Mrs. Halverson ropes Dylan into playing matchmaker with one of the residents at the retirement home while Bradley, Cameron, and Allison experience quite the dysfunctional Valentine's Day with their dates.

It's our Christmas episode! While Cameron, Allison, Dylan, and Mrs. Halverson are raising money for renovations to a rundown retirement home, Bradley decides to treat himself to something frivolous with his inheritance.

After Allison uses Mrs. Halverson as an example on her show to help a troubled caller, she enlists Brad, Cam, and Dylan to help her patch things; meanwhile, Bradley starts dating Lenny, the nerdy office manager.

Mrs. Halverson tricks Bradley, Cameron, and Dylan into volunteering at a soup kitchen on Thanksgiving while Allison juggles teaching herself how to cook along with her ex Jason's big news.

After a rebuttal to a city council candidate launches Cameron's political career, Mrs. H becomes his campaign coach. Meanwhile, Bradley learns the value of supporting friends even when you disagree.

When our friends join Dylan's fraternity's murder-mystery weekend, the staged murders soon turn into a real-life Whodunit when one of our friends becomes implicated in the murder of a frat bro.

After Bradley is stood-up twice, he seeks a surprising relationship; meanwhile, Dylan and Mrs. Halverson are competing for an on-camera job at the station, and Allison is confronted with a truth she's kept secret from Cameron.

No good deed goes unpunished when Bradley tries to help Mrs. H move her cheese heads! After a scary accident, Bradley is a changed man, and tries to embrace an unfamiliar attraction.

Apartment 9 is a mess. But after Bradley experiences a tragedy, he and Allison leave hiring a housekeeper to Mrs. H and Cameron since Dylan is out of town.

 

After Mrs. H books a trip for everyone to the Moon Burn Festival, our friends have no idea that they are indeed in for a "real trip," sending Apartment 9 on a "high" flying adventure.

After Allison invites Mrs. H to tag along on a date, Mrs. H begins to wear out her welcome. Meanwhile, Bradley and Dylan compete in a high-stakes election as Cameron tries to recover from being sick.

 

When Bradley wins an all-expenses paid trip, for him and his friends, to hang out with a gajillionaire at his palatial estate, he has no idea that he's about to plunge everyone into a twisted adventure right out of Willy Wonka.

 

After Mrs. Halverson tricks our friends into volunteering at the Christmas Village to benefit the children's home, they accidentally lose the orphans' lists to Santa. Now, they must save Christmas, only it turns into a nightmare.

After their turkey goes up in flames, our friends fly to New York City to spend Thanksgiving with Bradley's family. Only, there's a slight problem, which threatens this happy holiday.

When a hurricane trikes Tampa and leaves our friends trapped in their apartment building, the foul weather outside isn't the only storm a'brewin' at Apartment Nine.

Our #AllTheHorror episode! When Apartment 9 is invited to attend a swinging wake at Hit Me Again, Bradley gets busy trying to find a date while Dylan falls victim to a monster from his past. Meanwhile, Allison, Cameron, and Mrs. Halverson debate #Halloween costumes.
