Ep. 31 - Mark Jackson, CEO and Founder of Medivault Mark Jackson and his company Medivault, are building the world's first patient-centric healthcare data network, with full identity verification of all network participants and advanced AI functionality. Medivault is based in London, England, United Kingdom. **About the Guest** Mark is an exceptionally inspiring, commercially focused leader who has worked in highly regulated industries, in both multinational and start-up settings - including working with PE owners - whilst living in the UK, USA & Middle East. He has globally honed experience in selecting, developing and empathetically motivating high-performance teams. Highly adept at developing innovative, holistic commercial playbooks to overcome inertia, maximise key commercial relationships and yield exceptional results. Mark currently serves as the CEO of Medivault. Medivault empowers patients to take control of their healthcare by guaranteeing that their medical data gets into the right hands, at the right time, to help facilitate accurate diagnosis and the correct provision of care. In addition, Mark is a Director of Medicabis Inc., a company on a mission to empower humans to live better, healthier and happier lives. Medicabis is democratising access to wellness and wisdom through an accessible eco-system of all-natural therapeutic products to help the body return to homeostasis. Prior to this, Mark served as the CEO of Lifelines Neuro Company (LNC). One of the world's leading in-home neurodiagnostics solution providers. Under his tenure the company achieved 7 Qtrs of revenue growth, migrated revenues to SaaS subscription and significantly improved EBITDA. Previously, Mark served as a commercial partnership advisor to the CEO & CRO of ModuleQ, an AI start-up focused on delivering insights to business professionals utilising Microsoft Teams. Mark’s last Fortune 500 role was as a Global Business Director within the Technology Practice Group of Thomson Reuters (TR). He managed the commercial relationship between TR and 3 of the world’s largest technology companies. Mark leveraged the assets (people, data & technology) of TR to build highly profitable revenue streams. This required a deep understanding of how to inspire people across multiple functions (sales, product, marketing, branding, strategy), as well as a strategic understanding of how technology innovation (AI driven analytics, cloud distributed data and SaaS product development) could deliver significant growth. Other highlights: In 2013, Mark became the Global Head of Sales Effectiveness for the Emerging Markets unit of TR. His mission was to optimise the productivity of approx 2,500 frontline sales staff. This helped the company sell more things, to more people, for more money, more often.
