Hello, everyone, and welcome to today's episode of
franchise Friday. So glad tohave you shout out to all of our
listeners out there. And I amMelissa Pang. I'm the member
relationship strategist here atthe entrepreneurs source. And I
am so excited to be joined bynot just one, but two fabulous

(00:35):
other individuals. So I havewith me here, Marissa fois, CEO
of the entrepreneur source, andBrandon breath, one of our
beloved TTS coaches who's out ofNew Orleans if I said that
correctly. So hey, guys, how'sit going?
Hey, it's good. I'm very honoredto be on a podcast with you,
Mel, I've been wanting to for along time. So thank you for

(00:58):
having me. This is exciting.
We can make it a tradition, wecan do that. Welcome.
Here as well. So I'm lookingforward to the conversation.
Likewise, likewise. So we justgot back from Vegas, we got back
from the International FranchiseAssociation convention. And it

(01:19):
was a phenomenal event. It wasawesome. So we're going to get
into a little bit about theperspective what we thought
there was a very special eventthat we also want to discuss
here. But before we begin, I'dlove to give the audience a
little bit of an introduction toboth of you. So Marissa, I'll
start with you. If you want togive a little bit about you your

(01:41):
background, your role here atthe entrepreneur source. Yeah,
no,thank you. So I started AT Ts
about 12 years ago. And I'vedone literally a little bit of
everything over that time. SoI've worked on the member side
for a little bit. For a goodchunk of those 12 years, I was
in the marketing and digitalinnovation roles. So really
helping our franchisees puttheir best foot forward when it

(02:02):
comes to marketing, theirwebsites, their social media
presence, just reallyinteracting the best way with
our seekers and clients. Andthen for the last year or so,
I've moved into the role of CEO,so really overseeing daily
operations of the company, andeverything else in between. So
it's been a really fun 12 years,and I've enjoyed just getting to

(02:26):
know the world of franchising, working with our franchisees
hearing our clients successstories. So it's been fantastic.
There's never a dull moment hereat the entrepreneurs, which we
love. Yeah. So thank you. Andagain, love having you here,
here with us today. And Brandon,I would love to get a little bit

(02:48):
of your background, where youwere before the entrepreneur
source and anything else youwant to share?
Sure, well, I've been with theentrepreneurs source almost four
years. Before that I had 25years in traditional big box
retail, you know, 10 years inthe store operations and about
15 years and multi unitleadership. Like most said, I'm

(03:10):
based out in New Orleans. SoI've always kind of operated in
the southeastern part of theUnited States. And but I made
that move from retail into moretraditional corporate American
healthcare. And I was there forabout three and a half years,
beating my head against the wallevery single day because it was
absolute misery. And there was amoment in time that I distinctly

(03:32):
remember when my phone rang, andit was someone from the
entrepreneurs or saying, Hey, doyou want to have a conversation,
explore something different? I'mlike, absolutely. And so I went
on the journey and went throughdiscovery. And as my chance to
get to say this is, you know, one of the most memorable

(03:53):
presentations in my discoveryday. So when I went to the
entrepreneur source to reallyexplore this as a final
possibility for myself, it wasMorris's presentation on what
she was doing around marketingand how she was taking the
company to kind of newdirection. And so I've skipped
the salesperson, you were one ofthe people that I said from a

(04:15):
corporate partner, she's reallygot to go on and knows what
she's doing and was just sodynamic and so and getting to
spend more time with you and getto know you better and watch you
rise within the entrepreneurialsince I've been here has been
really gratifying. So push ustoday. Thank

(04:37):
you, Brandon, thank you so much.
Absolutely.
Well, and that's it guys. That'sall that's all yours. No, I love
this and as usually just to suchgreat individuals who I think
embody the entrepreneur sourceto the highest degree, so thank

(04:57):
you both. For everything thatyou do for the interim. Your
Source coaches, the seekers, theteam. And again, we'll get into
the convention that we were allat. But it was just amazing to
just see everyone operate intheir natural kind of ability.
And it's a one giant love festover here at the entrepreneur

(05:19):
source. Okay, everyone, I'lljust tell you that much. So, we
have Brandon and Reza hereagain, we were at Las Vegas, we
were in Las Vegas for the IFAconvention. So let's dive into
what that was like, what thatexperience was like. And again,
it was an amazing event. And I'mnot just saying that it's a

