(00:00):
Week 17 in the books we have onemore just one more regular
season week of football. Can you?
Lady believe. It it's so crazy.
I feel like it happened so fast.Oh, why are we?
Here. Almost Super Bowl time it is.
Yeah, we're. This close.
I need like four more weeks though, right?

(00:20):
I got. A little.
More time. I.
Know if I can take any more stress, though after last week I
can't take any. As a Vikings fan, she's like,
Can we extend this? It's like a 25 week season and
then maybe maybe we'll have a quarterback by then maybe, you
know. You never know.
Oh my God. Well, listen, we're going to

(00:41):
talk about all the games. I mean, obviously this week was
huge for so many reasons. So many fights, So many Twitter
wars. Russell being benched.
Micah talking. Debo talking.
Cam Newton, who's not even playing?
Talking. Just stop.
It it's. Crazy.
On the crazy fashion, though. The, the fashion, we're going to

(01:04):
talk about that later. But on top of all that, we
definitely are going to talk about the controversies, the
referees. We have a lot to unpack, but I
think. The only.
Fitting I, by the way. First of all, Happy New Year.
Vanessa Gradek is in the house repping her Vikings, and I think

(01:26):
she's got a little something in.It hold.
On. Hold on.
What you got? What you got?
Vikings It was a good It was a Goodyear for it was a Goodyear
well. Viking.
Happy New Year, girl. Hey, just looking forward to
2024. Oh, you too.
I love it. Positivity.
I can't see you over. There we want to welcome,

(01:49):
obviously, our Dallas fanatic. Yay.
And I'm so thankful to have you guys up.
We we missed the Nas. The Nas couldn't be here today.
Shout out to our girl, we're holding it down for you.
We love you, but I think it onlyfitting because you as a Detroit
Lion fan, it's like. A It just hit me when I got here

(02:10):
and I saw you and I was like, wait a second.
She is a Detroit Lions fan. This is crazy timing.
We gotta talk. So Detroit to the right, I feel
like we're in a boxing match. And then we have.
Dallas to the. Left before we get in to the
famous, now famous. Infamous.
Infamous call. Which is really nice.

(02:30):
Let's talk. About the game before we got
there. OK.
How did you feel? 1st.
Quarter to third quarter? Do you remember?
I mean there was, it wasn't justthe one play.
So I will say that. I will say it wasn't Goff best
game. There were incomplete passes.
There were missed opportunities absolutely throughout the 1st,
3/4 of the game. But it was it was a good game.

(02:53):
It was back and forth. It was exciting.
It never got boring. It didn't feel like at any one
time one team had it over the other.
It was just this really fun backand forth.
How did you feel? You know what?
I felt the exact same way. I'm going to say I slept on the
lions and I went into this game.We at home, we unstoppable.
You can't. And listen.

(03:14):
To that. She goes in like that every
game, though. I mean, I've tried to be humble
this year. I've tried to be humble this
year. But there's just something about
I did. I did.
Humble, yes. Humble.
Year. God, I know Cowboys fans and
humble is not. I've tried, I know I haven't
succeeded that well if. We're being honest.
But I I slept on him and I thought we at home you can't.

(03:37):
And the whole it was only 7 three until the end of the third
quarter and then we started. But you know what I wanna say?
I don't know much about Dan Campbell and going into this
game. I wasn't familiar with him.
I've never seen him. Coach, I don't know about.
I was impressed because Dan Campbell came into Dallas and
Dan Campbell wanted a win and those Lions showed up and they

(03:59):
wanted to hand Dallas their first win at home and say we did
that and I'm he went for it multiple times on 4th down.
Even at the end of the game, I kind of was like, whoa, he's
going for two. He's trying to win.
I liked Dan Campbell. He impressed me and those Lions.
We can't sleep on him. You know and goth you know.

(04:19):
Is he expired is he? No, he's you know what, he had
some big plays still and I thought it was a aggressive game
and I loved it and let. Me give you a little bit of
Goff's stats. So for that game it was 16 for
34271 yards, one touchdown, two ints.

(04:40):
And as you know, when we watch the games, I try to take notes
because it's really hard to remember all games.
Yes, absolutely. Especially now you're in the
holiday haze. I don't know what I.
Watch. They all blend.
So far away yes, cuz so many other things have happened since
then. So my notes though, it says
Detroit offense suspect so. Disrespectful.

(05:06):
I'm like that's literally what my note was disrespectful it's.
But you know I would have to saythat you're right.
The the I mean, the numbers showit like there wasn't an
explosive offense on either side, which also says that the
defenses came through, right. But.

(05:27):
If you look at the score of the game and you look at how many
yards both quarterbacks put up in that game, I mean for it not
being a high scoring game, both quarterbacks threw up high.

(05:58):
Home, right? Listen, Dak has been solid and
it's time we start giving Dak some credit because Dak has been
solid for us and Dak came through and did you see that 92
yard to CD to start the game? First of all, thank you for that
because oh CD breaking the record.
Shout out to my boys. CD.

(06:20):
Holds the most catches and yards.
He just broke the great Michael Irvin's record.
And man, what a seasoned CDs haven't.
He wears that 80. He makes it sexy.
He makes. It sexy.
He does I. Actually was like right near him
when I went to the Dallas training camp.
Yes. Which is?

(06:41):
So weird that I do that but I. Do I love it checking?
On the competition, check on. The competition doing.
Recon for my. Love that you know you love.
That don't don't get it twisted.I mean, there's more.
Opportunity to go I will go and I.
I It's cool, though. We'll rock.
With the Cowboys at all, let's. Go.
I'll be there now that I live down here, but let's talk let
let's I mean. Let's now talk about what

(07:03):
everyone's talking about, OK. And that is the last few minutes
of the fourth quarter. And before we even get there, I
will have to say what scares me for you guys.
Dallas is McCarthy. Because on my other notes, next
to you know Detroit's offense being suspect, it said McCarthy

(07:24):
tripping. Why is he not running out the?
Clock, you know. What, though?
If you listen to Jimmie Johnson,as we saw him getting celebrated
and we'll get into that later. But if you notice the difference
between Jimmie Johnson, he had adisciplined team.
Jimmie had that team. They weren't getting the flags
we're getting now. They and McCarthy.
I don't see the discipline. I don't see the eagerness.

(07:46):
That's why Dan Campbell impressed me because I was like,
yes, coach, where McCarthy, I don't feel that.
The energy I mean. You guys had it was 2 minutes
and like 40 seconds and I think you guys were up, yes.
And then you guys just got all the way down the field and I'm
like and. He's he's throwing the ball.
Most coaches right, run right. You want to run out the clock.

(08:09):
Yes. Especially.
In this league and with these quarterbacks, and when?
You're getting to this pointlessseason.
This is when you got to be on it.
This is when you have to be on it.
You can't have those mistakes. And you know, lucky we pulled
this one off you. Said the keyword.
I'm sorry, but lucky. It ain't lucky God you.
Got. We have it on tape, you said.

