(00:00):
Yo-yo, what up? What up?
Good morning. Good morning, GMG.
Thursday, June 12th. June 12th.
I know what's going now. Today I'm 24 five with that
because I'm here today to have abeautiful day.
I got my clothes in the house. Tyler, Tyler.

(00:22):
Tyler. Tyler.
Good morning. How are you doing today?
Doing fantastic. Today is a big, big day.
Our coin enters the big leagues and I've been distracted the
last 20 minutes, maybe the last hour, just walking the wrecked
chair. No, I, I, I, I, I had to clock
out. I, I'm not watching because

(00:42):
every time I, I every time I refresh it, my bag's higher and
I got to like, I can't, you know, I don't want to, I can't
because I don't want to sense the euphoria, you know?
Yeah, I don't want to fuck it upfor everyone.
Wise, you know, wise choice. Because like it was 150 mil this
morning here in Europe, 140 something.
And then you guys in the chat like, Oh my God, 175 I'm like,

(01:05):
oh, OK, chill. OK, I got to like call copy.
I got to someone's someone's clipping, someone's clipping.
I'm sure we're going to talk about that.
Today was show today. Today we're going to talk
markets. I was in the last two days.
So I'm not sure what exactly what you cover didn't cover, but
I'm assuming you talk about a whole lot of things.
We'll talk more. Actually.
Last two days were crazy. Just today it's kind of shit
because another World War 3 is erupting for the 50th time.

(01:27):
I've never seen headlines of escalation in the Middle East
before. It's first time, first time.
So we'll talk markets, we'll talk macro crypto, we'll talk,
you know, Tyler's top one hundreds.
We'll talk memes, we'll talk thenews.
We'll talk all sorts of stuff going on in the space.
We're giving away some money on Ye.
We'll give away 1 winner today and keep 3 for tomorrow.

(01:49):
Farko and Friday. I wish the listing was tomorrow,
you know what I mean? Like they couldn't list it but
Farko and Friday. Come on Coinbase, I'm just
kidding. Love you guys.
Thank you for doing that. But you know, Farko and Friday
will have three winners tomorrow.
I'll give the code early today. Actually, the code raffle ball
dot XYZ is ether. You know, is it consensus trade?
By the way, thanks. I'm kidding.

(02:11):
Ether, ETHER. Ether is the code raffle ball
dot XYZ. Go to eat.com, sign up using
FOMO hour code. You have to be on FOMO hour
code. You have to have a public
account and you have to have placed a bet if you want to have
a chance to win. We give money away every day,
five days a week. We've given away like 35 GS
already, lads. So if you want to win some
money, come do that. And last but not least, last but

(02:33):
not least, this show is powered by wallet connect Wallet Connect
is a connectivity network shaping the future of on chain
UX. If you've connected to Web 3
app, you've seen wallet connect that blue logo, it's everywhere
and I gonna trust in crypto as recognizable as Visa a checkout.
Want to learn more? Follow Wallet Connect on X and
Telegram to stay ahead of what'snext.
But also I like this one a lot. Crackin pro with Crackin pro you

(02:57):
get full control over your layout.
Drag and drop any module, customize it all.
It's clean, it's smooth and built for real traders.
If you trade crypto, check out pro.kraken.com.
Trade without trade-offs. And with that, Tyler, I see
sympathy. I don't have my little roadie
Rd. so where? Where's the button?

(03:24):
On FOMO, our cause, the kid can.Great to batch the bears.
Yeah folks, it looks like a crypto majors read this morning
amidst growing concerns out of the Middle East that there might
be rising escalations between Israel and Iran.
We started selling off last night because of that.
Bitcoin down 2% one O 7 three ETH down 1 1/2 percent 2755 sold

(03:50):
at 1:59. We had PPI print come in this
morning. Yesterday CPI came in under.
PPI, not surprisingly also came in slightly under but not enough
through a move market so far today.
So we'll see how that continues to trend.
We had SPX leading all Alts on the day, up 8% to the dollar 66

(04:11):
in a new all time high. Meanwhile, Murad is raising his
targets to 1 trillion for his target market.
So we'll see. He's believing big at least.
Hype briefly set an all time high at $44.00 before retracing
yesterday as well. Getting into some of the news,
the ETS folks, they are absolutely on fire, $240 million
in inflows yesterday, highest since February. 4 month high

(04:33):
there. Arguably the the blockbusters of
the day was Stripe acquiring crypto wall.
Provide a Privy, which will continue operating independently
under its new ownership, but of course with a whole lot more
firepower and resources. So that was a major M and a
move. We had Circle sock up 10%
yesterday after news of the USDCtoken would expand to Sam

(04:54):
Altman's world chip. So the market like that
expansion, GameStop, GME, they're planning to raise
another 1.75 billion. They haven't come out and
directly said it's to buy Bitcoin, but we we're starting
to think that might be a part ofthe use of the funds.
But the stock didn't did not like that announcement.
It dropped on the news. the US Senate is moving forward on that

(05:15):
stable coin bill bill. Meanwhile, the House is making
progress on the market structurebill.
So we're seeing progress on bothof those fronts.
And then we had Moody's, they announced they're doing this
experiment to bring credit ratings on the Solana in a new
RWA tokenization experiment. So I thought that was an
interesting headline. In token AirDrop protocol news,
Sonic announced that Season 2 AirDrop is going to arrive on

(05:37):
June 18th. I need that.
Hey, for those for those Sonic boys, they also announced some
changes to their rewards program, Plasma.
This was some stealth surprise news last night.
They opened up another round of $500 million in deposits with
just one hour notice last night.Nice.
They filled that in about 30 minutes, some strong for for