(05:40):
place for it's kind of the mainevent in franchising, it happens
once a year, and it's a placefor franchisors suppliers,
franchisees, friends offranchising to all come together
and really share practices, knowledge, things that we've
learned over the past yearstruggles, and also just network

(06:03):
and actually see each other, meet each other talk to each
other in person. And we alwaysleave with exhausted, yes, we're
also feeling such a high almostjust seeing the industry, the
franchising community cometogether like that, and you
really feel energized afterthat. So it truly is a

(06:25):
phenomenal event. But I wouldlove to hear about the event and
your takeaways from each of yourperspectives. And I'll start
with you Marisa as CEO of theentrepreneur source and
attending and different sessionsand all the different things.
Yeah, I would love to hear youryour thoughts.

(06:45):
Yeah, thanks. Thanks. And I'mdefinitely still on that high.
So I would agree with you. Imean, coming away from that
event, was amazing. I mean, justseeing old friends getting new
friends from the event, thebreakouts, all the fun stuff,
which I'll get into in a minute, but you definitely leave there
feeling a high which I'm stillfeeling today. So it was great,

(07:06):
but first, I thought I'd kick itoff, and I'm sure everyone
that's listening and knows whatthe IFA is, but for those that
don't, I figured I'd just do aquick explanation about what is
the IFA so the IFA stands forthe International Franchise
Association. It's the world'slargest membership organization,
for franchisors, franchisees, and also for franchise

(07:29):
suppliers. They provide industryleading events, of course, this
convention probably being thebiggest one that they have, but
they also provide advocacy, education, growth opportunities
to the franchise community. Andtheir mission is to protect,
enhance and promote franchising.
So just a little bit about whatthe IFA is all about. But going
back to the convention itself, Ibelieve they said while we were

(07:53):
there, it was a record year forattendance, there were 4000
people in attendance, which wasawesome. So there were a ton of
individuals there. Definitely ahigh the event took took place
from February 26 through March1. So we had a few days out in
Vegas together, but for us, sowe actually got to participate

(08:14):
in the Leadership Conference, which kind of kicked off the
event for us. And that washosted by the women's franchise
committee. And that was just agreat way for us to kick off
that event. So we got to meetsome new people. We were
actually a sponsored as part ofthat event. So that was great.
We got to sponsor the lunchthere, which we were really

(08:36):
pleased to be able to do. Butthe flow of that was really
great. So they had someroundtables happening there, we
had a specific use case that wewere given. And we had to really
put on our thinking caps and actas if we were the owner of a
specific company and just talkthrough some different
strategies and things that wewould do to help evolve a

(08:58):
certain company and then at theend, they revealed what that
was. So for me, that was areally, really great part of the
IFA just being part of that andbeing able to sponsor that
event. So that was wonderful.
Gosh, above and beyond that, everything else was also so
great. So some really greatnetworking time throughout the

(09:22):
event. So again, we got to see alot of our franchise friends
there, but we made a lot of newconnections as well. Great
keynote session. So just lookingat my notes for some of the
highlights for me. So first andforemost, we heard from the ifas
President Matt holler, which isalways great. He shared some
great industry statistics therewhere the world of franchising

(09:45):
is going some some informationthat we could then take back and
share with our own franchiseeswhich was great, but they had
Chris combs insky CEO atMcDonald's John Payton CEO at
dine brand so Applebee's i Ha Aspart of that, they had some
really great presentation justtalking about their brands,

(10:06):
growth opportunities, they arewhat they were doing with
technology, and just a lot ofwhat's happening in the
franchise world, what we need tobe aware of and some shifts that
they're seen. So we certainlygot to hear from some great
leaders in the franchise space.
They had Drew Brees on stage, which I'm not a football fan,
but I know a little bit abouthim. But he did a great job. So
he himself is a franchisee he'svery involved in the franchise

(10:32):
community. So it was really niceto hear his perspective on
things and how he got started.
So overall, amazing, it was, itwas an awesome event, I was
really glad to be a part of it.
I know they really jam packedthe event like by the end,
again, you do leave exhausted, but there's so many different
opportunities. And again, itdoesn't matter really, where you

(10:55):
are as a like a franchisor as asupplier if you're there as a
franchisee which Brandon, we'llget your perspective on that
too. But there's differenttracks of like education, if
you're specifically emergingbrand, or you're really looking
to do operations on they havegreat topics.
The sessions were great. Yeah, the application sessions were
great, too.
So just just high, high quality, content and value from that. And

