Most people think of structure and creativity as opposing forces—the rigidity of a schedule feels suffocating for those who thrive on spontaneity. But I’ve found that a well-crafted routine not only enhances creativity but also gives me more freedom to explore, innovate, and perform at my best. Balancing fitness, music, and business isn’t easy, but structure has become my greatest tool for hitting my goals while keeping creativity alive.
