Miss us?! As promised, we are back at it again with your monthly FB+W content. Jess and Rach are coming at ya live from Jess's house with some Olive and Pickle interruptions. The girls catch up on some life stuff. Rach has some anxiety about a dog trainer coming to her house to observe her dogs in their element. Jess and Joe are don't sleep in the same room anymore and Rach thinks they're onto something with that.
The loose meat of today's episode is the long awaited for topic of CODEPENDENCY. The girls both read Codependent No More by Melody Beattie and want to share some take-aways and lessoned they learned from it. Jess and Rach both have codependent tendencies with people in their lives and they get into the details of that.