(08:31):
OK, I take that. Back Cowboys, It wasn't lucky.
Y'all earned. I had all the rabbits.
No, but you know what? I will say the.
Rabbits. They're rubbing people.
I know there's so. Much there's so.
Much. There's so much truth to that
and. So leading up to that, I
couldn't believe that the DallasCowboys weren't running out the

(08:52):
clock and they didn't. And they were passing, which led
to. The opportunity.
Opportunity that the Lions had to win it, Yes.
And of course, if Shanaz was here, she would talk about, I
cannot believe they didn't kick the freaking point, you know?
So that's the part. I love an aggressive play.
I love it. But my dude.
I know you could. But you know what?

(09:13):
If you. But we could have gone and we
have the strongest kicker. I mean, I.
Get that But when? You have when you only have that
much time left, there was no point when you could just play
the tie and then we start over, then we have a new game and then
we can get back and everybody can.
But you're basically saying it'sall or nothing.

(09:34):
And unfortunately y'all chose nothing, which is fine because
y'all had just beat us the week before.
So at the time F y'all but aboutto.
Beat you again this week like. This is the only time in my life
that I've ever cheered for the Cowboys.
Ever. But it.
Was only because I was butt hurtfrom the game before, but as.
Every fan should. Tie so that we can move on with

(09:55):
I. Like her I.
Like 2020, I'm sure Dan Campbelltoday is.
I'm sure he has not slept. I'm sure he's just repeated that
back over and but. I like you.
Don't. Know you don't put in the floor,
Melissa. As a as a as a as a Detroit fan,
yeah. And I think a lot of us as
football fans, once he was gonnago for the two point conversion,

(10:19):
yeah, it was three times, right?Yeah, three were you as.
A fan going just kick or were you still down with him to get
the two point? Yeah.
I was still down with him. I just had all my faith in Dan
Campbell. I was just.
He must know something I don't know, or he must see things
different than how I see things here.
You know, just all because he just has LED us to this point.
So it's like, how do you doubt him?

(10:40):
Now you know and? Well, I think it says a lot of I
I think what my take away and wehaven't even talked about the
actual call, we're going to talkabout that.
But the take away, I think from as a Detroit Lion, you know,
someone that's been watching them or a fan, you're gonna,
like you said, I'm gonna just trust my coach, 'cause that's
how much love he has in Detroit. That's how much love he has in

(11:02):
the locker room. But other fans were probably
like you. Not kicking also might show that
you don't trust your offense totally.
That's fair, right? That's fair.
Trust. Your offense and I get though.
You. Dallas fans have the best
kicker, 35 for 35. He doesn't miss, so I get that.

(11:22):
But you also kind of show you don't trust your boys to do what
they need to do. And at some point, and I think
even Joy Taylor talked about this at some point when it's not
working, the two point conversion after the first time,
the second time at what point you go he's.
Committed to it. He.
Committed to it in my. Mind I was trying to like I

(11:43):
said. Am I missing a rule?
Does he have to get? Right or.
Can we can we switch ourselves? And I was.
I'm over here on Google. I'm like, dude, I know, yeah.
Yeah, I was. Yeah.
Like what does he know? What did he know when he knows
that I but couldn't? That be a testament to how much
he trusts his offense to convert?
Absolutely. You know, I mean, you could take

(12:03):
it that way too. He's.
But that third time, Dog I. Know I was 30.
I was surprised one. Of the times was from the seven
yard line. But that's what made it so
stressful. Yeah, after 7.
Yard seven, yeah. I'm sorry, but with golf who's
like and and then and then and then he proved my point.
I'm sorry Goff is having a greatyear.

(12:24):
Not going to take that. But then the one little easy
pass it's. Like, horrible, horrible.
Pass, Yeah. Today.
All right. Let's talk about what everyone's
talking about. And

(12:55):
we shouldn't check his DMS rightnow.
The whole the whole the whole ref crew.
That crew is now not allowed to play the playoff games.
Yeah, I heard. That Adam Schefter just wrote an
article a couple of weeks ago after the Chiefs game about this
thing. This crew, their calls.

(13:15):
How suspect they've been, the problems they've been having
consistently this season And then two weeks later we get this
from them and it's just what what are we waiting for?
At what point do we just say it's enough it's enough.
You're not welcomed here anymore.
I'm sorry. We, you know you've it's your.
Job. Don't you get like a write up or
something? It's.

(13:35):
Like being like an air, an air controller, like, you know,
instructing airplanes and being like, well, oh, sorry.
You know the bad way. Near the runway, you don't.
Get to but do not this. Is not the.
This is not the career. This is not the career.
Why do you have mistaken taken identities?
Oops, what? Do you think 'cause we probably,
as football fans, we probably all have different takes of what

(13:57):
we think happened? I want to hear from M Shea
first. OK?
I think that SO we saw, So we saw Goff tell him to go check
in, right. We told he left the huddle.
He ran across the field. We see him having contact with
the ref. I think that the ref literally
saw two white 6-7 guys out thereon the field and did not check

(14:18):
jersey numbers. I think it was an unconscious
bias. It was a mistaken identity.
It was foggy memory. It was an early dementia.
I don't know, I don't know. But so many possibilities and
you guys because after that it. Was, you know, gave the Rep
Alzheimer's. She went all the.

(14:39):
Way there she web and eat it, she said.
Like. A Pedio What?
What Short term memory loss? What are the causes?
Brain spasms? Yes.
Weather. Weather.
I don't. I don't know.
I do not know. It was so perplexing because we
hear afterwards Dan Campbell saying we.

(15:39):
As they have to report right to the referees and then the
referees report to the other team.
It's noted by their jersey number, right?
And. It's announced on the
loudspeaker that number whateveris not eligible, right?
So I agree with you, by the way,on everything you said and it's
so we're so. And you know what?
68 was the one to go up to him, clearly in the front, and I.

(16:02):
But you know what, on the other side of that and I've heard the
they announced 70. Yeah, you know, so we heard it.
It's not that it was a bad caller, the wrong call.
It was just the refs messed up numbers and I do think you know
and. When they announced 70, that was
the coaching teams opportunity to say whoa, whoa, that ain't

(16:24):
what we said, bro, Right. And they didn't do that either.
So it's like was it messed up onboth sides?
But at the end of the day, it's your team.
You're responsible to make sure that everything you communicate,
you got communicated back appropriately.
It's so long. On the field, but when you're.
Up. You know when you're people who
are not on the field to have that advantage, to hear you know

(16:45):
you're audible because when you're on the field, it's loud.
It's like matchboxing, yeah. That's what you said.
I'm in the garden and I'm glad you.
I said that because IA 100% agree with you and what no one's
talking about. You're you're putting this, Some
people put it on #68, some people put it on whatever.
And you know who? If I had to pin it on one
person, I would say it's the offensive coach because that's

(17:10):
your squad and like you said, ifyou were, I better make sure my
#60's eight and I 'cause we hearit, #70 eligible, yeah, and.
They had. I mean, they had already gone in
anticipating US play had already.
I mean, Dan. Campbell supposedly told the
refs about it at the beginning of the game.
Hey, this is a possibility. You know what?