(05:58):
plasma. Infinex Air dropped 100 million
new patrons to Kaido stakers. And then Mira announced the
Kaido rewards campaigns. Those continue to cook.
And then we saw one balance announced a $20 million race as
they continue to build out theirone balance tool kit to
eliminate change bridges and gasfor users in AI news market cap
down about 4%. Not a surprise. 2 pieces of

(06:20):
news, Virtuals launched their latest hot token, Iris, that's
their first AI agent to launch on Ethereum mainnet.
It opened up around 100 million.I think it dipped since the
open. And then the corporate
treasuries are hitting the crypto AI world Nash Day this
week. So yesterday we announced Snap
Genex is doing a $500 million Tau treasury.
And then yesterday this NASDAQ stock, interactive strength,

(06:44):
it's a fitness company. They're going to invest up to
500 million in the Fetch the FETtoken to bring AI integration to
their fitness products. So now two major corporate
crypto AI treasures in the books.
So that's a new trend in development from this week.
Rounding this out in memes and NFTS, meme leaders, mostly red
SPX leading all up 9% Park coin even ahead of today, the news

(07:08):
perhaps would bury the lead. Park coin goes live for spot
trading on Coinbase today at 12:00 PM Eastern.
So all eyes on that. Meanwhile this morning wrecked
getting a new all time high $175,000,000 FTV after OSF said
he's going rod mode market like that news some huge clips into
that token. This aura meme has has

(07:31):
effectively been taken over by some kind of cabal.
It went from 1,000,000 to 150 million in two days.
One of the biggest runs we've ever seen.
And then in NFTS, a couple headlines.
Gandhi has reached 55 market share, 55% market share for all
NMT lending. And then Pudgy Penguins big
partnership announced a new partner with NASCAR.

(07:51):
So pudgies and NASCAR as they continue to proliferate the
brand. Wow.
That is that is a lot Tyler happening at this at this time
where we can start, I mean we could start I guess with the
with macro and in price. I mean, we, the market was hot

(08:12):
and it's as if like every time we're all time high, near all
time high, someone's got to do something to slow us down.
They don't want us to break out of the all time high range.
They who want to see Ethereum higher than $2800, they don't
want it all season. You know, it's it's almost as if

(08:32):
Iran and Israel actually, it's kind of both fucking with each
other saw Ethereum have a huge run and and almost become
consensus trade and then and then say, Yo, we're going to
drop the bomb. What you know, it's every time
the same thing. Where we at right now?

(08:52):
What do we think? I I think again, like even if
there's escalation, I don't see why the market should like be
insane, but it I get, I get whatit's shaky, right?
Yeah, this is a trickier one. It does feel a little bit more
real right now than perhaps it did in in prior months.

(09:13):
I think polymarkets got it up at54% chance of an Israel attack
on Iran before July. At the same time, I mean, there
was there was some skirmishes between these two several months
back, right? And I don't think it had
significant impacts on markets. So perhaps we'll just shake this

(09:33):
one off after the the dust settles the next few days.
I mean, certainly people are arewatching it pretty closely.
Yeah. What's coming out to me about
Bitcoin is like, are we, is thisthe hard road to get past 110 K,
like 110? It's been a very level to break.
I keep thinking about this Kobe tweet.
Yeah, it's living rent free in my head.

(09:53):
The easy, the hard road, 80. What?
What is it? 80 to 100?
And the hard road 100 to 250. The easier 100 to 2:50.
But maybe it was 110, I don't know.
Yeah, he came back and revised it too.
So like the original tweet from John Brown said 110.
OK. So we have to get past 110 and,

(10:14):
and it's looking like a formidable barrier.
At the same time, I felt like wewere making so much progress.
It felt like we were starting tofeel some euphoria.
Like the weekly numbers, Bitcoins up 3%, Ethan's up 7%.
Like that's not even like for how much joy I felt like we felt
in the timeline this week. These aren't that big of moves

(10:35):
and I mean we, we've seen like daily candles in the in the 20%
range, right? That's why I'm so bullish.
Yeah, but we haven't seen shit yet, Tyler, you feel me?
Like you'll know, Remember the Bitcoin candles, like the
biggest daily candle history of Bitcoin like not long ago, like
last late last year or some shit, like when we dropped like

(10:56):
810 K in a day. Like we haven't seen any of
this. Actually, we've seen it on
Bitcoin only, right? Well, yeah, we saw on Solana
when like Trump dropped, but like, you know, we haven't seen
shit yet. You know, the lovely summer of
risk. It's the summer of risk anyways.
We haven't. Seen any big candles really and

(11:21):
I still think they're coming. I I just have this lingering
feeling that they're coming. Maybe this last shake out.
The last shake out it's a fake out, you know, let's see let's
look at hyper liquid though, manoh man, it's.
Just up only and it looks like it's clear skies.
Man, oh man, what a chart from from that bottom here.

(11:46):
What a fuck. It's like hyper liquid.
Give everyone the chance to enter it again at the price and
kind of open that after the points thing.
It's up 351% since no more. Yeah, I wrote about that, yeah.
Very easy to get 3X on that. Even if you let's say you didn't
catch the the the Wick under 10 because that was not the

(12:06):
easiest, it was very viable in the 13 range and even more in
like the 20 like everyone's had a chance to enter this.
Oh yeah, it said 20 for a while too.
Definitely had a chance. And with size, Hyperlink was one
of those coins they can trade with with pretty big size in
general. All right, what else you got?

(12:28):
I mean, the, the top mover on the day was, I think it's coming
back down now. Well, SBX, we talked about it a
bit yesterday. We don't need to go super deep
into it, but it's at $1.70 and it's green on the day where
Bitcoin is down 2%. Like there's all these concerns
about the lease crises typically.

