Jesus said, "where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." How we appropriate the financial resources with which God has blessed us reveals the priority of our heart. The greatest command is for us to love the LORD our God with all of our heart. Hence, God should be THE top priority in the appropriation of our finances as well. The Scriptures reveal that we are to give our first fruits, tithes, and offerings to the LORD. What priority does God have in your budget plan? ...
