Through her company, Authentique Delights, Chef Bri has whipped up delicious delectables for celebrities such as 50 Cent, Busta Rhymes, Kim Fields, Mike Epps, NBA and CFL athletes, and corporate clients such as Netflix, TD Bank, Pinterest and more. She’s also been featured in The Miami Herald, Canada’s Globe and Mail, and Cruise Critic.
Ernest had the chance to enjoy her culinary masterpieces, reflecting the spice and life of the African Diaspora, while sailing on Ama Waterways’ unique Soulful Experience river cruise in the South of France.