(12:51):
Typically that type of volatility like crushes memes,
right? And like, and we're seeing it
and the rest of the meme board like DOGE is down 6%, which is
having a terrible cycle like yousaid that a few other days.
Yeah, Doge is just not it right now.
It's doing nothing. I mean, Pepe is down 6% like all
the meme leaders are, are broadly down 5% and SPX is back

(13:12):
up into all time high. So it's continuing this
parabolic move. I don't know where it's going to
go from here, but it's it's, it's caught people's.
You know where it's going. Let's go to Trillion.
Trillion. Yeah.
Trillion dollar coin, right? Next key level is 690, I said.
I said that on yesterday's show,so we'll.

(13:35):
So you're, you're looking at it like that.
You know, Tyler's looking at it like meow, meow what?
What if we handle down from hereand just paint that the handle
at all time highs? That's that's the tip you want
to buy right there. Yeah, like, like, like bang, you

(13:58):
know, Anyways, I'm better drawing.
Yeah. I mean, SPX is really
impressive, I'm not going to lie.
But we've been talking about it a lot, and rightfully so,
because it is a top. It is the top meme gainer in
general, right? Of the leaderboard.
If we want to go downstream, thethe top leader is likely
wrecked. Whoa, look at the seven days.

(14:24):
Seven day at 50% move. Wow.
Outpacing for coin. How about that?
And SPX? Wow.
Yeah, it really. Let's take a screenshot of this.
It's the top mover. Holy shit, hold on.
On the week. Sorry, I got to take a
screenshot sent to OH. Yeah, it's worth.
Yeah, I you're the date that's different.

(14:47):
You know, you got a seven day. I think it's good.
Wait, wait, it's first. It's the number one mover across
the top. What?
1000 tokens in all crypto huge. That's insane.
And The thing is like, this hasn't even been like a a big
Newsweek. Like we had the shipwreck sell
out last. Week any news?

(15:08):
The news that we know about is OSF going Maraud mode.
So he he's like I, I can sense it in him.
And of course we're so. That way.
By the way, that is hilarious. Yeah.
Also look at that cup and handlebreakout.
It's perfect. It's one of our favorite
patterns, actually resolved. You truly love to see it.

(15:32):
I think a lot of our hardcore listeners know OSF well, right?
Those who may not and are more casually following, I've noticed
a change. I think he's more dialed in now
than ever and I think he's beinglouder on the timeline.
It really feels like big, big things are coming.

(15:53):
And this morning this, I mean, this is public.
It's all in the blockchain. We saw a a $200,000 single clip
into the token and then we saw a$250,000 single clip.
So these aren't Dcas. These are just boom, the
straight market buys in, in hugesize.
Any news? Oh, hi.
Any news? We were going to ask you.

(16:13):
Any news? Any news?
Any news someone out there please?
So can I say what I said in the formal hour chat or am I going
to get destroyed by communities here?
So I don't know what you said. What did you say?
I'm coming in late. Sorry, very busy morning for me.

(16:36):
You're good. Tyler knows.
You say a lot of things in the chat that could get you
destroyed, so. Aside from aside from east being
consensus trade, I think that I'm kidding.
I think that's a joke. That's a joke.
But no, Julie speaking, I don't see how rekt can't pull and move

(16:57):
similar to SPX here for the and I and I and I laid it out.
So I'm not trying to PvP tokens. So I want to it's more PV.
I want to put my thesis out there here because I also want
to put it in on the record because you know, I can cloud
farm when it's at a billion, butit also Full disclosure, I am a
top 25 holder probably right. So it's it's a good day to have
a good day. It's become my second biggest

(17:18):
position in crypto actually, as this morning, which is pretty
wild, knock on wood and so and scratch my ass an Iranian thing
to do. But anyways, it's just like
it's, you know, there's good, you know, supply control in the
tokenomics now it's been built. You know, there's a mega
marketing wallet that's great. You know, there's a product
being built. You know, there's somewhat of a

(17:39):
cult around Rekt and Ovie. Let's be honest, Ovie's building
his brand as a personal brand. For four years we hosted 1000
episodes of this show together, Mendovi and I for the first
what, 2 1/2, three years until Tyler came in.
Wreck Guy has always been sort of a cult.
It's also filled with the most redacted holders in crypto that

(18:00):
have seen the most insane draw downs at all times.
I mean rec was down 95% on the last draw down.
Forget red guy. Red guy also has had its own
draw downs in the NFT and peoplestill held.
I mean I minted like 15 red guyshaving never sold one right?
Which technically is stupid whenyou think about it.
But no it's not because I got myred coins and actually the

(18:20):
equity and everything right? It's like I don't see why token
like wrecked when I look at the success of SPX and why it's so
successful. It's like Murad supply control.
It's working. The whole meme memetics of it
has been mastered. It's well done, right?
The content, the thought processbelieve in something.
The tag lines direct is similar but for brand, right?

(18:43):
Except that they have four yearsbehind them and they've got this
new meta of like revenue generating utility token, which
they have with rec drinks. They've sold 630,000 cans this
year alone on pace to equal or beat the Red Bull first year can
sales, which was 1,000,000 by the way.

(19:05):
They're going to beat it for sure.
There's only 47% left of that and there's barely and there's a
ton of months left in the year, right?
We're halfway through the year, so I don't see why we in the fly
with it. I don't see why it can't pull a
similar move. It's like, yeah, you look at a
move like this, yeah, shoot, sure, expect a draw down.
OK, fine. Like does it go back to 150?
Maybe, but you're not going to see it like $50 million now

(19:27):
maybe in the bear market, blah, blah, blah, heavy celebration,
people taking profit maybe. But like, I don't see why
wrecked can't become one of those tokens.
And by the way, and I'm curious for thoughts on it, but by the
way, my last thought is all thistalk about ICM and Internet
capital markets and stuff like that, which 99% of it is a
fucking scam to sell your bags to us.