(17:32):
I felt bad for 68 because could you imagine?
You just didn't. You handed down the ball.
Was so happy. Hey.
Yeah. Maybe not.
As a human being, I just was like, and the reason the cowboy.
Again, for the newbie is like why that was such a big play.

(17:52):
Is #68 those those lineman, theydon't get a chance to get
touchdowns. Very those.
Boys, don't catch the ball. Catch the ball.
Ever so. It was like he's.
He's like one of the O GS that was just honored, like last week
by Dan Campbell. You know, stand here, been here
from the beginning. We're finally bringing you a
season that you could be proud of.
And Decker was so proud. And then it was like his high it

(18:15):
was. And then?
And then, yeah, well. I'm sorry, but not sorry I.
Know I know what you mean. Well, the one thing that I do
think is kind of funny and especially with the NFL, we're
so it's like the what do they call that film when JFK like the
brazuter film, like they dissected every camera.

(18:36):
Oh yeah, yeah. To really figure out what
happened, yeah. I watched every angle.
I listened. I was all in cuz I was so
confused. Yeah, it was like that.
And. I just think it's weird.
The league never said anything official, did they?
Yeah. No, they finally kind of took
responsibility with the rest andthat's why they got the motive
in the playoffs. Yeah, OK, yeah, so now this

(19:00):
we're going to move on to the the other game, which was
shocking, the Eagles Cardinal game.
But again. What?
This might bring up more conversations though, this play
of like it wasn't a reviewable play, right?
Right, so. I wonder do we make everything
reviewable in the last but? If this play was reviewable,

(19:20):
what would you? It would have been a touchdown.
But you can't overturn it because you never gave Dallas
the opportunity to say, hey, 68 is eligible.
Girl. That's.
That's. You know, I mean it seems like
to so many the. Review I don't.
Think I agree. I don't think the review in this
particular instance would help, because that's.
True, they'd probably make them redo number.

(19:41):
Everybody was anticipating the wrong number.
We would have to redo the whole thing, put all the time back on
the clock, which they weren't going to do, yeah.
You're right, we would have to redo the play.
Yeah, that would still suck for Detroit.
Yeah. But hey, the good news is
Detroit is still in. Yep.
And those that whole fish eatingteam is out so.
Yeah. We could be safe now, but.
Let's talk about what I think shocked most NFL fans.

(20:06):
Definitely the Eagles. Lose.
Thank you, Arizona the. Cardinals And let me.
Give a shout out to the Arizona Cardinals from every 49er fan
and player out there. Thank you.
I. Forgot and Dallas.
We're still in the NFL. But the Cardinals beat Dallas,

(20:26):
too. They've beat a couple good teams
even though they may not have won.
I love that you said. That Vanessa the only I.
Forgot tickets? I never, but I give up as a
Niner fan when we play the Cardinals.
Yo, I have not watched the Cardinals since Larry Fitzgerald
was playing for them. Today they.
Do still exist? Believe it or not, I'm sitting.

(20:47):
Up here, I'm like, oh, the Eagles lost.
It must have been The Who. The Witch.
Birds. Like.
Anyway, OK, yeah, like Cardinalsfly 35 to 31.
And that just brings that game just changed.
But they lost a 21 to 6 lead in that game, yeah?

(21:07):
That that was crazy. Here's what I found interesting
is that the Cardinals head coach, Jonathan Gannon, he
actually was the defensive coachfor the Eagles.
So that. Was.
He. Yeah, it, you know.
What I mean, because I find thatto be interesting because a lot
of people are questioning the defensive coach for the Eagles.

(21:31):
He started out with, what's his name, Sean Desai.
He got replaced by Matt Patricia, XK Patty.
Matty, Patty. Yeah.
Matt. Patricia.
And. And so he's coming under fire.
Matt, they say. Matt Patricia's defense, They
allowed 170, I think 7 in the second-half alone.

(21:54):
Wow. And he's been doing that the
last three games, so. Since Matt Patricia came into
the Eagles, they have given up 17 plus points three straight
games in a row now. Wow.
That's. No small thing.
That's no small thing at all andthat's cost them the 1st in our
Division, I mean. You can't deny those the facts.

(22:14):
You know what's happening, what's happening with that
entire game. But.
That's been a sudden meltdown. I mean, because what were they?
They started off the season so high well.
Then they've. Lost what?
The last They lost something like.
That to the Niners, the Cowboys,Seahawks and Cardinals, and what
was like, like all recently, like you said, they were like 9

(22:36):
and one. They were doing really well and
something, something went. Down the Eagles.
That can't beat good teams, after all.
Here we go. I.
Am such a typical Dallas fan. You know Nick Siriani.
You. Know he's a He fits the Eagles

(22:57):
culture. He does.
Poor Jen the the lady we had on here last week got murdered on
social media for her comments about the Raiders.
And let me just say this, you know here at Football Sexy, we
love everybody's fandom and everybody's passion and we let
women talk how they whatever they feel, whatever their vibe.

(23:19):
Whether I agree or not, we let them give their take on their
team and her take was I'm not sold on AP yet.
Yeah I love him. I think he's a, you know, up
there, but I'm not sold yet and I say that we she talked about
how he fits the culture and whenI talk about Nick Siriani with
the Eagles, I mean he fits that Philadelphia he.

(23:39):
Absolutely does, you know. What I mean, And I say that
because I find it interesting. You know, when he beat the
Chiefs, he was going through thetunnel.
Remember that? And he was.
Like comment what what was that?Comment he made.
He was yelling it. Was something sarcastic that we
won in your house or? Something he It was.
I forget the. I forget.

(24:00):
The exact the. Very Philly of him, yes.
Yes. He was making.
It known we won in your house. Yeah, and then he won one game
and then they've lost since then.
So I'm just saying. Karma is the football field.
Karma Is the Cowboys in first place now?

(24:20):
Oh. My God.
Division second in the NFC is that.
Karma. Or is that luck, Gaia, you know?
What's a fine line? Well.
Let's talk about my We're going to.
Be on vacation, so I don't know.Let's talk about my boys.
Man number. 1. Time. 49ers baby, we're going to

(24:40):
enjoy our bye. We are going to enjoy home field
advantage, which is which is. Huge.
It's. Huge and and for the newbies,
let's talk a little bit about that because.
That's a big thing. Fighting right now.
Right now, it's a big time in the NFL.
Right now, if if you have a loved one and their team is

(25:01):
eliminated, this is good for youguys.
But if you have a loved one and their team is still in the race.
Could be. Anyone in your life, Co workers,
if you're and. It's because right now, every
football fan who hasn't been eliminated, their team hasn't
been at where it's about to get dialed up.
Yeah, it's going. It's going down even.

