This week we talk to Jason and Megan Alsatt. We discuss being married and Law Enforcement Officers.
Jason has been in Law Enforcement for 20 years. During those 20 years he has served as a patrol deputy, Field Training Officer, a founding member of a multi-agency SWAT, and a narcotics detective. Currently Jason supervise the departments gang and fugitive unit and serves as a firearms instructor. To help stay in shape Jason enjoys hunting and trail races in the mountains of Colorado and CrossFit. Jason started practicing BJJ for the last 8 months.
Megan is a 19 year veteran of the Garfield County Sheriff’s Office. She currently is assigned to investigations. Megan and Jason have three kids. She is a defensive tactics instructor with experience training in Krav, FBI and GST. Megan just obtained her GST level two certification this year. She has been training jiu jitsu for just a little under a year and plans to continue on forever. Megan also loves distance running, powerlifting, CrossFit, being outside and finding ways to better myself.
