For the Sake of What...?
Hi! I am Deanne Duncombe, a 40+ year old with a career in IT, previously excelling in self-doubt and lacking in self-worth. During a near breakdown a few years back, employed in a job that wasn't a great fit, and with a manager who was a bully, I started a journey of self-discovery. This became the path to some new perspectives, which I now apply to all (most) of my interactions in life. I am now a coach, and so I wanted to share not only what I had learned through my personal journey, but also the interpretations I have learned as a coach. Perhaps there are other people out there who might also be feeling a bit challenged by what life has to offer who may benefit from some of what I have to offer. And so this podcast was born. I have called it "For the Sake of What" because I think that question helps us to really understand who we are being.
