What most people don’t realize is that persistence is a conscious choice, not a natural gift. Whether you're grinding through setbacks or waiting for an opportunity that feels just out of reach, persistence builds the foundation for lasting success.
From my journey, moving from Ghana to the UK, then to the U.S. as a student-athlete, I learned that persistence isn’t just about showing up—it’s about showing up with purpose, even when nothing seems to be working.
