(00:00):
Oh yo-yo, yo, what up? What up?
Good morning. Good morning.
GMG Monday, dude. Wow, that month of May, damn it
went away dude. 2nd 2025 look atthat.
Another beautiful day to have a beautiful day.
Another beautiful week to have abeautiful week.
(00:20):
Another beautiful month to have a beautiful month.
I got my calls now. Tyler, Good morning.
How you doing today? I'm good.
It is a nice sunny Monday to start the week.
Just like you, I moved over thispast weekend, so we're we, we
spent some time getting all settled in.
I love that. Now ready to get back get back
(00:41):
to business here. Looks like we wait a little bit
longer for new all time highs. Yeah.
Sadly. Yeah, this last couple days,
well, this last week sucks. It's like this like far coin dip
really blows. I mean, that's not the only one,
but you know, there's a, you know, even Pepe, it got slammed.
(01:03):
But yeah, my bags are down, but my bags will be back.
And I hope your bags do too. And like, yeah, people say I
love your cabbie. You got you got the whole
background sorted. No, I got I went from having
insane background to like kind of nothing going on now you got
the crazy background. I love that.
What do you got by the chest pieces?
Where's the Penguin? No Penguin.
(01:25):
There's one directly behind me. I still have some more to do.
My my, my main desk comes tomorrow.
So then we'll have a final reason.
So. Did you settle on the chair?
I saw your tweet. Yeah, I bought the the Steelcase
Gesture I believe is the. The.
Brand that Sims recommended it was it was.
(01:46):
There was so many good recommendations out there so I
could spend 5 hours researching or just take Sims.
This tip. Yeah, I'm going to do the same
thing because whatever chair I'msitting on right now, there's no
support. Like there's nothing in my back
like it's Anne Smith back. So I'm going to I'm going to
copy trade you on that Steelcasething.
It's funny, last year I asked like what chair should I buy?
And it got like 300,000 views and went viral and it was OK.
(02:08):
Chair Twitter is very serious. Oh yeah.
How many chairs do you sit on? You know, clearly many chairs
over here on on Twitter anyways,so on the show, we'll go through
the market, we'll go you know Mando, I'm sure he's going to
come or not, I don't know. But yeah, we'll I'll text him
remind him what we're live. We'll go through the market
report and we'll go through Tyler's top 100.
(02:30):
We'll go through yeet giveaway of course, and as usual, and
then this show is power by wallet connect baby wallet
connect is the connectivity network shaping the future
volunteering UX If you've connected to Web 3 app you've
seen wallet connect that blue logo it's everywhere and I going
to trust in crypto is recognizable as Visa at
checkout. Want to learn more follow wallet
(02:52):
connect on X and Telegram to stay ahead of what's next.
Tyler looks like today you are the chosen one to tell me what's
next NFT and crypto analysis Tyler T on FOMO our cause the
kids. Can yeah, folks, crypto major's
(03:14):
a bit mixed a bit down here overnight.
I think the big story macro fromthe weekend is US, China trade
talks have have slowed and it looks like there are some issues
there along with some escalations in the Russia,
Ukraine conflict. So market's not liking that.
Stock futures are down and lookslike Bitcoin down here, one O
3/8 ETH at 2500, actually outperforming a bit in headlines
(03:39):
here. So Blackrock's I bet ETF, they
hit record inflows in the month of May 6.2 billion, their
biggest month ever. This morning we saw Michael
Saylor. He bought just $75 million last
week. That's it. 65 So so big Mike is
running a little bit lighter on funds it seems at this point in
time. We have Canadian Fitzgerald
(04:01):
launch a Bitcoin gold fund offering Bitcoin exposure along
with downside protection based on gold prices.
Stable coin usage really is shifting to B to B, business to
business with those business to business stablecoin transactions
reaching 36 billion and surpassing person to person
transfers. So I thought that was
noticeable, notable. Congress introduced the Clarity
(04:22):
Act, a new bipartisan bill aiming to shift crypto under
CFTC oversight, reducing the SE CS authority.
I think we saw that coming. Sharp blank, big news at the end
of last week. They're upping that raise from
425,000,000 to a billion. To a damn.
For that corporate treasury, so that's a big, we had REC shares
(04:45):
file for an ETH and sole stakey ETF and it looks like.
The Rex shares. Rex shares similar to Rex
shares, Maybe Rex shares next. I understand it.
This is going to go through a different approval process and
actually might have a real shot at approval in the next few
weeks. So that would be a big for for
those staking ETFs. We had FTX officially begin
(05:05):
their second wave of distributions on Friday.