(25:21):
I think we have, last I checked, like a .003 chance of making it.
But we're still in it. All I need.
All I need is the Lions, the Packers, the Seahawks, the
Buccaneers. Jesus Christ, I look for the
Savior, Madonna, and Oprah all to lose.
OK. And then we got it.

(25:43):
It's. Doable.
That's what I love. About and we literally like, we
got this, hey. In 2023, you never know, yeah.
Meanwhile, while some of the teams have already clinched,
like my boys, like the Ravens, by the way, we have to talk
about the Ravens. Too, that's a.
Whole conversation in. Fact.
Let's talk about them now because I could go on about my
boys. But the Ravens?

(26:04):
I have to give it to them, man. Wow.
And you know the Ravens I feel like have been a silent team and
we don't hear that much about the Ravens.
But if you look at them and you look at so.
John Harbaugh has been their coach since 2008.
He has the 4th most wins in the NFL.
He is 158 for and 98 in the regular season.

(26:25):
He's 11:00 and 9:00 in the postseason.
Can we just stop and say how many postseason appearances that
is for a team that we don't hearmuch about?
That is a lot of postseason appearances.
You know what I mean? And he's 11:00 and 9:00 in the
postseason, plus a Super Bowl win.
Yeah. I know.
Unbelievable. And they dominated Miami.

(26:47):
I mean what it was like 56 to 19something low and.
It was hard for me because even though you can watch four games
at once, OK, if you if you want to, you can.
Yeah right. I don't like to do it cuz I like
to be locked in on my and I was a little bum right, that my
Niners were playing at the same time, cuz I really wanted to

(27:08):
watch that both games and I couldn't give up my boys, right?
But when I checked in the score,I was like, what?
I just thought it would be closer.
Oh, you know the pickems girl onmy app on the you know the
pickems on the app I. Was like, did I?
We all pissed in. We all said wait.
Who did you take in it? Did you take Baltimore movie?

(27:29):
I don't. Know what we're thinking?
We only thinking I don't know they were.
Going to be the upset someone got upset em right?
Someone got upset. Miami I.
Think I don't know. But we we we missed that one.
And I will tell you, though, watching John Harbaugh in the
locker room, I have to admit, oh.
My God, I have to oh you'll. Think you'll think I.

(27:55):
Invited to the BBQ. Why?
You want to bring up bullshit? My point.
Being no. I've never seen either hardball
So lit. Yes, like.

(28:16):
They're very like monotone, right?
You can't see a lot of like. But.
That team loves him. They respected.
That's a good team that he was going.
He was the. I was 60.
How old is he? Six.
I was like, OK, I. Oh my.
I must have watched that like 10times.
Ice. When he got home, though, he got
all the fire and ice. I see.

(28:39):
I see hot I. Wouldn't I?
Wouldn't see him. For a week, yeah.
I don't know. He had.
A bruise on his forehead did. He yeah.
After. That he did a press conference.
There he was like what happened? What happened?
And I'm I'm thinking he went too.
He went too hard. He went too hard.
He did. A little Dougie he.
Did a. Lot of them like, but.
I. Have to tell.
You he had. A stinky leg a little too hard

(29:00):
as. A Niners round, all right.
As you know, I bleed red and gold when I saw that in the
locker room. That it was more concerning to
me, yes, than what was happeningon the actual field.
Yeah, I. Can, because that's a hungry
team. Does that.
Make sense because? Exhusiveness.
That whole or a whole entity it?Just you know what it did?
It reminded me it. Was a humble celebration.

(29:23):
Though it wasn't cocky, it was real humble.
Well. It What for?
Me. What I saw there?
I mean, for me, what? What?
I saw it. Wasn't never mind.
I take that back. What?
What I saw. There was A-Team that is a team.
Yes. Right.
Yes, you. Didn't not like Kansas City

(29:43):
Chiefs fighting on the sidelines.
Not just one game, Two or three games.
Now trying. To fight, you know.
What I mean, I see some discord with the Eagles and the Niners
family as well. You see it on the social media,
you can feel it. So I feel like.
Same with the Cowboys. Did she say something?
I. Didn't hear.
But do. That in there.

(30:05):
As I think as anybody who is looking to get into the Super
Bowl race, when you see that in the locker room, you have to
kind of go. OK, we get our shit together.
We need. To get our shit together.
Exactly. Everybody that's true.
And Campbell with the Lions and you can see the whole, you know,
Yeah, and that's what's. Exciting this year.
Let me give you some Lamar statsfor that game.

(30:26):
Eighteen 21321 yards, 5 touchdowns and no interceptions.
I mean, I just thought he. Pulled up that MVP.
Yes. Race right.
He just kind of was like, I'm here, we're.
Going to talk about that. Only has seven interceptions for
the whole year we're going. To talk about that because we we
have some stats that you might be shocked about when it comes

(30:47):
to their. MVP.
But let me finish with this The one thing that was bad because
we don't ever want to see peopleget hurt.
But Miami lost Chubb for the season.
Torn ACL of Miami, So I mean. Injuries are rough.
It's. Especially this time of year
which brings up a good question. You know talk going back to to

(31:10):
my Niners do so I did a live forthe second time.
I did a live the other day and one of the questions was Monica,
as a Niner fan, do you think we should sit out our boys, you
know? Rest rest.
Our boys against the Rams, so I'm like.
Fans, I feel like maybe, Yep, gofor it, just to explain.
So when you're going into the playoffs, you want to have the

(31:30):
best, you know, the best team possible.
And so now that they're already number one, number one seed,
they don't need to have their full lineup of the absolute best
players. All their starters, they can
rest. Some of them bring in some
second string because even. If we would, it's not they're
not playing. But if we if.
We lost. We would.
You can't take away what we. Are you still?

(31:51):
Got the number one seed. That's what it means.
When you clinch it, it means no one.
No matter what happens, you're still that number one.
Yeah, but it's. Hard cuz you guys are playing
the Rams. Yeah, that's.
The. Hard part because it's this
rivalry in California. So it's like we it's still
bragging rights. Cuz for me, every time we play
the Packers, that's our Super Bowl, right?

(32:11):
It doesn't matter whether we arelast in the division or first.
The Packers are Super Bowl everyyear, right?
So yeah, right. It's hard to just say we're just
gonna sit out when it's such a such a passionate game already
a. 100% and The thing is this islike especially.
But, but the Rams are playing for something aren't they?

(32:32):
Cause aren't they the Rams for win.
Yeah. So this is gonna.
They're gonna come after. I'll tell you right now, Kyle's
not sitting people out. Not, not right away, I think.
I don't think he's gonna sit them out unless we're up by like
28. That's just my guess, 'cause
he's enough. He's just like that.
It'll be interesting to see, butwe cannot leave the stage
without talking about my boy. Brock Purdy broke the season.