(19:48):
A lot of it is really the launchpoint is doing is great, but
this is ICM like red guy in the red fly was Internet capital
markets pure and simple. It's an Internet web three born
brand, a crypto native company. That literally minted for free
gave equity to its holders. Launcher Coin is selling drinks

(20:09):
and now creating a flyway aroundit.
This is in my opinion, alongsidePudgy Penguins and Penghu, the
purest form of ICM in crypto. Curious you hear your thoughts
on this thesis? Look, obviously I I can't, I
can't chill it like that. But I do think that, yeah, if

(20:29):
you're looking for maybe what I think the future of crypto is to
a certain extent, like I think there's certain certain things
will be a will be forms of exchange as a coin or a store of
store of value, which is things like Bitcoin and maybe some of
the L ones. But if you're looking for how

(20:50):
app coins can work or how, let'ssay this Internet capital market
coins would work, this is kind of how I would, I would hope
that most of these go down. The rule, I think, although I, I
don't agree to get the incentives right for everyone is
always where it kind of falls down.
Like we know what we need to do,but then people just don't act

(21:12):
how they, they need to. With NFTS, we raise the money
upfront often. And then that led to kind of a
bit of a downfall at the end because like people would raise
on these huge ideas and then like the delivery was never
really quite there and it would fail.
ICM it's kind of a similar sort of route where like often it's
bundled supply at the start and then they get their bags

(21:33):
straight up and then they can just like exit how wrecked wreck
guy formed. Remember, Wreck guy was like a
thank you slash apology for D JSback in the day, right?
Like and part of OV's artwork. But we did it for free and
everything since it's been free and everything that we've ever
made from it has been tied to either royalties or some form of

(21:58):
shared flywheel. And I think they can be
creative. They just, it takes sometimes a
while to create with the right, with the people, with the right
sort of incentives to make it happen.
I think with the new like regulations when you you're
going to see better versions of this.
But yeah, I do think that that wreck is one of the few who who
who kind of have it going on. And for that reason, like I

(22:20):
think it can trade probably at apretty high premium versus a lot
of things because it's one of the few way you can actually be
like, right, Well, this flywheelactually works.
Hyperliquid's another one, right?
Like Hyperliquid's done very well.
But that's what flywheel model and they, you know, they're
spending 100% of their fees on buybacks and they are a web

(22:43):
three native team, which seems to have gotten it.
I'm trying to like some of the D5 protocols are kind of going
down that route. And you can see that some of
those coins are actually reacting pretty well more
recently, at least at least going down that firewall route.
It's a bit more PvP in that world, like everyone's going
after each other, which has meant that it's masked the big
change in D5 coins that has happened over the last 12

(23:03):
months, which is a lot of those coins have gone from governance
coins to actually being good coins.
But they're just fighting each other as hard in a race to the
bottom really of like lowest fees and the and the biggest try
back. But there will be a point in
time where people think about that for D5, I think.
Yeah. And in for these sort of other
app style coins like let's say Web 3 and native brands, I think

(23:24):
it's possible. I really do think it's possible.
We haven't seen it from any of the other major NFT projects.
Pengu, I don't know, Do they have a buyback?
Not. Yet I think that's a big, I
think that's one of the big things he's got maybe in his
pocket for Q4. Right.
So I think what Pengu has reallygone on with like memetics,
right? They've spent a lot of Money
Marketing and memetics and really driven and they've

(23:45):
they've gone mainstream with that.
I think Req is still more of a Web 3.
Yeah, of course, Of course. It's very neat, yeah.
Even the flywheel slightly earlier, but I, I think it's
actually a new business model. If if what I say like you saw
how we bought the wrecks back atlike a low level and we have all
this wrecks in the treasury likethat, that becomes a marketing

(24:08):
budget for like making. It's like $70 million wallet now
bro. Right.
And it's not just like, oh, that's bad for the token.
The vast majority of the token holders also own equity in the
company. So then you have this like
there's a flywheel on two ways there.
Like if you're not winning on the tokens, well, let's say
like, Oh yeah, we need to some of it's used for marketing and
gets a little bit of slide supply distribution.

(24:30):
That's because we're selling more drinks and like we saw an
unlock happened last week, right?
And you know, there was this, we're reacting to that being
closed, but that that's like a double winner, I think.
So companies that also manage togive equity to their their token
holders mean that they'll benefit even if there's like

(24:52):
added supply almost. This is kind of the issue with
NFTS, right? Like oh, if all the Ugalabs
holders have owned more own equity in Ugalabs supply
increases of the NFTS or of tokens wouldn't have necessarily
mattered as much if they then shared in the upside of the
revenue of the business. So I actually think them both
going hand in hand is quite important for like long term

(25:18):
value that if it's just token, then you can argue it can also
break down over a really long time.
But like if it's token and equity, it's really tough for
it's like breakdown basically. Yeah, I agree.
I just want to answer to one of the push back, which is very
fair. It's like can't compare to Red
Bull. You know, people bought Red

(25:41):
Bull's energy drink. I just want to say I'm not
comparing right to Red Bull. The only comparison I'm saying
is because Ovie talked about this often is that Red Bull in
the first year sold a million cans.
And Ovie's goal because he talksabout this is to sell 1,000,000
cans. You see that he even draws it a
lot and he's 63% of the way there.
So I agree, like the Red Bull wrecked comparisons.
I don't compare Wrecked as we drink to Red Bull.