And then CZ, he came out in the last day and said now would be a
good time to launch dark pool Dexis after James Wynn was
publicly haunted and apparently back and asking for donations
this morning in in a bit in token and open protocol news,
Wreck Brands announced details for its shipwrecked launch.
(05:28):
Those drinks are going to be minting as NFTS on abstract via
Open C. So that was a big announcement
that's coming tomorrow. Nice.
Amino opened up its AirDrop claim for Season 3.
Aptos announced a new 100K info 5 rewards campaign for this top
150 yappers. Then loud.
This loud token was one of the big stories of the week and they
(05:49):
had 70% mindshare on Friday. Token launched on Saturday.
A little bit of a roller coasterit's holding around.
It was chopping between 10 and 15,000,000 yesterday, now down
to like 6. So it is selling off actively
this morning. Rounding this out, AI crypto
market cap. AI market cap around 9.8
billion. It's down about 15% or so.
From Can we focus on what was loud in the end?
(06:16):
It is right now. Just a meme.
Hi, Amanda. Yeah.
So I thought it was meant to be some sort of like protocol for
something. I think that was part of the
potential bull case was would they use this to launch like an
actual project, perhaps like a alaunchpad for these initial
(06:37):
attention offerings. I think that's some opium right
now, but the reality of what we have is it's just a meme coin
with a 4% buy and sell tax. OK, fair enough.
I genuine. I genuine.
It wasn't exhausting that I justgenuinely thought that there was
like going to be some sort of like.
Who knows? It's it's a Twitter L2.
(07:00):
Right, it's a Twitter L2. Cool.
Yeah, and we can get into it more here in a bit.
I think it was. It was definitely one of the big
stories of the weekend. Just rounding this out we had
moon words acquire they jumped to point at 8 ETH top NFT mover.
This X copy edition of 10 mortalsold for 1.1 million over on
God. That was a huge sale for an
(07:20):
edition of 10. And then DK motion a little
fumble. He ran these day and night
auctions, sold for 34 ETH, but he he locked the ETH in a smart
contract fuck we will not be able to access it so that that
ETH is now gone. That's quite low as well, I
thought. Right.
I thought that was my first reaction before seeing off.
Fuck, he lost the money. That's my first track because
(07:43):
back then. Was I wrong?
I thought this is given the one that sold for over 1,000,000
right? A million, a half meal, 200 K,
300 Ki mean he sold at every price point.
Yeah, he's big. Yeah.
I was surprised. Maybe it's different than this
part of the edition. I don't.
I don't know the deal here. It was a one of one too, no?
Or was it not? I don't know.
Do you know Tyler? I I don't have time to try.
To find the the details, I just kind of saw the the headline
(08:05):
that it got locked. Yeah, I saw that as well.
I was like. Fuck, it's a one of one of four,
so it's an addition of four. Basically, it's an addition of
four OK. OK.
OK, interesting. Sucks though that the money was
he's been through his fair shareof problems, right?
Like he had this someone take his money or something once and
not long ago, you know, this he's he's I love DK.
(08:26):
I met him in Korea. I think he's here.
Mando actually right now for NFC.
Yeah, yeah, I guess we'll see him soon.
A lot of stuff to talk about. Tyler.
God damn you like, no, there's not much just you got you got a
lot going on right now. Just quickly Mando, while we
have you, because I think you Monday you go through your other
thing in a little bit. So while we have you, though,
let's talk about the market a little bit shaky, a lot of
(08:48):
headlines, whether it's on steel, whether it's Ukraine,
like fucking up a bunch of Russia fighter jets, the EU now
unhappy with Trump. Like there's a lot of stuff
going on in the market across where Amanda, why don't you like
run up the market for us? Like what what's happening in
that front here? Because we're our backs are
down. They're mixed right since.
Yeah, it's weird. Maybe maybe they are a little
(09:09):
bit down since Friday, I guess I've been focused mainly on ETH
and ETH beta stuff, which is, which is down a little bit on
some of the memes, but ETH is kind of where it was at least I
you know what I, I think there'sthe non zero chance.
I think that Bitcoin has anotherlike retest of like 100 and 100
(09:33):
and 203, maybe even like 100. I still think it meant to be
buying any dips. I particularly, as I keep on
saying, I like Ethan eat pizza stuff.
I I like the market. I like the market here.
I think I would be a little bit wary of buying non majors on
(09:55):
dips because a lot of that stuffis up a lot.
So like catching a falling knifeon, on like a salon Aminco, it
can be a little bit tougher in these phases, But I, I, I don't
think we're going materially lower if that's what the
question is. I think we're just consolidating
a little bit here and people arejust like, oh, we're going to go
all the way right back down. I don't see any of that.