(11:22):
again, I just want to underlinethe annual leadership
conference. If anyone has thechance to attend, it's just
really great. And you've got alot of like, like minded people
in the same room, and you reallyget to connect with them, like
before the event begins. Yeah,so that's always a highlight for
me too. Yeah.
And so I saved the best forlast, the most exciting part

(11:45):
hands down, was watching ourvery own brand of breath be
honored as one of the ifasfranchisee OF THE YEAR
recipients. So what I wanted todo before I hand it over to you
and get your feedback not onlyon what the award meant to you,
but just your experience at thisyear's IFA is I just wanted to
let everyone know again the ifasPresident Matthew holler, what

(12:06):
do you said about this award sohe said franchisee OF THE YEAR
recipients represent the best infranchising. This is the highest
honor IFA awards to individualfranchisees and these local
business owners exemplify thepower of franchising, and its
countless positive contributionsto communities around the world.

(12:28):
And I cannot think of anyonethat would be better suited to
receive this honor than you,Brandon. So what does it mean to
you to have received that andthen get into your time at the
IFA to your experience there?
Okay, so, Alright, so first, Igotta say, pretty humbling, to

(12:50):
be recognized. And, you know, itwas pretty humbling to be
recognized by my peers at ourconference late last year. And
then to turn around and havethat recognition elevated to a
national level, it does feelvery special. And, you know,
and, and see, and really, as Ishared with some of my own peer

(13:13):
groups, you know, the way thatyou all even put together the
nomination by using quotes fromother coaches about me and and
some of your comments about me,made it very special, just in
the fact that I want you allthought to nominate me for that,
that recognition and then getreceiving it and being noticed,

(13:33):
is just feels fantastic. So Itruly thank you for that. And
I've already felt in the lastfew months since our conference,
really wanting to do enough withan organization to be worthy of
that, you know, thatrecognition, and I feel like
that even more so that I want tomake sure I'm doing the right

(13:54):
thing for my clients but alsofor our organization and kind of
giving back in general because Ireally believe in what we do and
the validation of beingrecognized for doing it is
terrific. So now I will say I doknow who Drew Brees is

(14:15):
was I just you know, I didn'tfollow football a time so I just
wasn't that familiar with them.
It was really breaks I knew weknew here locally when he
brought Jimmy John's into NewOrleans. YEAH. Jimmy John's in
the walk on the air before helets hearing him talk about that
was really interesting. And thefact that he made it so personal

(14:39):
about why you didn't get intobrands, right. It wasn't
necessarily a business decisionas much as it was a personal
thing. I want this right. So I'mbringing it in. So that was a
great perspective. I will sayone of my big takeaways, though,
was Chris, the CEO ofMcDonald's. Yeah, the fact that
he talked about the state offranchising And how, you know,

(15:01):
there is a battle, right. Andthere's entities out there who
really want to see franchisingchange. And because they don't
understand it, and they don'tunderstand what's happening, and
how wealth is being created forindividuals all across the
country, and then they'relooking to take that away,
whether on purpose or not acurrency, causing that, and I

(15:23):
really liked his humility in,you know, as this CEO of this
really massive organization, hisfocus was up here on the federal
level, and he was totallymissing what was happening at
the state local level, andsaying that should really makes
me walk away going, what shouldI be doing as a franchisee to
help spread the word to helppeople understand, and even

(15:46):
within our own firearm group, but our organization, what
should we be doing to make surethat people know that they there
are things they can take stepsthey can take to help, you know,
educate others in the space. Theother thing for me, which I
thought was really interesting, was getting to work on the floor
with Melissa and Eric, andgetting to talk to franchisors

(16:09):
that necessarily aren't, youdon't know the entrepreneurs
source or affiliated with us,but hearing their horror stories
about other, you know, brokersand some other groups that are
out there. And not like thewinning name names, I didn't ask
for names. But the generalconsensus was, you know, it's
what we talk about, right? Theseare people trying to get between

(16:31):
someone and a transaction andinsert themselves. And we are so
totally different. And sogetting to talk to other
franchisors of all differentsizes and levels about who we
are and what we do. And doing itfrom my perspective, as a coach
working with clients that webring into people, that was
really great conversation. And Ireally got to see that light