(32:54):
The single season passing recordin 16 games. 4280.
Tell me he's irrelevant. Stop it.
Stop it. Tell me he's a system.
Quarterback. Stop it.
Listen. If you think he's a system
quarterback, I dare you to go watch the tape when he throws it

(33:15):
to Iuke in the end zone. Please.
Beautiful. Stop.
It was beautiful. Iuke iuke.
Ayuk is on fire. I'm.
Just saying just stop it. Just stop.
It can't say nothing. About Cowboys No.
No, CMC did have a calf injury. I don't.
Know I lost my. Mind.

(33:36):
She was feeling. It.
For CMC had a calf injury, but he now maybe has two weeks to
heal, depending on, you know, like we were saying, if they
arrest him, I don't know how serious it is or but yeah, it
was, it was. And talk about team vibe.
What was really cool was when the Niners won by the way I I

(33:57):
somebody asked me that on Live too.
How did you what did you think about the Commander game And I
was honest. I said well I would have liked
to have seen a little bit more of a beat down.
We I I heard your I heard your little story girl.
It wasn't. We.
Won. But I mean, we didn't like, we
didn't show out. Right, but we.
Won, but we didn't show out. But what I liked is that after

(34:19):
we won, you see the Niners go into the tunnel and you see a
little TV in the tunnel and theyall watch, cuz they're watching
the evil Cardinals. Yeah, at the last minute.
And you see them and you see them all together.
When they realize that they got the number one seed, I got a
tear. I'm not going to lie.
I'm like. Yes, but you know what, Brock?

(34:40):
In football. It wasn't a sometime it was like
a tear, like yes, but. Brock Purdy gave all the credit
to his team and he made sure to say I wouldn't.
And I like that. I respect Brock Purdy.
I don't like him one single bit,but I respect him, yeah.
Yeah, yeah. Well, I'm.
I'm excited. Obviously we all are.

(35:00):
You hanging on by a thread, girl.
But we're all in it. Everybody up here is still.
In. It.
But Speaking of still in it, let's talk about Kansas City.
Man what? Is happening over there, Kansas.
City. Barely beat the Bills 25 to 17.
They're still not right. They're still not right.

(35:21):
They. Were fighting on the sidelines
but. This isn't the first game that
they've been fighting on the. Side and it was ever flown on
in. House They need to fix that
shit. I blame the quarterback.
I blame that. I think Mahomes is a crybaby and
it trickles down. And you know, that game, I
really feel like it came down tostamina and I feel like the

(35:42):
Chiefs just held on and their defense at the end.
But you know, I have to give a shout out to my boy Jake
Browning from Folsom, my hometown boy, because he held
on. So he went to the same high
school, to me from my hometown. My mom actually knows him
because she works with kids, with special needs.
And so some of her kids were in some classes with him.

(36:04):
So she would always talk football and she'd always tell
me, Taryn, he's going. So when he was at Washington and
then now in the NFL and he hung with the Chiefs and it came down
to the end. But you know what?
At the end of the game with 1:51left and them holding on to the
game, Jake Browning converted 4th and 18.
Yeah, you know, like for a youngkid and a young guy and young

(36:27):
quarter, he is doing it and I have to give him, isn't this?
His third win? You know what?
I don't know that, but it's something like that.
I mean, he's. Yeah.
He's kept them in it and it really.
I love it. Shout out to Folsom, hey.
OK. Because, you know, we always
think about the prison, let's behonest.
Yeah, she said. And I was like, oh.

(36:49):
Yeah, yeah. Johnny Cash.
OK, right, exactly. No, I invite everybody.
You know. Criminal.
Record. Even better, It's all Viking.
Stuff You're saying I don't wantno Viking stuff.
You're all right. Let me give you.

(37:11):
Valuable on eBay. Let me.
Give you some stats on the On the Kansas City game.
Patrick Mahomes 21 for 29245 yards, one touchdown More than
that. Pacheco is holding it down for
that team. He really is 18 carries 130
yards and he can ball. I love when he he does his
little dance. By.

(37:33):
The way that's funny. Remember when they were all hot
on that? Where's that?
Where's that song been? Little Uzi?
He needs to do another song called like Bring Me Back or.
Something like that. Bring me back.
Bring bring. Me back, they.
Need to do something. Hey, hey.
Oh my God. Anyway.

(37:53):
I. Never know, it may help.
I got to say this one thing and we are going to go a little
over, but I'm. We.
Got We got so much crap when we posted the little snippet of us
talking about Taylor Swift. By other.
By. Other women by other women, by
the way. Oh yeah, it's, it's.

(38:14):
Insane. It's.
Insane. So like I've said before, your
your perspective is yours. Your perspective.
We all have different perspectives.
So Nas is not a Taylor fan? No, we are.
Yeah, she can say what she wants.
Doesn't matter. That's what makes it beautiful.
Everyone has their own take on things, so.
So Sanaa said something about, you know, how they make this

(38:36):
about Taylor, you know, the whole thing.
And some people jumped on there and which I found interesting,
other women, How dare you tear, you know, women tearing down
other women. And then they were saying all
these things. I'm like, oh, so you're tearing
us down? Tearing down a woman about
tearing. Down.
A woman who wasn't actually tearing down, a woman, just

(38:58):
saying I said the same thing, that I like Taylor Swift.
I don't want her in my football conversation.
They. Overdid it they the NFL was
trying to make some money off ofit and we don't need her
reaction on every play. Listen I love Taylor Swift and
Travis Kelsey and in the biggestfan but like it was too much
about and I think they've backedoff some because the last couple

(39:19):
little like. You said she's not controlling
the cameras. No, she doesn't run.
And she. Said that and she said I can't
trying. To support my Boo.
Yeah, as. A matter of fact, I'll share
something with you. I have a a really good friend of
mine who's one of the biggest publicist literally in the world
friend of mine and he's actuallylearning football on our app.
By the way, I. Love it if.
You want to learn football? Download our app.

(39:39):
If you're an avid fan, download it as well so it's the only
football app you need. But when this all started, I was
talking to him about it and he made a very.
I. Thought interesting comment and
he just said to me and this was the first time she went to the
game and he said Monica, she's walking there walking in the and

(40:03):
in like from locker room out, who do you think was allowed in
there with the camera? And I thought about it.
And I'm like the NFL. Yeah.
Oh, it's all staged. It was a.
Very good, but. But.
But now we know. But back I mean.
They make headlines. Oh.
Yeah. That are like Travis, Kelsey and
Taylor. So we have to leave the

(40:23):
Arrowhead together, obviously. Yeah, like that's but.
But. At that.
Time. It was just starting, right?
Everybody was so focused on the fact that they were leaving, but
he and you. Know they're getting paid for
those images. His.
Thought was, yeah, but who was allowed in there?
Yeah. Who was the source?
Who was the source? Right.
Cite. The source.

(40:44):
So it is not. And this is my opinion.
Melissa might have another opinion.
My opinion is it is not Taylor'sfault.
It is everybody else's fault. And she can go and be where she
wants as a fan, as not a fan, new fans, who cares.
But it's not her fault, and so stop it.
Yeah, and everyone can have an opinion on it.

