For the Sake of What...?

For the Sake of What...?

Hi! I am Deanne Duncombe, a 40+ year old with a career in IT, previously excelling in self-doubt and lacking in self-worth. During a near breakdown a few years back, employed in a job that wasn't a great fit, and with a manager who was a bully, I started a journey of self-discovery. This became the path to some new perspectives, which I now apply to all (most) of my interactions in life. I am now a coach, and so I wanted to share not only what I had learned through my personal journey, but also the interpretations I have learned as a coach. Perhaps there are other people out there who might also be feeling a bit challenged by what life has to offer who may benefit from some of what I have to offer. And so this podcast was born. I have called it "For the Sake of What" because I think that question helps us to really understand who we are being. Do you want to find potential new ways of looking at life, so that you reduce the suffering that comes from challenging situations? New episodes every week.
