Florida manufactured home communities offer one of the best retirement lifestyles available at relative bargain prices. You may choose from resident own communities including co-ops, HOA subdivisions, or condominium associations as well as a wide variety of land lease communities. While still called mobile home parks in the state statutes, these communities offer far more than the trailer parks of yesteryear.
