Follow the Glimmers is a podcast for women who are done with the way they've been doing it, and are learning to trust what they've always known. Each episode is a glimmer: a small noticing, a reframe, a thread worth following. Topics include nervous system regulation, cyclical living, feminine business strategy, and the deeper work of coming home to yourself.