(41:06):
Everyone can feel the way they feel.
Even if you don't like Taylor Swift and you want to know you
can have that opinion, that's your opinion.
And great. She's bringing more fans to
football. I'm down with it.
And but I love her music as a songwriter.
She's literally amazing, I will say.
I will say Kelsey had no, no catches in the entire first
half. Yeah.
And. Then there's.

(41:27):
That. And then there's that, and then.
She's just a non factor of the entire game.
So I mean, I don't know, that's.What trouble for him we?
Got in trouble, we were. Talking about that, he hasn't
done anything really, because he's been distracted by, that's
what living the Rockstar life, one of the.
Greatest ever. No ones taking that away from
him. Yeah, and.
He's a grown man. He can fall in love and still do

(41:48):
his job at the same time, you know, maybe.
Maybe. Maybe I.
Mean you. She may be that magical.
I. Don't know.
Let's go. To the charts, I don't know.
Sorry. But if I'm dating Taylor Swift,
shit's going to change. You know what I mean?
Like. My.
Life is going to change, and I might not be as well.

(42:09):
Maybe trapper, healthy mentally, can't handle the intensity of
because it is a lot more intense.
She is a the number one woman inthe world.
All this stuff, paparazzi. In his backyard it is.
A lot more. Maybe mentally he can.
It maybe not. Like for you, you will change.
If I'm dating Taylor Swift, I'm going to change, but I'm going
to change as far as where I go to eat.

(42:32):
Like, I'm not at The Cheesecake Factory today because to me, I
don't really go to The Cheesecake Factory.
But my, like as a comedian, I'm not going to change my work
ethic for my craft because of a romance.
Absolutely. Like, there are times where you
have to just say, hey, we're nothanging out today because I
gotta go, right? And I think that he needs to

(42:54):
say, hey Taylor, I can't go to. Australia I can't go.
To Australia today because we try to get the playoffs.
My home's tripping, They fighting on the sideline, bitch.
I got shit to do and I just don't think that he's saying
that to her. He's like, I know, but.
When do we give him the grace tofigure it out and realize
they're human? Playoffs.

(43:14):
Wait, how? Old is.
Travis 303638. He's on the older.
Side of the well and. Here's the thing.
Guys, so Jason's team's falling apart, Travis team is having
issues, and I'll forget Taylor. How about the New Heights
podcast? You're saying You know what I
think about the? Podcast article He was Wasn't

(43:35):
that what it was when he was saying how he thinks about
retirement very often. Well, clearly much.
His body hurts. Yeah.
So this is just maybe the final the.
Final chapter, Yeah. To be like I'm hurt, I'm tired,
I'm in love, I'm out, I think. I'll be a house husband, yeah.
I'm ready to go have kids and I'm house.
Husbands of the NFL? Yeah, it's so funny.
I. Think I leave my homes behind, I

(43:57):
clap. I clapped back to a couple
people. I can't clap back to thousands.
But Oh no, perfect. Girl.
Feel free feel. Free to engage.
And I I think one of the things I said, I said, listen, I said
if if Travis got married tomorrow and retired, I'd be
happy for him. Who cares?
I don't. Care.
Do your thing. But as a football fan who has a

(44:19):
podcast, I'm going to fucking talk about it.
Like if we want to talk about it, we're going to talk about
it. And if you don't like it, turn.
But there's no channel but turn us off.
I don't know like but. Listen anyways, because we're
right. But we know what we're talking
about. But we know what.
We're talking about so. OK.
Thank you. See.
They're. Both 34.
And she's 32. So I think he's got more time in

(44:41):
maybe Jason might retire this year that that could happen
because I think Jason. 36 then 'cause I think he's two years.
Older, Yeah. And he has.
Three kids already and the wife.So he's ready.
Yeah. I mean, but how shocking is it
that the two Super Bowl teams are just falling apart?
I mean, I didn't see it coming. I gave the Eagles the rest of

(45:03):
the season. I'd given up as a Cowboys fan.
I was like, we're not going to get the division.
Yeah, the Eagles got it. They're going to win the easy
game. Like.
My homes were not like cousins. Yeah, I think we'd be like, OK,
well, obviously. But it was nobody implosion like
you said it was. It's in.
It's inside the. Internally.
Yeah, that's what was well. You guys know, so everyone was
talking. I think I mentioned it earlier,
but the Eagles defensive coach left to the Cardinals.

(45:27):
Right, so. You could put it on that.
Who knows why did? He leave.
That's the thing they They took my boys all time.
D'amico's gone, Mike Daniel's gone, Robert Sala's gone.
So whenever you're like an assistant coach, you're good.
You're always going to get that.Harbraugh John Harbaugh was an
Eagles defensive coach before hewent to Baltimore, so he was
from the the Eagles, too. That's I love about the NFL.

(45:50):
It's so incestuous. Yeah, you know what I mean?
It's so crazy. But let's talk about the Rams,
because they. Are still in it.
As. Well, and they actually don't
get. Crazy.
Here we go. I love the rivalry that the Rams
and the Niners have. Okay.
It's always fun and I'm sorry, but when there's a game in Sofa

(46:15):
and the Rams, it's always a homegame for the 49er fans, but a
lot. Of your guys' games are you guys
have a very strong traveling fanbase.
That's power makes me so. Proud.
That makes me so proud. We have actually.
We were voted the number one traveling team.
That's huge. That's huge.
Yeah. Hey.
OK. We're going to talk about your

(46:36):
Vikings in two seconds, but let's just give a little bit.
No, we don't have to. Let's just give a little bit of
love to the Rams, who beat the Giants in a close.
I think that was a pretty close game.
It was Puka Nukua. That.
Oh. Look at you, I see some Samoan,
Hawaiian, Portuguese descent, 22year old rookie.

(46:59):
I think that might be the rookieof the Year, absolutely.
Is that a possibility? I think it's.
A good contender? He's got, you know, he came from
BYU round five, I think it was pick 177, a 177, but he is at
1444 yards this season, 101 catches and then like I think he

(47:22):
had seven games where he was over 100 plus yards.
He's killing it and I like the guy.
He's just, he's a humble dude, he's just a good guy.
And I think he just broke the record too.
For single game he had like 15 catches, I think.
Or something like that. So he's doing his thing, but the

(47:43):
Giants could have pulled it out.Did you guys see it?
Was close that. Little past that, Tyra.
It was the guy was white. Hey.
Tyra Taylor, I give him a lot ofcredit.
I didn't see that one coming, but there have been a couple
games now where he's really like, Okay, you still got
something in you. Rams defense so good on.
It just so that locked up, that's what scares me, man, is

(48:05):
but the. Rams are up and down.
I feel like they're not a consistent team and they, I feel
like struggle more than they pull it together.
Still building. Absolutely.
Yeah. I.
Feel like they're not one of thestrong contenders?
You know not. As strong as 40.
Niners it could. Be sneaky, You know what I mean?
Like and that's what we we looked up on the way here.
Rounds beat the Niners. Bring up bullshit.