(26:02):
It's also different audiences, different way people do buy the
Wrecked cans as a way to farm tokens and air drops and get
points, etcetera. This is true.
It's all valid, but it's just the way he's marketing it is
smart, right? It's like when Murat says
believe in something, we're intoa trillion dollars.
It's very similar, like marketing strategies works out.
The difference is with these cans, like, yeah, you get all
these photos, which sometimes itis silly and funny, but it's

(26:24):
like, it's a meme, Like someone received like 17,000 cans of
Wrecked at home. But people have been giving them
out. They don't keep them.
They give them out in the way like it's actually marketing.
And, and I think, and I think this is, it's a, it's, it's very
smart. And so for a company that starts
extremely niche and a very hard environment, look back at the
interview I did with OV Friday last week when the boys were
off. It was just OV and I, we talked

(26:45):
about this. I was like this industry, like
the the drink industry, you can't just tap into it and just
win. Like it's tough, dude, right.
You're not, we're not the enoughboys with the happy dad where we
can just go and fucking make $200 million.
Like we're not prime. We're not Logan Paul here.
We're just fucking D Jens here talking to you, an audience of
like 1000 people a day, you knowwhat I mean?
Like, and it's still making it work at that level.

(27:06):
But yeah, here's your thoughts out and then we can definitely,
yeah. Concisely, I think what makes it
unique and it is a Unicorn. It's a pioneer in this new brand
coin sector is it's got the business and in the revenue
share, which is a a huge hot button topic in encrypted
Twitter right now. And it's a successful business.
He he's selling these cans and and it's great, but it also has
the cult and Murad's out pushingas a cult coins is the next big

(27:30):
thing, right. It's the cult thesis behind SPX
to a trillion and I I've met these wrecked holders.
It's it's primarily who I hung out with down in Miami.
Yeah, he did. And these guys love OV.
They love the brand, they're along for the ride.
There's. Tattoos, there's everything.
Not up and down into every 10% pump I can, I can tell you that.

(27:53):
I'm not looking at 10% pump brother.
I was saying yesterday, man, andmy back was down 92 fucking
percent like a couple months ago.
You think I'm going to sell like10% above all time high like,
but you know what I mean? Like and I have like trillions
of that token. Like it's just like it's you
don't like you know what I mean? It's just and and and it's it's
it is like actually sometimes I feel like they love Ovie a
little too much, not going to lie.
Like they would probably like sleep with him if he let them.

(28:14):
I think Ovie would let. Don't worry guys, Ovie would
probably let you guys sleep withhim on a billion.
Ovie is in big spaces. I've realized this from the rec
shows over the years. What have you not noticed this
from the rec shows over the years?
He's like good for the first half an hour and then you'll
find him like him like crying ina corner about Larry.
And he he I think he gets like it's been a lot the last year,

(28:37):
last few years, but he prefers the smaller events rather.
Than the the. Big ones he hides, he comes to
our house and we. Hides.
He definitely he definitely hides in a in a in a corner
anyways in other news, far coin is getting listed on Coinbase
today. Tyler we got I mean we got to

(28:58):
talk about I'm sorry y'all I'm going to we're going to talk
about far coin today. Don't worry we.
Went around the horn and gave our price predictions for SPX
yesterday for Tyler. Oh, that's perfect.
OK, perfect. So we already talked about SPX
again today man though, so we'renot going to go over it again,
but but Tyler, let's are. We going to talk about my call

(29:20):
being being 100% right or or notyet.
Are we talking about? What are we talking about here?
What? What happened?
I didn't even watch yesterday. I should have.
I didn't watch. I said, are we talking about ETH
outperforming? Is it outperforming?
Don't give me that. Everybody has ETH, Tyler's pool,

(29:42):
Everybody owns ETH. Super majority of of of our
timeline owns ETH. Everybody's in E4.
Let's see it's most hated rally. You can feel it.
I'm I'm honestly, you know what it is, though.
I was talking about this when I opened the show earlier mind
it's so funny like ETH was aboutto break that 2800 and Iran was
like Nope, fuck you. You know sorry I'm trying to

(30:06):
make it work. OK, it's hard.
It's not like Israel's listeningeither, so I'm I'm I'm on the
phone all day. That's why I missed the show
yesterday. I'm I got Donnie, I got, you
know, Benjamin, like everyone onthe call left to right.
I'm trying to, you know, trying to make it work.
Anyways, all jokes aside, fart coin looking for your thing.
By the way, it's fart coin. It's it's looking good back at
1.37 just bounced on this show. Love to see that from 132.

(30:29):
What's up? What's the prediction here?
And I'm curious to ask you both a question.
We're seeing a slight baby pull back on the market on the back
of like macro news, right? I kind of like fartcoin being
listed in this environment rightnow where it's not just up only
because usually listings like that can be toppy.
I don't think this is the case here.

(30:49):
This time is different. What do you think?
I feel like we're going to see abit of a pop on the listing and
then I feel like we're probably going to do some kind of a
sideways consolidation chop for a bit.
I don't think we're going to go straight to five by any means in
like a 10 day period right now on this listing.

(31:12):
But I do think the Coinbase listing gives us the foundation
for a parabolic move like that sometime in the future.
And I don't know what the catalyst will be.
I think we probably need probably going to want to see
Bitcoin go over to, to break 110for for that to happen.

(31:34):
But we've opened the door to a whole lot of new holders.
Yeah, I think it's going to taketime for them to accumulate.
His name is Dip Wheeler. What do you think?
Mando I. Think this is very bullish, I
mean depends we we saw a mixed bag of Coinbase listings before.

