a topic that is very relevantto midlife and beyond, my emails

they make a pretty dynamic duo.
My emails are always freeand they are packed with
(00:44):
thought provoking content.
Welcome to November, my friend.
The topic I'm diving into thismonth with you is abundance.
I'm at a place in my lifewhere I am trying my best
(01:06):
to notice the abundance thatalready exists in my life
and to nurture more of it tocome into my life as well.
So I thought I would do thatalong with you this month.
Let's start by nurturingabundance in midlife and beyond.
What does that look like?
Well, only you know what thatlooks like for you, but here
(01:27):
are some suggestions, somethings you might want to think
about, some things that I'mcurrently thinking about.
One is what doesabundance mean to me?
What do I perceive asabundance in my life?
Am I noticing how muchabundance exists in my life?
(01:49):
If you are currently ina mindset of scarcity
or lack, this can be achallenging question.
What I can promise you isthe more you think of the
abundance, the more you noticethe abundance, the more you get
really clear on what is abundantin your life, because trust me,
(02:09):
there's a lot of it, you willfeel your brain start to shift.
You will be noticingmore of the abundance
and less of the scarcity.
It will be easier for youto flip that switch when
you do fall into the oldhabit of thinking about
lack or scarcity first.
And instead, you will startto think of abundance first.
(02:31):
So how do we go about this?
How do we go aboutnurturing the abundance
that exists in our life?
Well, awareness is areally big first step.
Being able to noticewhat is abundant in your
life that is beautiful.
It's up to you to decidewhat is abundant in your
life, and I can share somepersonal examples for me.
(02:54):
If I look outside of myself, Isee my backyard that is abundant
with plant and animal life.
I see the mountains andbeautiful sunsets and sunrises
that happen in Phoenix.
And if I'm looking at others whoshow up in my life, that's where
(03:15):
I see the support, the love, the friendship, the connection.
It is an abundantlife, my friend.
And when you start takinginventory, if you will, of
all the different abundancesin your life, you may
surprise yourself with howmany you can come up with.
You may be thinking along thelines of money and wealth,
(03:38):
when you think of abundance.
This is a beautiful time of lifefor us to really lean into our
worthiness of having financialabundance, our worthiness of
having competence and knowledgearound financial decisions
that we make in our life.
So I encourage you to thinkof your time, your energy,
(04:01):
the connections you have, the joy and happiness that
you have in your life.
Look to nature for examples.
How can you nurture morethoughts of abundance in
midlife and beyond, andmove away from the thoughts
of scarcity and lack?
Look within yourself, lookwithin your life, keep it close
(04:22):
to home for this week, whenyou look at nurturing your
abundance in midlife and beyond.
How can you make it easier tonotice the abundance that is
within you, that is within yourconnections with others, that
is within your environment, and really appreciate those?
(04:43):
Notice them.
Appreciate them, embody them.
Let them fill your soulwith abundant feelings.
They're so expansive.
Remember, you knowwhat's best for you.
You know how to move forward, totrust yourself to move forward.
Let's focus on abundancetogether this month, my friend.
(05:06):