(10:15):
I think the market was actually positioned pretty defensively
for the last month or two. And this is the dip that you can
either buy or not. And I think, I think you we
will, I think there's been some worry that this this actual
setup looks very similar to 2001and that like. 2001.
Sorry, 2021 where it looked likeBitcoin just hit a touch high,
(10:39):
all time high. And, and you can, you can make
it feel like, oh, we just did that until we, we push on from
here. But I don't really believe in
that. At least this time, I don't
think the market is the market was really frothy back then.
It doesn't feel as frothy this time.
(11:00):
And yeah, I'm still, I'm still afan of, of positioning.
So I've been buying, I've been buying ETH beats like I wasn't
fully invested. I was about 60% invested.
I've got myself to about 80% invested.
I've mainly been buying ETH on the dip.
(11:20):
You're not buying my bags. I don't know what your bags are
but I have been pretty. Clear.
You know my bags. I've been buy I wanted to buy
ETH on the dip. You know my bags.
Not even ETH memes. Like I am a little bit wary of
memes. Let's put it as a group, right?
(11:40):
That was like a pretty aggressive move lower in a lot
of those memes. And sometimes I can take a
little bit more time to like to digest.
And I think memes, I think memes, even my ETH beta memes,
even with ETH like slightly outperforming still like they
traded like Solana memes, you know what I mean?
(12:03):
Yeah, I meant Pepe got smacked down this weekend, but I think.
Mog Mog got smacked and it it feels like the meme class is
like one of one to its own. And yeah, it's everything else
is kind of so if, if, if I performs, I I just feel as
(12:25):
though that maybe some pain was just causing that move in memes
and I'd be a little bit wary of like buying dips in memes here.
That's all I would say. I yeah, there's no dips to buy
because I bought before the dips.
So we're going to be respectfully waiting for the
pump while we're chilling here. It's OK.
(12:49):
That's good, man. That's good.
You know you can just wait. So Bitcoin interesting boys.
You know someone answered you right regarding 2021 comments
saying 2021 felt different. It fell off a Cliff once it hit
ETH. It didn't consolidate like this,
and I checked and you know what it's consolidating at the top of
that range, which is impressive. The rest got smacked down like
all just got beat up again. All of them, including meme
(13:13):
coins, but it looks like Bitcoinis kind of holding strong.
Where's ETH at? So 2540?
Wow. The market feels very different
to where it to, to what it was back then.
To me at least, it feels very, very different.
I the thing that's changed to mehere, by the way, just to be
clear is I don't know if you, ifyou, we were paying attention.
(13:35):
I know Tyler, you were, but likethere was a for the first time
last week and we know we spoke about earlier in the week a
company did an ETH treasury. Yeah.
It soared like this wasn't a small move.
That was. A big move.
Or a fact there are other other thing people now thinking about
this as a strategy, which means that I think I could have a
(13:58):
little bit of a season here of ETH treasury buying.
And I think that's that's not been with ETH, it's been with
Bitcoin and it's actually even been with Solana a little bit,
but it hasn't been the narrativefor ETH.
No. At all.
And I think that that change could be quite big.
So I, that's why I'm I'm, I'm paying attention to it a lot
(14:22):
more. Yeah, yeah, yeah, it will.
I was Speaking of which. I mean, hold that thought.
Tomorrow, Joe Lubin's coming on the show, ladies and gentlemen.
They didn't announce that yet. I'll post it later.
But you know, so I know it's part of your topics too, Tyler,
but we'll solve it till tomorrowbecause Joe Lubin, the man
himself, the father, one of the fathers of Ethereum itself and
(14:44):
the man behind this S bet NASDAQlisting and you know, Joe Lopin
is now the Ethereum Taylor. So you know, Ethereum Jesus.
You know, I don't want to call him Ethereum Sailor, Ethereum
Jesus. We're not quite there yet, but,
but, but he. He's very.
Interesting to see like that reaction I feel like.
He's the one man, though, that'slike, you know how we talked
about on the show that we need someone to come and like be that
(15:05):
person for Ethereum. I feel like Joe was like, fuck
it, like, you know, I bursted that shit.
I'm going to save it it. Couldn't be Eric Trump?
You know, exactly, exactly right.
And, and, and so PAW Patrol, Lubin's coming on the show
tomorrow for half an hour. We have him from 10:30 to 11:00
AM Eastern. So we'll go hold that
conversation that thought Mando for tomorrow and think about you
(15:27):
guys can think about what you want to ask him and talk to him
about because what will happen then for a whole half hour?
Talk about it besides that, Mando.