(31:55):
This we're looking good. I just didn't do so well.
Imagine this does well like I think it will do well.
This is. Good, this is nice.
What I, what I, I'll repeat whatI've said before in the past,
which is like I'm, I'm I like buying coins when not fewer
people will buy them, but like they're, they're like before

(32:18):
listings rather than afterwards. So I would say this is bullish,
but I wouldn't say this is like the most bullish thing that's
happened to Falcon. Do you know what do you know
what I mean? I feel like this is just this
means that it won't go that muchlower.
But I wouldn't say this is like the thing that makes it go to
like a three or 4X If you know, we just saw with Aura, for
example, like that's that's something that really like when

(32:41):
it comes out of nowhere and likenobody owns it.
And then it goes, it feels like Falcon is kind of like owned.
But this is this will mean that it'll it'll do well and it'll
and I think a pump maybe like 2030% kind of go back up to the
highs it was yesterday. But this is just this.
I mean, it should have been thisa while ago in my opinion, But
this is just, it's been a bit ridiculous that it hasn't been

(33:02):
listed yet. Yeah, I mean.
It'll be if we see like the trad5 folks start to.
That's the thing. I feel like that's kind of
slowed down. I mean far coin is like B coin,
everyone talks about it. No, remember, like they'd always
like Joker. Oh, far coin.
Oh, yeah. Oh, what?
You mean? All right?
I think then they're going to go.
They're going to buy it. Maybe they would.

(33:24):
Yeah, maybe. I think, I think this is the big
test. It's like for me, Far Coin is a
great product for Western buyersof crypto, right?
That's why I think Robin Hood and Coinbase, Mcmorris and
Farquin are like finance, for example, right?
Because in the West it's a joke,right?
Like you see the Kitty beer tweeting about it in a funny
way. It's like the the actually with

(33:46):
was that when it ran up my Bloomberg, my friends are
working on trading desk were laughing because on Bloomberg
Terminal it would talk about dogwidth had going like 3 billion.
So they used to joke about that. And so farkle was kind of like
replaced that replace it in thatsense where like you'll see it
on Bloomberg or like you see, it's called it's so stupid.
Like everybody smiles at it, butwe'll see.
Obviously I've already laid out why I'm bullish on it like a

(34:07):
million times telling him over it again.
But yeah, big day. What time?
Let me check again. 80 minutes. No way What?
What are your predictions? What?
How you're? A bad girl.
I can't make a prediction. I, I, I said 160.
We hit that, then two, then price discovery.

(34:31):
So I will remain. I, I, I stand by my first call
that I made a few weeks ago. See, I made that when I went to
Toronto. It was telegraphed like so far
all my levels on FARC one hit. I didn't expect that pullback
from 160 to 800 mil like that 50% drawback.
Definitely. I was expecting to be like
pullbacks like one 20s, maybe one, but definitely not 800 mil.

(34:52):
That was insane. So I I but it was I hold right,
But I still have all my bags. I've had the same bag for a
while so I'm nowhere near my keys anyways, so I don't care.
What sell off is really, I thinkthat sell off is really
important. I think it it shook a lot of
folks out. Totally had to reset leverage.
Holders went up though during that shake off, yeah.

(35:15):
Every day. So you got to be careful with
these because there's people with big bags that play games
sometimes and there's Coinbase has to have enough four coin to
list as well. So I wouldn't be surprised if it
had a tea WAP around that 801 dollar level.
I do think that if we blast anyways, what you want to look
at my call is like if you want to look at that 160 region, you
blast through that, then you're going to hit that 2250 right

(35:39):
you. So that's all I want.
And at the end of the day, we'regoing to $10.00.
So it'll be nice, would be nice notice Tyler, you how many
office rooms do you have in yourhouse?
It's just my other office. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi has not
been consistent. This is like office number 5 for

(35:59):
Tyler. So have you noticed man though?
Last minute move today. This one's a little more
feminine. If I'm going to be down here
full time, I'm going to have. To move, you got to get those,
like, extent thing, whatever. Yeah. 10 bed meme coin mansion.
Yeah, exactly. He's got that.
But yeah, who wants to go live in Tyler's mansion?
Guys, we're giving away one spotby the end of the year to a

(36:21):
lucky listener. Anyways, what else do we have to
talk about? We talked talk a lot.
About meme, we went out the riskcurve.
Let's let's, let's, let's go back the the biggest headline of
the day was Stripe. They announced their acquisition
of Privy. So Privy, if you don't know,
like they, they power embedded crypto walls for apps like Open
C, Zora, Hyper Liquid. They've got, they support

(36:43):
75,000,000 wallets across 1000 developer teams, billions of
transactions. So they're huge.
We don't know the details financially of the acquisition
though. Privy was last valued at 230
million in March of 2025. So so probably around that
ballpark at least. Again, for those unfamiliar,

(37:03):
Privy allows developers to spin up secure user friendly wallets
directly in app. They've been they're enabling
now Stripe to really go deeper into crypto infra and it looks
like they're, they're that Stripe is kind of building out
this full stack end to end crypto onboarding service that
they've already got the Fiat to crypto ramps.

(37:25):
They've got stable coin support and now they've got the wallet
creation here with Privy. So like Stripe is betting big on
on crypto here. And it looks like they're,
they're going to be a, a big player in the space to come.
And now potential impact as it puts pressure on some of the
other big payments players, PayPal, Visa, like what, what
are they going to do? And I think this opens up we, we

(37:47):
talked about the door being openfor crypto IP OS after Circle.
Clearly the, the, the M&A circleis, is, is wide open now as
well. So we'll see who, who else
perhaps gets acquired in the, the days and months to come.
But huge announcement, Big, big day for all the the Privy

(38:08):
workers who've been grinding over the last.
I mean, Privy is arguably top five most important companies to
have come out of crypto, in my opinion.
Yeah. I don't even know if that's a
hard take. I think they've enabled so much
for for us as an industry. I mean, abstract is all of it is

(38:30):
Privy that we use Privy too. Everyone I talked to was like,
oh, we use Privy on our platformas well.
Privy guys are great. We use them for a number of
different things. Yeah, exactly.
Very personable. Yeah.
I'm very unsurprised they got bought, let me put it that way.
Yeah. I mean by stripe too.
Like, does that mean that every Shopify client can I use Privy?

