I was inspired after a potent coaching call with a client to jump on a talk about something that I am shifting most of my work to these days and that is helping people build and create their new self-concept, write their new narrative apart from the old self-esteem being collapsed for so many right now.
The Self-Esteem that was built on a house of cards that was played like a puppet by the outside world for so long.
A self-concept that is built with bricks of true love and respect for yourself will no longer desire to make decisions that lower your energy and go against your values.
You're now quick to let things go and forgive yourself & accept others where they are at. You no longer tolerate self deprecation because you love and respect who you are, you know that you are love in form, you are the eyes of creation perceiving itself.
