Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's up guys?

Speaker 2 (00:01):
Ww superstar bron Breaker here on conversations with classic.

Speaker 3 (00:35):
And we are back for another casual conversation with a classic.
I'm here none other than uh braun Breaker. How are
you doing today?

Speaker 1 (00:43):
I'm great, man? How are you?

Speaker 3 (00:45):
I'm doing good? I got my co host Adam here.
We've got a bunch of questions for you. But starting
off with Survivor Cities is coming to my hometown here,
Vancouver Rogers Arena. We got the big war games. I
know we must have gone up seen some of the
war game matches. I've been a involved in some of yourself,
so I'm curious right now. A little cliche of a question,
but just to promote the obviousers a little bit, what

(01:05):
would be your dream war games team?

Speaker 2 (01:12):
Mmmm?

Speaker 1 (01:13):
Man? Okay, like just you know, you free with it.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
I'm gonna let you be free with.

Speaker 1 (01:20):
It, Okay, all right?

Speaker 2 (01:24):
I think if it was me, my dad and Scottie,
my cousin Brock who's recently had some uh little claim
to fame with some football action.

Speaker 1 (01:38):
Yeah, we can't give that, boys, And let's see, uh.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
You know, maybe one of my brothers, okay, which would
make five, you know, straight up you know, basically our
bloodline versus you.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Know, the blood line. The blood line.

Speaker 3 (01:58):
Yeah, I could feel like I could.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
Be opportunity for great story there because you know, our
families go way back.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
Obviously, there's a lot of history there.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
Man, there's uh, I don't know, man, I got some
uh you know, Scotty's kids are on the way up.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
I got some brothers, you know what I mean. We
got we got we got people. You know.

Speaker 3 (02:19):
I was gonna ask you that later about just jumping
in here. Then there also was that picture of him
going viral where he was wearing the chain mill head
dress and he was in his fo Does he have
any interest in wrestling?

Speaker 1 (02:33):
Yeah, Okay, he does. I don't know. You know, it's good.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
This is what I would wish for him is for
him to be a successful football player. Do as much
as he can with that, you know, because he's put
fifteen years plus into his life for football, you know,
in this journey and he's done.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
He's on some great things.

Speaker 2 (03:00):
And Jacksonville State's a really prestigious football school. I played
against them too many times, so I think, you know,
he needs to make the most of his opportunity with
Jacksonville state and do as many great things as he can,
and then.

Speaker 1 (03:18):
You know, who knows. I don't know, it depends, but
you know, it looks like he's next up. We'll see.

Speaker 3 (03:25):
That's awesome. It's awesome. I want to really quickly ask
you because he brought up Scotti and Rick. I'm an
old school wrestling fand and grew up watching w CW.
I know you were born a little bit later in
the nineties, so I'm just curious for you, like what
what like by the time you were probably a teenager,
your dad was out of it, your uncle was still
doing it, and other places. What were like what was
the perception about professional wrestling? Was this something you want

(03:46):
to do with since a young age or was that
something you kind of knew you enjoyed, but it was
you know, I just.

Speaker 2 (03:53):
I always loved it, man. Yeah, this was always like
my calling. This is what I wanted to do. I mean,
I've been a fan of it ever since I can remember.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
I just loved it, man, I just loved WWE. Just
it's just like.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
It's like a glove, you know what I mean. It's
like something I was born to do. This is the
beginning of time, you know.

Speaker 3 (04:19):
What I mean, just did your dad have any apprehensive
of you joining professional wrestling?

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Was he like for it?

Speaker 2 (04:25):
You know, I think everybody was a little bit on
the fence with me because I still had some gas
left in the tank for football, because I was I
was still had opportunities to go back to the NFL
and play, and you know, they really wanted to see
me continue playing in the NFL. And you know, not

(04:49):
that I didn't want to.

Speaker 1 (04:52):
You know that initial.

Speaker 2 (04:55):
You know, when I got released from the race, was
you sort of kind of broke my heart a little
bit with with football just because I had I had
given everything to it, like from an effort and a dedication,
and like I had put so much effort into making
it there and then you.

