Hey there my friend.
It's me, Karli.
I'm back with another episodethis time about courage and

absorb it into your being asyou recognize how much courage
you really have inside of you.
I'm a life and wellness coach,I'm also building a community
(00:28):
of women in midlife and beyond.

Why don't you getstarted by getting in
a comfortable position?
It doesn't matter ifyou're sitting or lying
(00:48):
down, get comfortable.
Come into now.
This is the space where you letimages and ideas sink into your
mind, into your subconsciousmind, into your heart, your
soul, and when you need them, they will be able to bubble
(01:09):
up to the surface and changehow you experience courage.
So do any fidgeting that youneed to to be comfortable.
Maybe tip your head side toside, or roll your shoulders
for a moment and just take anice big breath in with me.
(01:33):
Hold it at the top.
And then let it outthrough your mouth, a nice
big exhale all the way,and then take a couple
more big breaths inand exhales out at your own
pace so that you feel completelyrelaxed and in the moment.
(02:07):
If you haven't already, closeyour eyes or lower your gaze,
if that's more comfortable.
Really feel into your body.
Where are you feeling anytension that you can relax?
(02:30):
Where are you feelingany butterflies or
resistance or fear.
Wherever that is, take anice big breath and on the
exhale, let that energy thatdoesn't feel the best to
(02:54):
you, just come right out, along with that exhale.
Now start to feel theheat inside your body.
There's a warming energy that'sstarting to flow through you.
(03:17):
This is a positive energy.
This is the energy thathelps you use courage to
step through your fear.
(03:38):
And as you're feelingthis warmth, this
energy , what color is it?
Allow that energy and that colorto center in your heart.
In your chest.
(04:00):
See that colorfullight start to expand
out of your body into the world.
Notice how good it feels,to let your light illuminate
your outside world.
(04:28):
And then imagine that lightstarting to surround you.
It feels so good as it wrapsaround you, and you're now in
the center of this orb of light.
This orb of colorful light, grows and expands around you.
(05:02):
This light holds your courage.
Notice how you are the centerof your courage, how this
courage emanates from you.
(05:23):
Notice how safe it feels, howwarm it feels, how good it feels
to have this light around you.
And think about how thislight can be recalled from
(05:43):
inside of you whenever youwant to express your courage.
How might you usethis light today?
(06:08):
How might you usethis light this week?
How might you use thislight in the months to come?
(06:35):
Courage, my friend, doesn't have to be big.
Courage can be small.
Courage can be quiet.
But this light emanating fromyou that surrounds you and feels
so good can help you no matterwhat size of courage you need.
(07:00):
To work through afear, a concern, a boundary,
a conversation, a change,a transition, a
release of control,trusting others,
(07:28):
and trusting yourself.
Wherever you feel the needfor courage, it's there
inside you, my friend.
Sit in that light, thatfeel good light of courage
(07:51):
for another moment.
Now take a big breath in,and exhale all the way.
Take a few morebig, slow breaths in
(08:16):
and out on your own.
Continuing to feel thatcourageous light around you.
(08:38):
Now see that lightas it dims, fading,
coming back into you.
Into that center where you keepit, where it's always waiting.
(09:02):
And then wiggle your fingersand toes and gently blink open
your eyes when you're ready.
Courage is insideof you, my friend.
It's there for you to tapinto whenever you choose.
(09:22):