So you're looking at that, Is there anything, I don't think is
there any, like we have any macro stuff coming up?
Because on the macro side, like, you know, I know the trade talks
are still going on. We're getting a positive
headline, negative in the line, positive headline, negative
headline. Same thing for China and Trump.
(15:48):
I feel like we got battered thisweekend and up until today with
these headlines, they're kind ofnegative.
So anything else to look at? Yeah.
There's quite a lot this week actually.
You've got PMI which actually just came out, looks kind of in
line. You've got some jobs data on
Friday and then I think Powell'sgot a couple of speeches.
So enough to move the markets. The main The main will be will
(16:12):
be Friday's jobs report. OK.
I think Powell's speaking today,so there may be some headlines
on the back of that. OK, OK, OK.
OK, there was rumours going around that he's going to resign
today. Yeah.
What's the Poly market line up for that though?
I think it's pretty low, right? I really don't see that
(16:33):
happening. Yeah, they they called his bluff
in the prediction markets. I don't think Powell will
resign. Is he like?
No way. It really it was just.
Well, the market is will he be removed, not resign?
But but that market counts A resignation.
Does he? It does, yeah.
(16:54):
It's as if Powell ceases to be the chair for any period of time
in 2025 S you're. Right, he says.
Yeah, Polymarket does this wherethey they have weird titles.
Yeah, and then it'll go down to it, to the fucking resolution,
and then some whales going to. I mean, 16% actually feels high
and I think there's some pretty.It's down 7%.
(17:16):
Don't. Yeah.
Let's see an hour. It's six hours one day.
It's actually back up. Today it peaked at 17%.
Yeah. But yeah, I mean, it's still a
heavy favorite to be no, right? And also, I mean, part of this
bet is that it goes another six months.
(17:37):
So even if you don't think he's going to.
That's true. It's 2025, you have a lot of
time. Resigned to this, that could be
a reason why it's still so far above 0.
But yeah, I I'm, I'm not bettingon Powell.
Well, that's another question. You know, I don't think I feel
like he's good at his job and I feel like he loves his job.
So I mean, it's kind of good at his job.
I got to say JP is kind of cooking.
(18:00):
You know what I mean, Mando, other question for you, because,
you know, they pissed me off themost.
Log into Twitter and see all these bears back clothing saying
should have sold in May and wentaway.
Then I go in and check the Bitcoin monthly chart.
It's green. Should we have sold in May and
(18:21):
gone away? Well, until when?
That's a genuine question, because selling may go away.
Is is. It's the summer thing, right?
It's for six months. Wow.
It's a, it's a from May until I think it's November, maybe,
(18:47):
yeah. I think it's is it?
Those six months are the worst traditionally versus it's.
Not till Labor Day. Yeah.
So like this was the highest month exclusive Bitcoin ever.
I do think we could consolidate here for a little bit as I've
said before. And I think that would be very
normal. And if if if your if your bags
(19:12):
are getting absolutely destroyedon a 1% move lower in Bitcoin,
prepare for that. Yeah.
I don't think I, I think just the way it's set up, I think we
could have a little bit of consolidation there.
I and I, I think ETH will outperform.
So those are my bets. OK, well I hope you're right
(19:35):
because my pep in my mark that way are, you know, it's like
that. I don't mind it my wrecked as
well. I'm largely Bitcoin and ETH
right now, let me put it that way.
That's not a bad bet. Crypto conservative, we'll,
we'll call it. Yeah, yeah.
And. Then and then have some some E
(19:56):
pizza trades obviously, but but those are my two biggest bags,
which may be boring for some people but I think I'll do OK.
No, but that's, you know, that'sthe rich man's bag.
I respect it. You know it's smart.
I think E double, it's not. It's not necessarily a rich man.
I actually don't know what double S with it though.
That's the thing I really do with this sort of stuff.
(20:18):
No, no, no. It's tricky.
Our beloved M2 chart still says that we're going to all time
highs like in the next couple weeks.
Oh no, we got to pull up the M2 chart again.
What's their name? What's their boy's?
Name encountered with Colin T crypto guys but then you've got
all the selling men go away likewhiz has been very bearish all
(20:38):
the. Time.
We've just been embarrassed for a long time though.
I love Whiz, but he's been embarrassed for a minute.
Yeah, he's been pretty defensively positioned on on the
way up too. He kind of owns certain things
like Bitcoin and Far Coin and. Well, he got back in far coin
only. Well, smart like on this last
step, right? Right.
No, no. But I think those have been his
main ones. But no, it's been, I think more
(21:00):
the. Best he only trades Bitcoin,
Pepe and far coin. Yeah.