(48:26):
Sorry. Sorry.
Keep bringing it up. I'm here for it.
What the? Hell, we got through this out
of. All the games.
Really. Just no.
Sneaky. It's that sneakiness.
Yes. Never see coming.
And did you did you guys know? Like, I think like around 10

(48:46):
wild card teams have made it to the Super Bowl.
What? So you.
Can't and like six of them or something have won.
Listen what? Kirk, let's talk about you could
be. A statistic let's.
Talk about the Packers and the vibe.
Tickets, you give it to us. How was the vibe when you were
watching? Were you there?
No, I was at. No, I was because I was New

(49:08):
Year's Eve. That's.
Right, so. Christmas Eve is when I was in
Minnesota for the Lions game, which we also lost.
Were you? Guys in Green Bay or in
Minnesota? Minnesota.
Okay so. Yes, we were in Minnesota.
It was a home game because Kurt Cousins came out with his shirt
off. Oh, I saw that.
Hey. Kurt, put your shirt on.

(49:28):
Go throw a ball or something. You just he's just out here, had
his chain with his chain it. Was New Year's Eve.
He was feeling and play. Put your shirt on, Kurt.
We're losing. Yeah, and.
His kid had his shirt off. Who is your Kurt?
We are dying out here and you were running around getting the
ladies all riled up and not yourteam.
I need you on the sidelines telling these motherfuckers to
win. That's.

(49:49):
The only exciting thing you guyshave going for you so bad?
Downstairs Kurt. What?
You doing, Kurt? Yeah, well.
Scored and I was like, oh, we all here Okay, Tim, we got.
They gonna score too. OK, that's all right.
It's supposed to go back and forth.
Another one. Okay.
I think At fourth quarter I toldmy dude, I said I hate it here.

(50:12):
I was like, I watched the rest on the radio.
Well. You know what happened your.
Tank emptied. Jordan Love happened.
Jordan Love has 24 for 33256 yard.
I'm sorry. I'm like years.
Yeah, 3. Touchdowns and Mullen.
The Mullins. Nick.
Monster, I know. And he was AX Niner.
But Nick. Poor Nick.

(50:33):
You know how many quarterbacks have you gone through?
4/3. Tech SO4, but five.
So you because we did 4 husbands, then Hall, then Dobbs,
then Mullins, then back to Hall Dr. Not we missed, Doctor, Not.
He was pulling so fast. Weird.
Looking Self was on the sidelines.
I'm I'm sad that we didn't give him more, more of an opportunity

(50:57):
to show what he could do. Yeah, because I think.
That he was doing well. He was serviceable.
He only had one play with JustinJefferson, which is a problem,
yes, because he couldn't get into that groove.
So you give him that one play with our star person and then
now that Justin is back healthy, throw dogs back in there and see
what they can do together. Yeah.
At this point, what you got? Yeah, Yeah.
Mix it. Up.

(51:17):
Let's see what we can do. Yeah, why not?
Well, I don't know where we're just.
Waiting on the draft. I know, Yeah, you put down that
2024 she's. I'm out.
She's. Already moving on 24?
They may not look good on the field, but at least you look
good well. There's two more things I want
to touch on and then when we'll we will really get into 2024 and

(51:38):
get going. But we cannot leave here not
talking about what the hell happened with Russell Wilson.
Wow, that's shocking. He got.
Benched. Yes, which is.
You know. There's a whole bunch of talk of
why. Listen, I am.
I and I went on live and I talked about it.
I'm not a Sean Payton fan. I'm just not.

(51:58):
I'm sorry. I'm a Scorpio and I don't forget
shit. And as a Niner fan, I remember
Bounty Gate and when you go after my boys and you tell your
team to hurt my running back, Frank Gore, and it's on tape, I
don't ever forget. OK, so that.
Being said, I'm biased that way because.
So I understand the whole wanting to redo his contract and

(52:19):
the whole injury thing, but why are they trying to get rid of
Russell Wilson? Is it strictly because of the
way he kind of doesn't vibe withthe team or that's the part I
don't understand about it? My opinion is, if you think
about it, when Sean Payton got there, OK, Sean Payton was not
coaching, right? They don't.
Get along, I don't think. Right, Sean.

(52:41):
Payton is a little bit of a bully, I think, right?
But you have certain coaches youhave.
You have your Knicks, Siri. On you.
Have even the Knicks Saban's of the world like and then you have
like your players coach like Campbell.
Yeah, AP, right? Yeah, I think Sean Payton is on
the other side of that, right where he is.
More of a. I agree like.

(53:04):
With the players don't feel you this.
Is the way I do it. In my way, kind of like the
Belichick. Well, I.
Think they both? Then I could see that with both,
because Wilson's an established quarterback.
But here's what. He did right when he got there.
Let's check 11. He So Russell Wilson apparently
had his own parking spot. He took that away from Russell.

(53:26):
You're not going to have your own parking spot.
Let's start there. Then he, Russell had his own
office. I believe he took that away.
That's how he came in to the season.
So right there, I. Thought women were emotional
and. Petty, but here we go.
This is the. Most petty get out of here this
is. So what does that tell us?

(53:47):
So right there, you're telling me.
You think he's he thinks he's bigger than the team and you
want to knock him down a couple picks, right?
Which? OK, I have heard that type of
chatter about them that makes sense so.
Now you're seeing a discord, right?
So they. Want to keep Sean Payton and so.
What that tells me, Sean Payton knew this wasn't my guy and I'm
going to push you out. Exactly.

(54:08):
That's that to me. That's how I take it right and
rebuild. Next season?
That makes sense. That's what I'm thinking.
Don't want to play for someone like that.
I mean that's. Another team that's gonna have
locker room issues and behind the scenes and that's.
Gonna affect their. That's gonna be interesting.
And in fact, I called our friend.
Shout out to Elisa Hernandez. I didn't call her.

(54:28):
I messaged her thing and I go, girl, where are you at?
I'd love to get your take on theBroncos.
Remember, she's a big Broncos fan, but she couldn't.
But I'd love to hear her take onthat.
Yeah, that would. Be interesting.
She loves the horses. Yeah, at.
Least he's still. What I respect about Russell
Wilson is he was still present in the game.
He's down there throwing around with what's what's Jared, who

(54:49):
took his play, Jared. Oh, oh.
Jared. Siddam.
Yeah, So he was still down therethrowing passes with him.
He was engaged in the whole game.
He kept his helmet on. Kind of weird, that.
Was weird. It was.
Weird. That was weird.
He kept. His helmet on the whole game,
I'm. Ready Coach fans kept their
helmets on the whole game. They kept them people who was at
the game and they little Grinch outfits kept their Grinch outfit

(55:11):
on the whole game. He was supportive the whole
game. I know what you're.
Saying, yeah, put. Me in coach, I'm ready.
This motherfucker get a hangnail.
I'm ready. He's.
Like Rudy on the sidelines, I'm ready to go, coach.
Please break your ankle. Please break your ankle.
That is so funny. Well.
I still. Got it.
The. One thing we forgot to talk
about that is so funny. Well, this is going to be