Speaker 1 (05:16):
Know, just you know, NFL is a business and I
understand that. Yeah, just when.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
I got released, it was sort of just kind of
broke my heart a little bit. And you know, it
was just like I had opportunities to keep playing. I
you know, I was on the fence about it. I
made that decision with my family, but my heart was
ready for w WE. I was just you know, it
was time.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
That's awesome.

Speaker 4 (05:40):
Now we know that you know your dad was in NXT.
He did a spot with you at the you know,
during the show, is there any potential of working in
and you talked about the bloodline and the potential of
your bloodline coming up. Is there any potential of you know,
Rick or Scott being a part of any future storylines.
Is that something that you've talked about. What's the uh,
what's the thought there?

Speaker 2 (06:00):
You know, I think it's there if we need it.
I think, if if it works creatively, if we're in
a spot where you know, that's that's needed we we
have at our disposal at any time. I think I
would rather me personally, I'd rather save that for something that's.

Speaker 1 (06:22):
Huge, like pay per view or p l E.

Speaker 2 (06:26):
Excuse me, I think, you know, if I'm if I
had it, you know, our way, I guess, or my way,
that's something I would save that for as a p
l E.

Speaker 1 (06:38):
But you know, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
I know that my dad for sure is not interested
in getting in the ring.

Speaker 1 (06:47):
I think that those days. I think he's just he's
just moved on from that. You know. As far as
my uncle Scott, I'm sure he wouldn't mind getting in there.
And you know, God man, he might he might just
put his stuff on.

Speaker 4 (07:08):
I was gonna have already pictured in the chain mash
and everything, like the whole mind. Yeah, it's gonna be great.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (07:14):
I I think that'd be a cool thing for them
to do, you know with me, But uh, I don't know.
We'll just have to see. We have that and you know,
we got that one in our back pocket. My cousin's
on his way up. We'll see what he does, you know,
we'll see, we'll see.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
I think it was like, you know, big ups to
you that you went and took a risk on yourself
and didn't take the Steiner name and went with Brown Breaker,
trying to create your own image. But we also get
like the subtle cool moments that we got in NXT,
like the moment with your dad when he won the championship,
like the Steiner math moment, or even like calling back
to the whole Chucky moment your dad had in ws

(07:55):
W and then you're doing with Chucky, so like there's
always potential for something there, and I think that cool.
While you're making a name for yourself and obviously like
the subtle hens to your you know, your uncle Dawn
with the the attires that you were and stuff too.
It's there, so it's cool. I didn't want to ask you, though,
I'm saying all that, what does it mean to you
to be like the first of the Steiner lineage to

(08:16):
win a singles title in the w W, like you
won the Intercontinental Championship?

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Like?

Speaker 3 (08:20):
What did that moment mean for you?

Speaker 1 (08:21):
It was cool, man, it was.

Speaker 2 (08:26):
It was just such a really cool, you know, full
circle moment for me.

Speaker 1 (08:31):
And then, uh, you know.

Speaker 2 (08:36):
Something I can hold over my uncle Scott's head that
he's never he's never done.

Speaker 3 (08:43):
Did you throw that in this space? Did you thought
that in this face? Pretty? Yeah, you got it.

Speaker 5 (08:47):
Yeah, he loves to give me crap a message from
the hotel. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Uh do you think do you think like you're gonna
be doing that again when you tell me winning it
for the second time? Or are your goals in a
different place now? You know?

Speaker 2 (09:13):
I don't know as far as you know, I just
don't really. It's very uh out in the open time
for for me right now. As terms of like where
I'm headed what's next for me? I don't really know,
but I think you know a lots at my disposal
right now.

Speaker 1 (09:29):
I think I have options.

Speaker 2 (09:30):
I think I can go for the Intercontinental Championship, you know,
I have a right to have a rematch for that.

Speaker 1 (09:35):
I also could go for Gunther and for the World
Heavyweight Championship.

Speaker 2 (09:41):
You know, I think that's those are all things that
are at my disposal right now. There's a decisions I
have to make just for for you know, what's what's
best for me.

Speaker 1 (09:52):
So we'll see. I don't know for sure.

Speaker 4 (09:54):
I know I recently saw the photo of you and
Goldberg that's online as well. You're both ex football players,
both have probably the most dominating spears in the industry.
Was there a piece of advice that Goldberg gave you
as you were bringing into the industry that you thought
was like the best piece or that you've utilized in
your career thus far.