So that's your M2 chart. Someone puts that six hours ago,
Tyler. So I guess that's the latest
one, yeah. I mean, it's still, it's been
wildly in line. Yeah, it's scary how in line it
is. Sometimes it's scary because
(21:21):
it's a little too in line, you know what I mean?
While someone put it on the Pepechart.
Well, the meme coin is funny. There you go.
That's. What I struggle with because I,
I, I, I think Mando's position makes a ton of sense.
Yep. In a world where Bitcoin does
shoot to 120, I, I would think it would lead to a risk on
(21:44):
season. But like, I don't know, it just
doesn't feel that way. Like like this meme market is
bad. Like the vibes are bad.
The vibes are really bad. Have we Have we seen that has
been Bitcoin has hit all time high before?
What else has hit all time high?Very little coins, only Solana
and market cap in price back then the first run and then some
(22:07):
memes like back then like that last Q4 like far coin and Pepe
and some of those guys like the mogs of this world DSPX none of
the alts at all time high. I believe I'm not mistaken.
You had a small tower run like these little like certain alts,
but you didn't really get a massive run to highs in on any
of the old coins. Maybe Alvis having quite a
(22:28):
season this recently. Is there a strong result?
That's it my. Point though, we're we're we're
like conditioned to think that will happen, but but.
Not all of them you'll. See a pump and you can see very
aggressive pumps but like they'doften don't really hold for that
long and they get shaken out with the first move right?
This was a big old move. Like Pepe.
(22:50):
One of the biggest coins in memes was at 1.6 and it it
dropped 40% in the space of two. That is an aggressive move lower
and that and that was not just that, it was a bunch of others.
So like I yeah, just be wary. Just be wary of like thinking
(23:13):
that that will stop like even the majors going on necessarily
is sustained bean coins as well.I think ETH beta is a really
tough one to play actually. Like I've been thinking more and
more about it because a lot of the ETH beta actually like the
ones that you want to own actually with the stuff that
(23:35):
didn't have beaters to eat when it was doing badly.
Do you know what I mean? Like we're doing well, whatever,
because like people like them. So to to get like ETH beta you
kind of want to own like L twos and like ETD file.
I think Ave. is probably the. Well, Ave. was the better bet
(23:56):
recently, but until then the L twos have not been a good trade,
right? But do you do you see what I'm
seeing here? Like.
Pivot to Brent. Pepe.
Didn't Pepe? Didn't we have?
Beta to eat at any time. No, I know what you mean.
I know what you mean. Greg drinks is in our comments
guys saying pivot to banquet Friday.
Actually Friday you guys weren'ton the show.
(24:17):
I I hosted with Kobe and Ovie likes to label it as the Lovely
Summer of Risk. Oh God then.
Then so Ovie and I talked about his thesis of the lovely summer
of risk and you know, is the summer of love anyways, and he
believes that there's going to be a raging Alcorn season.
(24:38):
Like he puts it at 80% chance that there's going to be a
season. He had me pretty bold up, I'm
not going to lie, on Friday. He's good at that shit, but.
He's good at that. We'll see.
So Ovi Ovi's got that, but he also acknowledges that the lot
of odds would just not go anywhere, right?
It's like specific ones, like we've seen some of the I coins,
(24:59):
like the virtual ecosystems thriving guys.
Like there's a runner in virtuals every day.
And then there is like, oh, virtual sequels.
To make money from that seems very difficult.
Right. But like you got to be locked
into the ecosystem, right? Like we have 1 friend.
Yeah, we have one friend. That's all he trades, right?
(25:19):
Yeah, I don't know either, but II'm not, but virtual itself is
UN incredible anyways. All right, so that's that's good
market roundup. Tyler, you were talking about
your topics earlier, so we don'treally need to go back to all
the the recap, but what what else?
What what what stuck out here? We could talk about loud for a
minute if you want, if Mando's still on.
(25:40):
I don't know, right? Yeah, there's a lot of angles
that we can go. Yeah, talk to me about LOUD.
Like I I wasn't around like I, you know, I was moving around.
I was travelling during the day of the priest of the the sale.
Like run me through it. What happened this weekend with
LOUD? Basically LOUD was announced.
Ultra is the founder. It is basically an attention
experiment where he announced that the top 25 people who were
(26:05):
talking or yapping about a LOUD token are going to be able to
split pro rata all of the feastsfrom the first trading.
So I think there's a 4% buy tax and a 4% sale tax on this token.
72% of that total pool is going to go to the top 25.
Right now. That's about ten $10,000 to
(26:26):
20,000 for the folks on the top of the leaderboard.
