But you, that's a version ofcognitive dissonance for what's
happening, where you have onething and say you leave all

You're causing a dichotomywithin yourself and it gives you

So, to add to this, there arethree parts of ourselves that we
have to understand, which theNorse myths fit perfectly for

We stop the cognitivedissonance between the two.
We make sure everything is inalignment beforehand, doing all

going through an entire processof doing so that needs to be
done for that.
So then the next stage ofthings is you've got to live in
the present moment.
So the more you can live in thepresent moment, the less the

project the past into the future, for what's going on here now.
Obviously we need to use it fortechnical knowledge, say, like
how to drive a car as an example.

not thinking about driving a caranymore and I don't need that
knowledge anymore.
That's sitting there with it.

and a lot of the stuff that I'mdoing is about this, and I'm

Anyway, there are otherimportant aspects and themes
that are going on with all this.
It's not just about goingthrough the hole that you

uh, ahead of time.

You have various differentthings that show up in the
Celtic traditions.
Whatever the point is, it's allover the world and each has

And part of how we can do thisin a not just realistic sense,

just have to figure out what westand for, what we actually

truly to choose the best andmost important course of action
for us in any given moment.
So if we have a North Star,let's say something we believe

fate throws at us.
We make it so that way we havethe best, if we choose the best

If it's like a river, mostpeople they're a river that
doesn't have a rudder, becausethey don't know where they're
going, what they're doing, sothey crash into everything and
they have to take whatever lifethrows into us.
But if you go through thisprocess of stop lying to
yourself, stopping the cognitivedissonance, understanding how

to think and where to get stuff,living in the present moment,
believing in a higher power,having our activated physical
body and whatnot, going throughthis ritualistic thing of it and
making sure that we choose thebest course of action for us
based upon what our higherprinciples and beliefs are every
step of the way with it, thenwe will be able to navigate the

river of life, no matter what itthrows at us, and we will
choose the very best possiblecourse of action for ourselves
which makes it so.
That way, we will live the verybest possible lives for
ourselves.
This is the wisdom that's hiddeninside of the ancient mystery
school traditions and ancientcults and whatnot that are there

for that, are there for thatand I know kind of going all
over the place with this here,but I'm trying to bring up
everything that's going on withit here and another time period
that a lot of places did it wereactually done also on the

equinoxes, that they would dothis for, not just the solstices
, marrying yourself, and thatyou're getting in touch with

your, with your soul, andletting it do things for you and
whatnot, and connecting with itdirectly.
There's actually multipledifferent levels of doing this
type of stuff, and the deeperyou go into it, the more that
you get out of it.
And most of the traditions havethree steps that they have to

go through, minimum, in order todo that.
And the final one is where youget to the level of like Autor
and seeing everything inside ofit, knowing your lineage,
knowing who you are, coming backwith the mead and all that
other stuff, and basicallyconquering death itself.

kind of destroy everythingthat's going on with it going in

Again, if you're trying to curea child of these things, like
you mentioned, that's acompletely different thing, or
the child is in a separatecategory of things with it.
We are talking about a rebirthritual when you are older and

There's much higher levels ofgnosis that need to be, that
