I created it to help youbelieve, to know, that
abundance is meant for you.

Find a comfortable space andposition for this meditation.
Sit down or lie down,whichever is most comfortable
for you, and fidget intothe surface you're on.
Roll your shoulders.
Tip your head side to side.

(00:45):
Wiggle your seat, get reallycomfortable where you can fully
relax into this meditation.
Let's begin with afocus on our breath.
We'll do three boxbreaths, inhale for four.
3, 2, 1. Hold, 3, 2, 1.

(01:13):
Exhale.
3, 2, 1. Hold, 3, 2, 1.
Inhale.
Hold.

(01:33):
Exhale.
Hold.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.

(01:56):
Hold.
Allow your breath to returnto a natural pattern.
if you still feel anytension in your body, go
ahead and fidget that out.
Direct your breath there.
Now picture yourselfstanding at the end of a

hallway looking down toa closed door at the end.
The lighting is soft.
There's a lovelyfragrance in the air.
It's quiet, and as you'relooking at this door,

(02:41):
feel your curiosity grow.
Take a few steps closerto that door and start
to notice it's details.
What is the door made of?
What does the doorhandle look like?

(03:03):
What shape is the door?
Take a few steps closer.
put your hand onit, and just feel
what might be on the other side.

(03:23):
Now look down at the doorhandle and notice that
there is a lock that onlya skeleton key would fit.
How much do you wantto know what's on the
other side of that door?
Think about the textureunder your hand when

(03:46):
you touch the door.
And then look backdown at the lock.
The key has magicallyappeared there.
Go ahead.
It's okay.
Unlock that door.
Push it open and just stayin the hallway to notice

(04:09):
what's on the other side.
Coming out of this space arebeautiful feelings that fill
you with joy, with an energythat warms you, it surrounds
you and pulls you into the room.

(04:33):
Now that you're in the space,take a moment to look around.
Notice what you see.
You know that this space,this room, is meant
for you and you alone.
So go ahead, explore this space.

(05:00):
Notice all the details you can.
Every object representsa form of abundance.
It's all yours.
Pick up an object thathas been speaking to
you since you walked in.

(05:23):
Hold it in your hand.
If it's too big to hold,just place your hand on it.
Close your eyes and reallyfeel how that object of
abundance makes you feel.
What energy does itsend into your body?

(05:47):
What visions come to mind?
Take a nice big breathas you are holding or

(06:10):
touching this object,and then exhale slowly
and really soak in the vibes,the really good vibes, that
this room is filled with.
This is your room ofabundance, my friend.

(06:31):
This is your space.
No one else has the key.
It's all meant for you.
Take a look around the roomagain and say to yourself,
this abundance is all mine.

(06:52):
This abundance is meant for me.
I am worthy of all of this.
If you're still holdingthat object or touching
it, go ahead and removeyour hand or set it down.

(07:15):
And take one last lookaround the room, sealing
it into your memory.
Now slowly walk out of the room,turn around, shut that door,
and use the key to lock it.

(07:37):
Leave the key in the lock.
Take a nice big breath in,and as you exhale,
that key disappears.
Know my friend, that thatroom, that space is there
for you and you alone.
You can returnthere at any time.

(08:00):
That hallway will notshow up for anyone else.
That door is there just for you.
That key will appear anytimeyou place your hand on
that door and you imaginewhat's on the other side.
All of that abundancewaiting for you, meant

(08:20):
for you, know that youare worthy of all of it.
Go ahead and walk backdown that hallway.
When you get to the end, turnaround, look at the door again.
Take a nice bigbreath in and exhale.

(08:42):
And now start to pay attentionto the space you're in right
now by wiggling your fingersand toes, listening to
what's going on around you.
Use your senses to bring youback to the here and now.
And when it feels right, goahead and open your eyes.
Hold onto thefeelings of abundance.

(09:05):
Hold onto your memories ofthat door, how it felt when
that key appeared, knowing thatthat space is yours, and yours
alone, and all of the abundancethat is behind that door,
it's meant for you, my friend.
Feel free to revisitanytime you're doubting

(09:25):
that you're worthy ofhaving an abundant life.
There's a room forevery single person.
A special hallway with aspecial door, with special
contents in that room.
Every single one of usis meant for abundance.
Knowing where to look can bea key that unlocks it all.