So that was the incentive. And then he ran a pre sale at a
155 KFTV. So pretty much a no brainer to
try to participate in that pre sale.
To qualify you had to be a top 1000 yapper about the loud
token. So this led to a lot of people
talking about it. I was able to get into this as
(26:49):
well. 1000 people got into the pre sale and then they ran
another a Part 2 for people with10 smart followers on Kaido.
Pre sale sold out on Saturday pretty much on the gun.
It had a few technical issues. Then the token went live Sunday
night or Saturday night like at like midnight eastern snipers
too high. It went to like 30 million
(27:10):
immediately back down, got sold off to like 10.
It grinded up yesterday briefly. It hit like 15 to 17,000,000
range and then just started selling off and it's been pretty
much down only. Yeah, is this the right chart?
I got the chart from the website.
Yeah, that's the right chart, Yeah.
Damn, yesterday you guys I saw atweet at 50 million, yes.
(27:30):
Yeah. I mean it's down 50% since then.
Yeah, I think, I think there's acouple reasons why.
What was going on? One, the founder hasn't really
announced anything yet. This is the type of a project
where I think there was the people who were bullish on it
and there's a lot of people who are loudly bearish, and that's
totally fine. That's fine, there's always
someone in the right. The bull case is that they would
(27:53):
have some kind of an announcement twist like you get,
if you're, if you're holding theloud token, you're going to get
access to this or like here, like we're also going to give
fees to token holders, like, youknow, some kind of a flywheel,
some kind of an incentive, right?
Because it's a, it's a pretty open-ended experiment.
So far that hasn't happened. And then the Kaido founder, you
who shared A blog post this morning, I think largely in
(28:17):
defense of some of the criticismthat's come out against Kaido
and info fi from largely from this whole loud meta.
And he's kind of defending his vision and the importance of
attention. And he kind of, you can
interpret it as throwing a little bit of a stray at at the
Laudio team. He talks about how protocols
(28:40):
can't control exactly how. It's true.
Their yappers get rewarded. You pick what you reward, right?
And he says that Laudio chose spamming basically.
Oh, he wrote this? Yeah, look, Laudio like he
called it out. Yeah, for some, they decide
their focus is on creating as much awareness as possible, as
Laudio decided, meaning the algorithm they chose.
(29:00):
I mean, it's called Laudio, so Iguess they went with the name.
Less focused on quality and insightfulness.
So, I mean, he does have to fucking defend his $2 billion
token, so I get that. Exactly.
So I think if you read this and interpreted it, it looks like
he's distancing himself a littlebit from this loud token, which
people have thought like that they were kind of partners to a
(29:22):
degree. The I mean it looks like it was
powered by Kaido dude. Like I'm not saying they, but it
was heavily branded as such, youknow?
And so people ran with that right?
And the, the, the, the extreme bull cases.
Now this is going to be the first in a wave of initial
attention offerings. And that's what we're called.
And to get access to future initial attention offerings,
(29:44):
you're going to have to hold theloud token.
And they're going to be partnered with Kaido and Kaido's
going to be the Launchpad. And people got over their skis a
little bit. I mean, they're, they're maybe
this is still all going to happen.
I, I don't know. But it's it's a low it's.
Not great. A partnership with a formal
partnership with Kaido in LOUD Ithink is very low likelihood and
it was kind of always in the back of my head, like why would
Kaido need a partner if they want?
(30:06):
Kaido needs nothing. They could do it on their own.
They need nothing right now. That's kind of how this has been
playing out and why we're sayingsome of the price action we are
wild card is, is, is he going tocome out, Is Ultra, the founder
of LOUD going to come out and make a surprise announcement.
So I think that's your wild card.
Yeah, we always say that, right?Like I've heard that nothing
(30:26):
ultra and it's loud. I'm just saying like we always
hear that. It's like, yo, we're going to
wait for the surprise surprise. Surely they got to make an
announcement with all this hype,right?
I've, I've, I said that a lot. We'll see.
I'm very indifferent about the whole thing.
I also don't understand the other side of things.
Like everyone's like hating on the Theta dude.
Like if some people wanted to farm, make $3000.
(30:48):
Like if $3000 is a lot of money to you, then don't fucking farm
it. But $3000 is a lot, a lot of
money to someone, you know. So there's always going to be
someone grinding through three grand, you know?
Yeah, I feel like we're in a space for everyone.
Like applauds people who like Angleshoot Farms and grind other
protocol farms to to earn tokens.
(31:08):
This was, I mean, it's low effort, which I think is the
criticism. It's very low effort, but it's
OK, right? Look, there's the high effort
work and there's a low effort stuff.