(55:33):
interesting because where will Russell land?
Raiders are. Talking about what?
About Viking, you. Think he's gonna.
Retire. I don't know.
I wouldn't mind if he came to Vikings.
I really don't. I mean, I don't.
Do you wanna come quarter? But.
Who's gonna him? I could I?
Think I. Could.
Do it. I'm in it but.
Let's try it, yeah? I'm not sure it is Russell,

(55:55):
probably, but who does? Anyone want Russell after this
too? Because I think kind of his vibe
and him not vibing with the team, that's gonna mean some to
other teams. Well, but I also.
Think it's like, Monica said when he came in taking parking
spaces and doing all that other stuff.
It's like. Go where?
You want go where you want it. You say the same thing in

(56:15):
relationships. Go where you're appreciated, not
tolerated. Yeah.
And so. If there's.
A team that really wanted him, he would go and isn't.
That a little demasculating likeyou're you know what I mean?
Like you just I don't like that I I get what you were doing.
But it just there's a way. And you know what?
Listen, you can say whatever youwant about Russell.
Let's ride and all that. But all everybody points to one

(56:35):
thing. He's a nice guy, yeah.
His character has never been questioned a. 100% I've never
heard one bad thing about this guy and that kind of irritates
me. So I don't think that he'll let
this be the end of his career. I do think he'll go where he's
wanted. They did give him a heads up
apparently months ago. Yeah.
And. He said no.
He was like. No, Yeah.

(56:56):
So he took his little 140 million, and I mean stand.
On your thing, whatever. That is, stay on the grind.
But Minnesota's right there. It's cold in Minnesota.
Our flight, well, it's cold in Denver.
The MVP it's still up for. Grabs.
Listen, we need to talk about the MVP because all of a sudden

(57:16):
after Dallas has lost, everyone counted Dak out and all of a
sudden I did not hear Dak's name.
And it was crickets when it cameto Dak.
But when I was pulling the numbers, Dak Prescott and Brock
Purdy are so close that how are we counting Dak Prescott out?
Because Dak Prescott has 4237 yards, 32 touches, touchdowns

(57:37):
and only 8 interceptions, Mr. Brock Purdy has 4280 yards, only
31 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
Sorry, but four of them were in the same games, so I'm gonna
just an. Interception, Interception.
Can we just? Bring that down to 8.
No, I. Mean a Dax at eight.

(57:57):
Yeah, but. But we got to talk about Dax.
We got to bring him back. We are counting him out a.
Little caveat, OK. I'll.
Breathe. I'll throw.
No, I hear. You.
I hear you. But let me I I hear you.
But I'm gonna throw in Lamar's stats So Lamar is less than both
Dax and Brock 3678, so he's got less yards.

(58:22):
OK, less touchdowns, 24 touchdowns, 7 interceptions.
So why are we still freaking talking about Lamar being MVP
when you have almost 700? Yes, less of yards.
That's crazy to me. But OK, but do you know?
I know. Why though?
You know why? Why?
Let me read to you the definition of the QVI rating.

(58:43):
Are you ready for it? Oh yeah, there's a little.
Caveat that I think this is the problem why Lamar is getting the
the talks. Brock isn't anymore and DAC
isn't. It says the metric takes into
account quarterback contributionto a game, passing, rushing,
sacks, penalties, touchdown and turnovers, each playing, each

(59:08):
being weighed based on. Here's what I think the problem
is, the difficulty and context of the game and the strength of
the opposing defense. Your problem.
So say it's all BS numbers and Dak should be right back in the
talk of things is what we're getting at you guys.
Dak is putting up numbers against teams that aren't great.

(59:28):
That's the problem Well. That was going to be what was
our tiebreaker. But do you know who has more
yards than Dak and Brock? That this one kind of shocked
me. Josh.
No Tua. He.
Has 4451 yards, yeah. See.
He is. Amazing, but that shocked me.
I didn't see him as being above them in yards well.

(59:51):
We don't get to vote, so we'll see what happens and if.
We know nothing else. The NFL is going to do what the
NFL is going to do 01. 100 It's written book.
It don't have OK, but we broke the curse of Jimmie Johnson this
year, so therefore the NFL has to make it our year.
Because now if. You don't get your ass.
I hope you got. I hope you got.

(01:00:12):
That whole thing, because Melissa and I went like this and
you said it was great. We need to get 4 screens on that
one We Hey. Michael Irvin, when he broke the
record the last we did, we won the Super Bowl.
Reach. Reaching.
Reaching. And then I still want my thank
you letter for the Herschel Walker trade to started your
diet. Exactly.
We want to go way back to where nobody gives a fuck.

(01:00:34):
We weren't talking about the past history lessons, just there
we go. Get it, girl, and let's talk
about it. And we'll end with this, because
Jimmie Johnson did get his flowers.
Finally. Hey, that made me emotional as
Cowboys Nation. I don't like to speak on behalf
of people, but I can speak on behalf of us.

(01:00:55):
We love Jimmy, and that was an emotional cool moment.
I overdo. And.
For a lot of newbies and maybe even avid fans that don't know
this, 'cause you just don't know, which is fine, is that
Jimmie Johnson came to Dallas Cowboys.
He replaced a legend in Dallas, Tom Landry 1989.
He was brought there by Jerry, Jerry Jones and he went on to do

(01:01:21):
big things. He took a one in 15 Cowboys and
turned them around and they werethe youngest team in the league
that. This guy named Herschel Walker

(01:01:48):
one of the best running backs and this is what I read as
Jimmie Johnson was doing his like morning jog.
He got this idea saying, you know what, I'm going to trade
the best running back in the league and get 8 picks and I'm
going to redo this whole trajectory of the Dallas
Cowboys. So he traded the best running

(01:02:09):
back and he got 8 picks. That's.
Why you have to give Jimmy the credit for building that Cowboys
team? Because he was the one that made
that decision and did it. And ultimately, that's kind of
what led to Jimmy Levin and him and Jerry, You know, kind of.
But he's in it now. All is right in the world.
And there we go, back to the guys being emotional.

(01:02:32):
The. Eagles got involved, team.
I'm the owner, but I did this for you and who's going to get
the accolades for doing what we do?
And so the two guys ended up having a fallout and that's why
he didn't get the ring of honorsfor years.
And a last little tidbit, which I find interesting, is that when
you guys got the Super Bowl and you won back-to-back, I had to

(01:02:54):
double check 'cause I was like, wait, am I putting this in
Wrong. You beat the Buffalo Bill
I love. It I can sit here all day.

(01:03:17):
I. Know, I know.
I can't. I gotta go mind a business that
pays me. I.
Know. I know.
We'll work on that. We'll work on that next.
Year Talk about the Cowboys all day long.
I. Mean.
Hey, we got week. 18 We have some big games.
Everything comes down to the next couple of games and then of
course we will talk about it. The playoffs, the wild card and
of course the Super Bowl. And as always, keep it sexy.
