One of the promises of ACA (Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families) is that we go from being a reactor to an actor in our lives. This means taking a proactive approach to our lives rather than reacting to what is happening. It means that we are being thoughtful, giving conscious consideration to what's going on around us, and making conscious decisions instead of reacting based on habits or patterns from the past. This week’s episode 305 of the Fragmented to Whole Podcast is about how to go from reactor to responder: breaking free from old patterns!