Speaker 1 (10:12):
No, I mean, not one piece, not one thing. You know.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
It's just, you know, Goldberg's always been a friend of mine,
and you know, he was a friend of my dad's
back in the day. They rode together and stuff, and
they did a lot of cool things. And Goldberg's always been,
you know, a part of our family. You know, just
in terms of you know, there's like we have a
in our basement where I grew up. There was like
pictures of you know, stuff that my dad and Scotty

(10:37):
did on the road and all these trips and all
these fun things and places they got to see. You know,
I always see you know, there's always you know, Bill
is in a lot of those pictures.

Speaker 1 (10:48):
You know, I mean, big boss man.

Speaker 2 (10:52):
You know, just that this their their crew that they
rode with, and Bill was always a part of that.
So it's really cool. It's good to see him, good
to talk with you know, it's good to catch up
and you know, talk about his son because his son's
on Colorado's football team, so you know, I you know,
I went and just it was cool, man. It was

(11:13):
just good to be in a football environment again too.
You know, it's been a few years since I've been
on a field and stuff like that for game day,
So it was cool.

Speaker 1 (11:22):
That's awesome.

Speaker 3 (11:23):

Speaker 4 (13:13):
So I know, I recently saw you in an episode
of Up Up, Down Down as well. You're playing some
Fortnite as well. My kids, My kids, my kids will
very much appreciate that though. So if you haven't, if
you have any if you have any tips for them,
let them know. Because my son is always typically screaming
from the living room on the weekend. But if they
if they were going to put a Bronze Breaker skin
in Fortnite, what tire, what a tire would you want

(13:34):
represented it? And why would it be the Steiner Math attire.

Speaker 1 (13:39):
That's exactly where I was going with this. So man,
I don't want to I want to give any spoilers away.

Speaker 4 (13:52):
All right, Oh, where's the flex to the exclusion?

Speaker 2 (13:57):
I've got some uh, you know, I've got some ideas
in the works for you know, some gear that's you know,
my p okay.

Speaker 1 (14:08):
So put it this way. All my p l E
singlets are the tip of the cap or salute to
the Steiners hm the most look.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Some of some of them have my you know, my
little bit of a you know, I'll change a little bit,
but most of them are you know, I'm bringing back
the classics. There's going to be one coming up soon
that is a really like a Bronz Breaker version of
the Steiner Math.

Speaker 1 (14:35):
And because I already I did the pink one. It
was a huge, it was a cool thing. But I'm
gonna do something different with that. We're I'm in the
I'm in the shop a little.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
Bit with the with the creative team, we're gonna we're
gonna make something cool nice.

Speaker 4 (14:48):
I can't wait to see.

Speaker 3 (14:50):
Would that be the would that be the gear you'd
want in Fortnite? Though?

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Yeah? Absolutely, man. I just I.

Speaker 3 (15:01):
I saw you complaining, like Becky's in there, bas in there,
and you're like I wish I was there, dude.

Speaker 6 (15:06):
Like come on, I've played that game since like season
two when it came out.

Speaker 1 (15:17):
In seven years wow, wow, Because I was in college.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
When it came out, and like, yeah, you know, the
boys were looking for something to play because I think
I was running like n CUAA fourteen back then and
it just like wasn't doing it.

Speaker 1 (15:31):
Like we put in like an hour of gameplay and
then everyone's just like all right, dude, like this, whatever's
just go back to the room or whatever. But when
that came out, it was like, yeah, like we yeah,
pretty much.

Speaker 2 (15:46):
Every day after practice, the boys like it was a
group of us that we're on every day.

Speaker 1 (15:50):
That's awesome.

Speaker 3 (15:51):
That's awesome, ladies and gentlemen. See Boy the Wrestling Classic.
Good guys. I want to let you guys know that
there's a limited edition Wrestling Classic TM. I'm wearing it
right now, but I got to show you the back

out here, conquering it every day. Guys, wear the shirt.
Remember to conquer it. Do the thing, Keep doing the thing.

(16:14):

only like seventy left. There's only one hundred printed. Make
sure you get them before they're gone. I truly, truly,
truly appreciate your support.