(16:51):
bulb go off for a few people.
And so I really enjoyed gettingto do that. But it also gave me
a lot of perspective on as aclass that we may fall into how
even we can be misunderstoodwithin the service industry. And
we need to continue to drive themessage of how we're truly
different, right, and how wetreat people different, and how

(17:12):
we're open to talk to peoplethat other people wouldn't talk
to, right. And so I can think ofmy own clients that never
thought about being a businessowner when we first talk. And
today on a business, whichreally one of my other takeaways
is if I go back, and one of thethemes was about diversity, and
if I go back to my retail days, you know, the guy running a

(17:37):
district that in New Orleans, ina fairly conservative part of
the country had the most diverseleadership team of any district
in the organization. And I gotrecognized for that all the
time. Because it's just peopleare people, right? And if you
judge people, for being people, they're going to put a good team
around you. Right? Franchisingdoes that. And I hadn't really

(17:58):
thought of it in those terms.
But then we really talked aboutthe fact that franchising allows
people of any race, anybackground, any socio economic
standing, to get into businessand do something for themselves.
We don't necessarily celebratethat enough. And I feel pride in
that, and with my own clientswho I've helped get into

(18:18):
business, but seeing that as anindustry that we do that, again,
education around how special itis being part of this world of
business, ownership throughfranchising is very exciting,
very rewarding. So I walked awayfrom it, feeling really
fantastic about what I do everyday, where I'm taking my own
life and trying to be a businessowner. And I got two sets. I

(18:43):
didn't do a certain track I justsaid and popped in on different
sessions in different tracks.
And every conversation I got tobe a part of was just fantastic.
Hearing different people'sperspectives, I think will help
me also just as I'm talking toclients, sharing some of that
knowledge that I've learned andhelp them really understand what
their future can look like.
I love all of those things somuch I like wrote down a bunch

(19:07):
of stuff and I even down to thepart of like at the IFA, it's
just a great chance andopportunity to see what the
franchising community lookslike. Because I think we were
part of the entrepreneur source.
So we're in our entrepreneurssource world, and we do all the
great things we do we work withclients, we're introducing them

(19:29):
to our franchise or members, helping them get to a point of
clarity whether that is businessownership or not. But then even
you look bigger picture okay, franchising industry aren't
that's a bigger picture. You'relooking at diversity, you're
looking at helping people changetheir lives and realize their
dreams. But then even within thefranchising industry, we live in

(19:50):
this world. It's part of who weare, but think of all the people
and Brandon You do this everyday who don't know the benefits
of franchise losing. And it'sokay if it's not for everyone.
But I love the fact of, youknow, being able to help educate
even more not just on the coachlevel, but from the entrepreneur
source. What can we do more toeducate about franchising and

(20:11):
help people see all thesedifferent benefits and pros and
helping people regardless ofgender, race, nationality
background, you can help someoneget into business ownership and
change the course of their theirfuture and the generations to
come. So it helps like geteverything into that big

(20:34):
picture, which I love. Well, oneother thing I started want to
say is, I loved having Brandon, with me at the the entrepreneur
resource booth in the exhibithall, because I'd be talking to
the franchisor. And they'relike, Yeah, Melissa, great, you
know, love it. And then theytalked to Brandon, they're like,
oh, my gosh, where, where shouldI sign? No, they didn't say

(20:56):
that. But it offered thatdifferent coach perspective. So
thank you, Brandon. It was itwas just I just liked seeing
Yeah, it was it was awesome. Itdid change the you saw the light
bulb go off.
Yeah, yeah. The one thing thatwas just coming to mind is
Brian, and I was hearing youtalk about your experience at
the IFA is we talked aboutfranchising as especially when

(21:20):
you join a specific system, right, it has a system, you're
going into business foryourself, but not by yourself.
And so that is the benefit ofjoining a franchise system
rather than doing it on yourown. And for me leaving the IFA
I realized that's our communitythere too, right? We're hearing
from, you know, CEOs of greatbrands and organizations and

(21:43):
they're struggling with the sameissues that everyone across the
board can relate to. So you justreally realize like, that's your
community, that's yourfranchise, family, we're we're
sharing a lot of the samestruggles that we're
experiencing and how we couldcome together to shift things in
a positive direction, and thensome really great education