I mean, Kobe did have a good criticism of the timeline now,
but it's something I've been saying for a while and I think
you guys talk about it on the show with me a lot.
It's like, you know, a lot of info Five shit is a bunch of
human slop, not even AI slop, and it's made creators very
(31:30):
uncreative creator, non creative, right?
It's like the other way around. But then if you're a good
creator, just stand out, you know?
Like some creators, you know, get to do cool shit like we're
doing. Some creators will last around
two months and they'll do the rainfall fight, make money and
sail into the sunset and just beirrelevant in three months and
whatever. If you're so much better than
(31:51):
them, then do better, you know? That's why I see them.
The opportunity is to stand out as clear as to have more more
thoughtful content, right? That's what I did.
You know, that's why you're doing like you're you're content
and you're every time I see her following, it's fucking tired
and the day before. So it's just, you know, that's.
It what I will say, I think thisdid open up a bit of a
conversation like was this a mistake by Kaido?
(32:13):
So Laodio had 70% mindshare. What do you mean a mistake by
Kaido? In what sense would that be a
mistake by Kaido? So.
Any any protocol who ran a paid campaign via Kaido.
But they did. They run a campaign for Kaido.
Let's put that aside for a second.
But like any other protocol, like Beat for instance, or I
(32:35):
don't know, Infinex or Polka dot, their mindshare all got
crushed. I saw that was like 70% loud
right? As loud got total domination.
So like, if you were a new protocol who launched your
campaign with Kaido last week, you're probably like, shit, this
was a bad like why am I paying for this?
OK, it's removed now. Because they just partnered with
(32:56):
a a meme coin that took 70% mindshare.
Like I'm not getting the bang for my buck.
And granted it was a small blip on the radar and most likely the
loud attention share is going tostart grinding down pretty
quickly. But I do wonder if there if
there was any fallout, if he gotany, if he got chirped by by any
(33:19):
founders because of that. Well, where is that?
Is it gone now? I never knew how to access it
but it's definitely going to be gone from that because they're
they're no longer pre TGE they're post tge it.
Was gone. It was here, then it was in.
Yeah, pre TG arena. I see.
Yeah, yeah, an insane 70% share, which.
(33:41):
Damn. Probably.
The highest we've seen in the Kaido era.
Interesting. OK, interesting.
Yeah. I mean, I guess it's fair game,
right? They were loud and if you're
running a campaign at the same time as them then kind of got
wrecked there. I don't know, a lot of pushback.
(34:02):
I'm just like general crypto Twitter.
It's all this human slob. It is man dude, with these price
action and some of the stuff is really good just to you know,
put your tweets out and fuck off.
You know, so I do come on. She took my GMI tweet some
thoughts. But you know, a little ruin
chatter here and there, little ordinals chatter here.
But how's the ruin doing, huh? Ruin June, right?
(34:24):
Happy ruin. Happy ruin June.
Tyler, it's ruin June. Through June 1st, shockingly off
to a rocky start. Ruin June 1st ruin June 2nd
today it's ruin June 2nd. You know, it's summers are good
to just, you know, take a step back, hold your coins and and
you know, sail into the sunset and chill.
OK Anything else of 7%. OK, we're still alive. 7% let's.
(34:49):
I've got to get an extension forthis office because I only have
one plug and it's for my Rd. caster.
Let me plug the the the wrecked.Announcement today, right?
But tomorrow, When is it? Tomorrow, June 3rd, it is at
12:00 PM Eastern, so it's gonna be right after our show
tomorrow. The, the drink cases this time
are going to mints as NFTS. They're going to be on abstract
(35:13):
via open C, they're going to be priced at .29 ETH.
And then if you do mint these, you're going to get open CXP
abstract XP along with those recdrink points.
So triple rewards To actually get your case of rec drinks
you're going to have to burn theNFT, which is an interesting
twist. The.
First time we're we're they're going this route.
(35:35):
It is allow list only they've got all the full details.
I think anyone who's bought drinks before, if you hold the
rec guy, there's a few other qualifiers as well.
You'll be on the allow list thatis a 20 minute allow list and
then it's. Going to it's going to sell out
in 5 minutes. So imagine it'll be a a pretty
quick, pretty quick campaign or a pretty quick sell out.
And then make sure to connect your ETH wallet, abstract wallet
(35:57):
to that right rewards page to make sure you receive all the
those rewards. After the last two sales, buyers
were rewarded in Redcoin. So we will see if that trend
does continue. Big launch, I know.
I guess we still know the flavor.
Any news? There, there.
It's going to be a surprise flavor.
(36:19):
I don't even know the flavor. On Shipwright.
What do you think? I think it's just parking water.
