Welcome to Season 2 of Five Word Life Story - a podcast where five words change your life and how you see it.
This is the first episode of our brand new season!
Today's guest is Jeremy Hartwell. Jeremy is a lifelong learner, passionate about optimizing holistic wellness using the latest research in fitness, nutrition, neuroscience, and psychology. As a cast member on Season 2 of Netflix’s Love is Blind, Jeremy experienced working conditions which he believes were unacceptable and uncovered an industry wide practice of abuse and exploitation spanning decades. He is the founder of the UCAN Foundation, a nonprofit organization acting as an advocacy and support network for reality TV cast members. He has deep expertise in corporate strategy and consulting and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