(38:53):
Like there's so much going on. Like you talk about adoption.
Like, man, I'm so bullish. Oh my God, we're so early, so
early. Oh my God.
Such a funny tale of two cities where like crypto Twitter, like
you've got the people who say we're like in the cycle, like

(39:14):
the end game for crypto. But whereas at the same time
like you can make a very strong argument that we're at the very
beginning stages of the the big player adoption.
We haven't even had like that visa buying a punk moment yet.
Like I I I don't know dude. I'm so bullish guys fuck it's
hurting. My gut hurts from how bullish I

(39:36):
am. I I was so early.
Wow. I'm getting flashbacks of 2021
in a good in a bad way, like meaning early June 21.
Like we were fucking rolling around balling, but it kept
going for like 3 months. Like yeah, we got a dip
Midsummer and then we ran back September, October, November and
then we double top. But like we have time guys.

(39:57):
Jenny think Jenny think that. Anyways, any other big news?
Any news? Any news?
Yeah. So I think this crypto AI
treasury trend is an interesting1.
So yesterday Synaptogenics did 500 million Tau, but I think
today's is actually more interesting.
So interactive strength is committing up to $500 million to

(40:18):
build a crypto treasury around Fetch A is FET tokens.
If you aren't familiar with FET,it's not like the AI agent
downstream like virtuals and it's a bigger player in crypto
AI. It's valued at 1.8 billion
market cap, so it is certainly alarger token.
They're a decentralized network. They enable autonomous AI agents

(40:39):
that can make decisions on behalf of the users and
businesses. What interactive strength is
doing so that they've got the corporate treasury component.
But I think what makes this moreinteresting here is they're
planning to use Fetch AIS, autonomous agents to power their
new fitness app features. So personalized networks, real
time coaching, smart equipment and then also tie in the token

(41:04):
to some of these use cases. So I don't think we've we've
quite seen that yet specificallyfrom these corporate treasuries.
I think so far we've seen the companies who just want to buy
stockpile, it's just assets on the balance sheet.
Here's a company that's that's, that's looking to do that, but
also incorporated into their business model.

(41:25):
So I thought that was an interesting one and curious if
we'll see more. I mean, that's now a billion in
the crypto AI just the last two days.
So, so devil that. We've seen that in the last of
it. He has a lot of going on in the
AI board. How's the AI board doing?
Virtuals continues to to do verywell.
They had their their new launch today.

(41:47):
Iris. You're killing it.
The Theorem Foundation shared it.
Hallelujah. Interestingly, once again, I
think there's more folks talkingabout the price action in the
multiple for the Virgin pre salethan they are talking about the
capabilities of the IRS AI agent.
So I think that is a concern. So anyone who's buying in here

(42:07):
just understand like why are youbuying the IRS agent at
63,000,000? As I understand it, I think it,
it does like security like audittype work.
Let me see if I can find it. Their Twitter doesn't even have
a description of what it is I'm trying to get to.
It has been officially adopted by Virtuals, which I think is

(42:30):
important, and it was also the first agent they've launched on
Ethereum mainnet, which is big. Yeah, I'm looking at there.
It's very unclear to me what this product is.
Their website says it's the number one AI agent directory
and I'm seeing AI agents for sales dev, content marketing.

(42:51):
So, so perhaps they're, they're trying to sell AI agent workers.
It's an interesting concept. You know, I know there's some
big players in, in Web 2 who aregoing after this.
I don't know if Iris is going tobe able to pull this off.
It looks like they're trying to sell like for for $2000 a month
you can buy this sales development representative AI

(43:13):
and I guess he'll he'll do your biz dev for you.
I don't know how much demand there is for that in June of
2025. I think there will be strong
demand for that when the tech isbetter in 6/12/24 months.
So I don't know what that means for Iris and they're actually
going to be the leader in that field.

(43:34):
That field is interesting. Other than that, it was a red
day on the AI board. Overall, just kind of in line
with the broad market. Except Tibber.
Tibber just continues to grind up.
No bro, fucking Tibber man, I don't.
Want to get into Tibber today? I've been I've been spitting my
bags too much. I just, I, I've, I've seen it

(43:59):
since so early and I just keep waiting because I have so many
bags, you know, fuck. Just pull up the chart to make
yourself feel a little worse. Shut up I just did fuck here let
me show the chat. So I was just this is from where

(44:21):
I saw it. Let me just delete that fuck.
It just grinded up and then it consolidated 100 million for 18
days and now it's breaking out. All right, that that's it Tyler
enough for you guys so. We can talk.
The other one, a quick one talked about was Moody's.
Yeah, I wanted to ask you what? It's a fun story.
It's not a huge deal just yet. It's just an experiment, but

(44:42):
they're pilot testing and betting municipal bond ratings
directly on Solana. They're partnering with Alpha
Ledger to do this. They're they're running a
simulated experiment where they're attaching credit ratings
on chain to this API integration.
The idea here, the proof of concept, is that it would show
how credit ratings data, which is traditionally been locked

(45:03):
behind terminals, become more transparent, more immutable and
instantly available, and how it can be more real time based on
the Solana capabilities. So an interesting experiment.
Again, notable that they chose to do it on Solana.
Likely tied to to speed. Solana baby, I'm telling you

(45:24):
it's we're going to get this mega pump on both solar knees.
I'm convinced this is my I'm just convinced both of them are
just going to do great. There's so much momentum.
The D5 news last week on 6/9 were great.
Both of them have their own things going on for themselves.
It's just going good and we needstolen E to do good.
Actually, I think for broader altcoin run in general because
there's a lot tied, a lot of money tied to both ecosystems.