Speaker 1 (16:27):
Conquer it.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
Get it now. Put the link in the description below.
Two more quick questions and first things First, I want
to bring this up because I think it's cool when
a new era of WW and they've just been taking
liberties with you because the speed you run, the things
you do with some like really cool at camera angles
and cool shots. What we're your first impressions when you

(16:49):
see like the overhead camera angle and.

Speaker 1 (16:51):
Some of the stuff they've been doing with it. Yeah,
I think it was like it was like me and
Pat and Michael, you know, they did it once.

Speaker 7 (17:04):
And I think the team came up to me and
they were like, we don't ever, we don't think we've
ever done that angle before. Crazy, And I was like,
are you sure and they were like, we don't know
for sure, we don't know like positively, like if it's
the very first time, but as of recently, this is
like your thing, yeah, because we don't have an angle
that's going to catch you on the floor that we
can adjust fast enough.

Speaker 1 (17:24):
Because we can't catch you. And I was like, why
don't we just call it the broncam from the sky?

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (17:29):
And yeah, me and Pat were sitting there and we
were like, we gotta have this. It's got to be
your gig. This is your deal now. So that's kind
of where that.

Speaker 2 (17:37):
Yeah, that kind of started, and you know, just kind
of got to keep building on it.

Speaker 3 (17:42):
No, and it's cool to have that. That's cool to
know the reason why they did it is you're too
fast for them to catch you.

Speaker 2 (17:51):
Yeah, it was a problem there for for a couple
of times.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
I was running and I just didn't I don't think it.

Speaker 2 (17:59):
Was because I don't know if I warned the crew,
you know, the guys on the floor or what, but
you know, they were I remember getting to getting the
TV one day and we were trying to figure out
the you know, like what cameras do we want.

Speaker 1 (18:13):
To use for this?

Speaker 2 (18:13):
And it was just like, we we can't really catch
you unless we do it from.

Speaker 1 (18:19):
The sky or else.

Speaker 2 (18:21):
We don't have anything that's we don't have anything on
the floor that's gonna work.

Speaker 3 (18:24):
I'm just I'm just imagining cameraman being like winded.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
Man. Here we go.

Speaker 3 (18:31):
Yeah, the camera, have you enough?

Speaker 4 (18:35):
He's too fast, he's fast, too fast.

Speaker 3 (18:40):
Last, but not least, I was to ask us, you're
really young in your career. You got so much ahead
of you. But it's just like if you could go
back and talk to the the bron that started and
next you at the very beginning, at this point, do
you think you've made yourself pretty proud?

Speaker 6 (18:53):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (18:54):
I think so. I mean, I I it's uh, it's
been a crazy journey. Man.

Speaker 2 (18:58):
It's just been such a cool thing to be a
part of, you know, And I just got to keep building,
keep stacking days, and just keep progressing, going in the
right direction. And I think this is just this is
just a very beginning for me and what I'm capable
of doing, you know, in the ring, what I'm capable
of doing on the microphone. I think that's specifically one

(19:21):
area that people really haven't seen me in what I
can do.

Speaker 1 (19:25):
But I'm excited to show everybody. And it's just it's
gonna be a great It's gonna be a great time.

Speaker 2 (19:30):
Man.

Speaker 3 (19:30):
We're gonna have some fun for sure. The n next
you want to spectacular too. You got to come out
and see a bunch of those shows and matches. Ye
killed that they're now on the main roster. Everyone was
concerned and boom next note Intercontinental Champion.

Speaker 1 (19:42):
So yeah, we'll look.

Speaker 3 (19:45):
We're looking forward to see what happens. Thank you so
much for doing this. I appreciate your time for me
and Adam. I'm sure we both hope to get you
back on our respective shows down the road at some point.

Speaker 1 (19:55):
And yeah, for sure.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
See you when Vancouver ats Survivor Series. Because November thirty
Rogers Arena, they just announced summer Simon New Jersey WRESTLEMINGI
in Las Vegas. Those tickets are wants the whole tune. Well,
that would be your first WrestleMania, would it not.

Speaker 1 (20:09):
Yeah? Next year here this year, that's insane.

Speaker 3 (20:13):
That's that's something we're saying to look forward to. Yeah,
Thank you so much, and we'll see you all next time.

Speaker 1 (20:20):
