Okay! Let's jump into threesimple science-backed ways
you can foster abundance.
I love these threeconcepts, my friend.
They are not complicated, and once you've formed
habits around them, abundance becomes the norm.

(01:47):
These can change howyou feel about life!
First is theconcept of savoring.
Savoring is the act ofslowing down to intentionally
absorb a moment.
This is an opportunityto linger in abundance
as you experience it.
It's a way for you to sealin the feeling of abundance.

(02:08):
Imagine yourself walkingoutside and you feel
the sun on your face.
Why not stop and savorthat warm sensation?
Really think about how itmakes you feel in your body.
Or maybe the next time you'reenjoying a really good meal.
This is an opportunityto savor a bite.
As you take that bite, allowingall of the flavors to meld in

(02:32):
your mouth, chewing slowly, and sinking into your memory.
Can you see how savoringa moment can help you
recognize and reinforcethe abundance in your life?
I encourage you to start today.
Why not slow downand savor those small
moments of abundance?
The next science backedway to foster abundance
is gratitude journaling.

(02:53):
Research shows that writingdown things you're grateful
for boosts life satisfaction.
It also makes you moreoptimistic and increases
your sense of fulfillment.
Whether you do this dailyor weekly, you'll benefit.
For those of you out there whoare squirming at the mention
of the word journaling, I knowyou're out there, I see you.

(03:14):
Take a deep breath.
This can be a simple practice.
You don't have to write a lot.
Even once a week can makea difference for you.
So, pick a timeand make it happen.
And I will also say this, myfriend, don't skip over the act
of writing this down on paper.
There's sciencebehind this, too.

(03:34):
Writing engages your brainin ways that typing cannot.
It reinforces your memoryand enhances your cognitive
processes in ways that typingjust doesn't do for you.
Writing down your pointsof gratitude help them
sink in more deeply.
And the third science-backedway to foster abundance that I

(03:54):
have for you today is to act 'asif.' Now this concept involves
acting in alignment with the youwho already lives abundantly.
This isn't aboutpretending, my friend.
This is choosing to behavein ways that bring about
the abundance you desire.
For example, if you want tocreate new friendships, you

(04:17):
can act by signing up for anevent or a class that puts
you in a space to do that.
If you want to foster abundantcreativity, you can act by
creating a space where you getcreative and stocking it with
supplies that help you do that.
It can be a small cornerof a room, my friend.

(04:37):
Or maybe you want to fostermore joy in your life.
Here's how you can act.
You can smile.
You can move in ways thatmake you feel joyful.
You can actively look for thesmall m oments of joy that
are around you every day.
You can be the joyful personwalking through an environment
and allowing that light andjoy to emanate from you.

(05:01):
You have someone in your lifethat you know or that you've
encountered where the joy justis pouring out of their pores.
You, my friend, can be that person.
Act as if the abundance youdesire is already yours.
Your alignedbehavior makes it so.
Choose one of these threeways to foster abundance or

(05:23):
give it a triple whammy andimplement all three, my friend.
These are simple.
They are not complicated, but man, are they powerful.
Notice the shifts that happenand experience how abundance
becomes your default mode.
If you felt this episode wasvaluable, please share it
with a woman in your life.
This is a community we arebuilding, my friend, and

(05:45):
it is positive and kindand supportive, and we
are all in it together.
There's room forall of us to thrive.
And if you haven't yet, join my email list.
You're going to get thoughtfulinsights and practices that
correlate with every episode.
You'll find the link in theshow notes and transcript.
I wrap up this month ofabundance on Sunday with

(06:06):
a guided meditation.
Don't miss it, my friend.
And next Wednesday, I kick offDecember with three ways to help
you create ease in your life.
Please join me then!Take care, my
friend, and be well.