I mean, what can it be? It's blue bottle.
Apple was green. Lime is yellow.
What's blue blueberry? I don't think it's going to be
blueberry. So I do think it's going to, I
think it's going to be like it's.
Just a ranch water like a topo Chico.
(36:41):
Oh wait, ABS is our breaking news.
This is. What do you mean open C?
What do you what do you what do you mean was breaking?
The the the flavor is. Oh, it's public.
OK. It's grapefruit and Raspberry.
Yeah. What do you mean tabs?
It's green. It's blue.
Raspberries. Red.
(37:02):
Where is it? Oh, here.
Oh, yeah. By the way, USA is going to
destroy Europe. I would guess that yes.
USA and oh, thank you for putting Canada with the USA.
We appreciate that. All right, Yeah, I I missed
this. OK.
Oh, look at this look. Look Erect is single handedly
saving the relationship between Canada and USA.
(37:22):
Look at this, Look at this beautiful logo here.
Yeah, love to see it. Shaking hands across borders.
We love this. Shaking hands, brother.
All right, so it's OK. So it's blueberry.
What is it? Where does it say?
Oh, rasp. Yeah.
Grapefruit. Raspberry.
Interesting. I would not have.
I wouldn't have guessed that with with 10 guesses.
(37:43):
Well yeah, because it's a Blue Bottle 51st.
They confirmed he has a fucking wild.
That's so funny. So that's big.
We'll we'll remind everyone tomorrow about that.
And the other NFT news we got a quickly touch on it was Moon
Bird's acquisition, so. Let's get Spencer on.
Spencer from Spencer Adventures. Now he runs Orange Cap games
(38:04):
that that training card game. He has fired the Moon Bird's IP
from Yuga Labs. This included Moon Birds,
mythics and oddities. As he looks to expand his Orange
Cap Games universe, they are headed to the other side.
So he's he is maintaining that relationship with the the other
(38:25):
side metaverse. There is an interesting twist, 8
chain L2 exclusivity. So any future components of
Moonbird's IP created by Spencerand team?
If it's on an L2, it has to be on 8 chain.
OK. So that was interesting.
Yeah, shout to Spencer. He's a homie.
Love Spencer. So you're getting him on
(38:48):
Thursday maybe? I think you said something like
that. Are you trying to get on the
show this week? But we're still on talks to try
to get on. Well, Thursday, Friday,
whatever, doesn't matter, Let's get him on.
That'll be really cool at at this smart of I mean, at this
stage they've sold everything off right.
They only own now other side andbait right in apricorn.
So they sold all the other collections, heavy metal on
(39:08):
birds punks. They still have the 440 lbs but
they sold the IP so the only what they left with board of
your club IP and and the apes collection the ape coin.
It looks like they want to dissolve the Dow, at least
Gordon. Yeah, that's going to be.
Depressed. Well, I mean, they should have
like this. We did that right.
You know, we we were we had a similar set up.
It was the rug Dow we noticed the year or something ago.
(39:30):
It doesn't work. It doesn't work.
I'm surprised it took them this long to come to that conclusion.
It does not work. But now with the onshoring of
companies again, thanks to Donald Trump's America,
literally it's thanks to that it's easier for people like us
to build without having Dallas. Back then you had to.
You know why Dow token came in like it's just let's be honest,
(39:52):
This is why it. Was how to play the game.
Now you can play differently. And by the way, dude, it's not
because they're stupid, it's because they were trying to be
smart, because they were trying to protect their holders in
their project. Because back then actually, they
sorry, they did get a Wells notice from the SEC Yuga Labs,
which you know, was removed, right?
They they beat the case alongside all the other ones.
(40:12):
So good news to see on that front.
OK, that's cool. That's pretty cool because
that's it. I do do I have enough battery
free so Sims oh, I have 4% let'sdo it tomorrow.
I don't want to stress it. Also, we don't have a code today
because Sims is still not back he's back in 7 minutes.
So Sims is back starting tomorrow and we have Joe on.
So we'll just pick two winners tomorrow.
(40:34):
We'll just pick two winners tomorrow. 2 winners for Farcorn
Friday. We'll just push it because guys
my my computer's about to die. They only have one plug in this
office, dude, so I had to my microphone and my Rd. caster
were more important. I'll make sure my computer's
charged for tomorrow if I don't have a fucking thing.
Now I know 24% is what I got fora show.
(40:55):
There you go. 24% for the hour is is really good.
Sorry. Y'all will do it tomorrow.
All right. What was that, Tyler?
We'll see y'all tomorrow morning, 10 AM Eastern Standard
Time for the episode of film while we're on rock radio.
Let's go.
