19 bucks a month tojoin that community and then, as
that got going and growing,what I realized is, I even
thought to myself is like man, Idon't, I don't want to have
another subscription, anothermonthly payment that comes due
(04:37):
every single month.
And so I went back to thedrawing board and so that's why
I started the show and I saidgood things come and go.
Because the truth is, is thatFit and Healthy Sioux Falls,
this podcast?
It was a good thing, it wasamazing, it helped me learn so
much and I really hope that ithelped you learn so much.
But the truth is that it's cameand now it is going, and so

this is our final show.
But then I also said that greatthings live on.
But then I also said that greatthings live on and the great
thing that's living on is Fitand Healthy University, and
what's to come is even better.
And what's to come is Fit andHealthy University is now I've
made it a completely free site.

I launched this show, my hopes,my goals, my dreams, really

have posted, and will continueto post, so many amazing,
valuable resources, and 90% ofthe things that I post on there

Because there's workouts I poston there where you can do them
at home.
There's some workouts where youcan even grab the workout and
go do it at a gym or do whateverit is wherever you can to do
that workout somewhere in thepark, in your living room, at
home.
Whatever they are, they're onthere.
There's recipes galore thatI've posted, some and some of
the other community members haveposted, and all those things

are absolutely free.
But what I've decided to do nowis there's a classroom section
on the Fit and HealthyUniversity where you can click
on the top and click on theclassroom, and so now what I've
done is I've made Fit andHealthy absolutely free and then
, when you go to the classroom,there's a few resources in there
that are absolutely free, butthen I've got even more

resources and I'll continue toadd more resources.
But the cool thing is is thatthey're a one-time purchase and
so when you buy that resource,you now have it, you've
purchased it and you own it forlife.
It isn't a ongoing subscription, it's a one time buy and you
have it Because what I'verealized is that all this value
and knowledge info that we wereputting out on the Fit and

Healthy University if peoplehave questions or need to
collaborate or get inspiration,motivation or encouragement from
like-minded people we stilldidn't have an amazing platform
to do that on with the Fit andHealthy Sioux Falls show, and so
in the Fit and HealthyUniversity community, there's a
whole community page where nowwe can interact, where we can

engage and we can connect.
But I do feel like this is whatkind of led us in that direction
to have that university reallytake off.
And now the university willlive on and I want to have you
in there and everyone else inthere.

really info that can help you.
And then the cool thing is,when you have a question about

created the content are right inthere so we can engage with you
and talk with you.
Another amazing thing that I'mgoing to be doing is really all
the time that it has taken me toshoot these episodes and really
produce this show.
I'm going to have that timeback.

Number one you're going to findme even more involved and

engaged in our local bootcamp,so in our local gyms I'm going
to be more involved and engaged,and then even more with other
health and fitness and wellnessminded businesses in our
community, because in the Fitand Healthy University, we're
going to be partnering withother different health and
wellness businesses to be ableto then feature them in there,

so that you guys have an amazingplace.
You can go and meet people thatare in our community that are
also on the online community, sonot only are they in our local
community, they're in our onlinecommunity.
You can then find out aboutthem in the resources of the Fit
and Healthy University, andthen they're going to have an
amazing offer of what it is thatthey actually sell to this

community or the service thatthey provide to this community,
where you can really find theinfo and the knowledge that you
need to do exactly what I wantedto help you do with the show,
which is live a fit and healthylifestyle, and so I'm so excited
for what's to come and I'm soappreciative of you and everyone
that has made this showpossible up until the point that

it's at today, and it's onlygoing to get better, and I just
want to encourage you guys toknow that everything that you go
through in life, you'relearning along the way.
You're learning all thesedifferent things.
And I do know that if I wouldn'thave started the Fit and
Healthy Sioux Falls podcastalmost two years ago, I wouldn't
have learned all the thingsthat I've learned and then

realized I need to launch anonline community that we can
engage and interact and giveeven more value and resources.
And so I wouldn't be here todaybeing able to have this episode
and then launching into thefuture with going all in on Fit
Body Boot Camps here locally inSioux Falls and then also the
Fit and Healthy UniversityOnline, had I not started the

Fit and Healthy Sioux Fallspodcast almost two years ago.
And so we learn and we grow andwe continue and we finally
start to know what the rightdirection is that we are to go.
But you guys, I'm just soappreciative that jump into the
Fit and Healthy University.

Share the Fit and HealthyUniversity with anybody that you
might know.
It's going to have such a deepimpact when we can all be
providing amazing resources andjust helping each other get fit
and healthy together, becausewe're all on a different stage
of our own journey and there'sgoing to be someone that's just

a couple steps ahead of you thatyou can learn from, and then
there's always going to besomeone that's a couple steps
behind you that you can help.
And I really feel that if wecan go forward with that
mentality is if I'm a couplesteps ahead of someone, let me
reach back and lend a hand, butif someone else is a couple
steps ahead of me, let me reachforward and gain and glean from

their knowledge and man, when wecan move in that direction.
I just think that our know thatthe Fit and Healthy Sioux Falls

podcast is coming to an end, butso many great things are just
beginning and this episode andall the show episodes, episodes
on the show they'll stay liveand so you can go back and watch
them.
There's so many amazingepisodes with just so much
amazing knowledge that you cangain and that'll stay.

Do I think at all for onesecond that this show, the last
two years producing theseepisodes and these shows do I
think that it was at all a wasteof time?
No, I think I learned so muchalong the way and I am so
excited for where we are headed,I'm so excited for what's going
to be available to you and Ijust want you to know that the

best is yet to come, in that,when we can keep on putting
ourselves in a place where we'relearning from everything we go
through, we turn our obstaclesinto opportunities and we
continually focus on the thingsthat we can control, we're going
to just achieve all it is thatwe are trying to achieve.

worth it and you have exactlywhat you need to achieve success

with one of our coaches at FitBody, coach Ryan.

we're going to be launching realsoon, and this is an amazing
opportunity to work more closelywith a coach, to work more on
strength style training, to workmore on form, to really have

I've got an amazing program thatwe're going to be launching.
I can't let you know all thedetails yet, but amazing stuff I
don't even know if that's theright word Amazing stuff, that
just doesn't sound right.
Amazing things are in the worksand they're coming, and so I
just want you to know that thebest is yet to come.
