Florida manufactured home communities offer the benefits of traditional retirement communities at a price that is still affordable. You can choose from 55+ or all age communities. Gated communities are common in larger Parks. These are almost identical to traditional HOA communities. Smaller Florida mobile home parks provide more intimate settings yet still offer basic amenities like clubhouses and swimming pools.