(45:47):
I'll see it has way more TBL in that sense, but I think we need
that another coin quickly. Like I've seen a lot in the
Thailand 9 keeps seeing AI is VVV.
Like I've seen a lot of people start chilling Venice token
again, just notice that. No, a bit of it not.
Not a ton. I.
Don't know, I think quite a bit.So apparently a lot of you know,
people shaking out typical chart, but just like I don't, I

(46:09):
have nothing. I'm not buying anything.
I have my 4 coins pretty much done.
Happy to miss everything else, but it's looking good.
I'm not going to lie, I should have moved some Pepe to like SPX
early on. Oh well, Oh well.
Mando. Anything else before we go into
Yeet Yeet. Not that I've seen.

(46:30):
Yeah, see, we covered. I think we did a good job
covering. Did you see the results of my
poll, Mendo? No, whatever you say you're not
going to try and convince me that ETH is a consensus trade.
There's 0% chance you're going to be able to convince me that
zero people might own it. That's that's fine because

(46:55):
everyone I think I owned a little bit of E There is no way
that you try to tell me that's aconsensus trade versus hype or
Bitcoin or far coin. I mean it is more consensus than
far coin. I don't think so.
I think Far Coin is the most consensus Bitcoin outlet.
Meme coin wouldn't say because SPX is up there now, but yeah

(47:16):
you're right in terms of meme coins.
I don't P the people voted and Bitcoin actually though the good
comment was from Doug was that the options make sense but
anyone would vote anything otherthan Bitcoin is out of their
minds and I agree with that. Like Bitcoin is arguing the more
consensus trades because you goteverything going all for it.
So I'm curious to see what. But to Mando's point, like I

(47:38):
think people like everyone is like pretty much universally
bullish on it, but it doesn't mean that they own it.
Yeah, yeah, it's different of course.
Like universally everyone's saying E to 4K, far coin to 10
and hype to what was. Like E to 4K.
Look, my we must have a different time.
I swear to God on my Mama, like everyone I follow like

(47:59):
yesterday. Now Paleo's on board.
Now I was going to send you that.
Tweets about literally every single chart I did.
Bullish on every single fucking chart.
I don't know who who like you're, you're posting the
people that post on literally every single chart in crypto and
say hey, I'm bullish. No, but like you know.
Maybe it goes to 4K or five Ki don't think people will be

(48:19):
happy. That what?
What are you saying? I think if ETH goes to four or
5K versus Solana to 300 or hype to 100 or FARC coin to four, I
think ETH is the one that peoplewill be least happy about over
those 4. There's like no chance you can
convince me otherwise. Hype at 100 timeline is

(48:40):
euphoric. Barquent 4 timeline is euphoric.
Salon 300 timeline is euphoric. ETA four O 5 Ki.
Don't think the timeline is euphoric at all.
I think they are. Maybe I I'm we must have a
different algorithm. I don't think we have a
different algorithm. I.
I think you're listening to me and you're like, oh, everyone's
bullied, Ethan, No. I swear to God, I promise you I

(49:02):
I'll take screenshots like my timeline is super bullish.
I'm super bullish theorem. I don't want any ease but I have
the betas so I wouldn't know theTylers.
So anyways, how is our crypto punk Bitcoin ratio going?
It's going well. OK, it's 120K for a punk.

(49:23):
The Funks are a little quiet now.
It's way more quiet since the acquisition, but it's just punks
are just punking, right? I feel like the whole eco is
waiting on ETH to make a move because like we've been kind of
like stuck here right at that 2800 mark.
What is it at now? The code is ether ETHER.
I'm giving us one more minute. ETCR raffle ball dot XYZETHER is

(49:47):
the code. There you go.
The code today is ether on the show if you want to come make
some money. What's Ethereum at?
Speaking of which, just quickly want to check in and then we'll
pick winter Sims. OK, 2760 yeah I mean, I can't
wait. I can't wait for it to be at 4K.
That is going to get really, really loudy.
Oh, just. Quick on the ETH, I said in the

(50:10):
report, but 240 million in inflows yesterday, it must have
done. It's like before the IRS said I
mean ETH ran into 2075 yesterdaymorning, 18 day in strike in
flow in streak. Now I am curious if it breaks
today. I just on the back of this, but

(50:31):
if that level continues. So exposed to like the Middle
East. I guess I look so stupid.
It's so fucking stupid. Sells off for us like Middle
East and Elon versus Trump. Like bro.
I agree. Oh my God that is the best thing
you said today. I like fuck him.
Like I'm so tired of like the whole like.

(50:52):
Rocks green stocks are green here.
Stocks are green like so. The most random things that I've
seen that crypto seems to be warlike really reacts to war every
time. Other markets don't really like
they just shrug it off. Every time everyone's like, yo,
Israel's decided they're going to strike this shit.

(51:13):
Oh, the Bahrainis are leaving intheir country.
Oh, let's dump our fucking fart.Coin it.
Is it's like, who is that person?
Who is that person sitting theregoing like smart coin?
I'm too exposed here to the the middle.
East China and America are aboutto become friends like China and

(51:35):
America is becoming friends again after God knows how long.