(22:04):
sessions to help us be betterfranchisors, franchisees,
franchise suppliers. So it'sjust nice to really reflect back
and say, well, that's our, youknow, family, if you will, and
community that we could lean onto, to learn from each other,
and, you know, go through thistogether, if you will. So that
was really, really great.
And look, I'll say, ourconference, I certainly

(22:25):
understand that, you know,Melissa, and Eric and your team,
you're bringing franchisors infor us to talk to, but being at
this conference, pull differentunderstanding of how there's my
side, right, the coaches side, when we're really helping the
client facing, and then,Melissa, there's your site,

(22:46):
right? That's really franchisorfocused. And it's even about
helping those new franchisors besuccessful, it's in creating
their own business and startingtheir business. And so we really
do within the entrepreneursource help people all up and
down the franchise ecosystem, right, which is really just
exciting. It was essentiallyreally good to see that on a

(23:08):
deeper basis. Yeah.
Agreed. As soon as I just thinklike, how is it that this is
what we get to do every singleday, another word, an IFA
convention every single day, because that would get
overwhelming. But just the factthat to your point, Brandon,
like we get to help people allthroughout the franchising
industry community, and it's notjust also and also outside of

(23:32):
the franchise community, youknow, and bringing them in, so
it's very special with theentrepreneurs horse gets to do.
So yeah, agreed on all of thosetakeaways. And I do want to say
just a final on this, butBrandon, on the the franchisee
of the Year Award, and then alsoCoach of the Year at our own

(23:52):
conference back in October, youare already one of the most
humble people I know. And thejust, you know, what people
anyone who knows, you would say,it was nothing you were ever
like striving for. And that's abig reason as to why think you
were just a natural. Justnaturally, a recipient of that

(24:17):
award is you're always doingthings for your clients, for
your seekers, and for the othercoaches, and, you know,
franchisees in in theentrepreneur system, and now
we're gonna get ready to youknow, on behalf of franchising
as a whole. So that was that wasa very big highlight. So thank

(24:38):
you for everything that you do.
So, I want to thank you so muchfor just great feedback, great
thoughts and perspectives onthat and yes, it's a little
windy here so I know.

(24:59):
Melon I I might just get like, pulled up into a tornado, no big
deal. Butthis will be just disappears.
That's gonna be fun, um, carryon without us, Brandon. But I do
want to wrap things up here justby looking into the future. And
I think the entrepreneur soars, has really made a lot of great

(25:19):
strides, especially in the pastfew years when it comes to the
future of franchising, and whatdoes that look like even how we
work with our clients, how weapproach education and discovery
around business ownership aroundfranchising, and we've always
been unique in the way that weapproach those things. But
especially in the past fewyears, I've seen great just

(25:41):
strides and technology andapproach and how we support our
coaches, how our coaches areworking together, but wanted to
get from both of you. And I'llstart with you, Marissa. Just
what does the next? Actually no,I will start with you, Brandon,
we'll finish off with Marissa,we're gonna cut that part out.
Alright, so good to start withyou, Brandon on when you look

(26:01):
at, let's just say for theremainder of 2023. And then
beyond if you want to what doesthat look like for you? And
also, what do you see kind ofthe future as part of the
entrepreneur source and infranchising, so a lot of big,
big themes there. But the futurefrom your perspective?

(26:24):
Well, so for the current timethis year, and I think this is
going to play out in the nextfew years, because there's a
shift from post pandemic, rightpeople getting back into work,
there's a lot of people we knowleaving their jobs, quitting
their jobs, especially as theyhave to go back to work or back
to the office, right, they don'twant to do that. So I still

(26:47):
think for us and what we do,that the environment remains
very helpful. Most people trulywant to do something for
themselves. There's naturalfears that they need to look at
and overcome and get coachingon. But they want to explore
doing something for themselves.
Where I've seen a little bit ofa shift is more people doing
things, in addition to work, andmaybe not wanting to go 100%

(27:13):
into business. But saying, Okay, let's start something that is
more semi absentee, or that Icould do on the side, let it
grow, while I still maintainwhat my perception of stability
is at the moment. And then as itstarts to take hold that I make
the move. And so it's it's nevera conversation around, I want to

(27:35):
work for someone else. It's howdo I get to being self
sufficient? And it's differentpaths for different people. But
I certainly see that shift ofmore people saying it's not
either or it's a and I've beenpivoting to that with my
clients. And I see that trendcontinuing. As far as what I see
in franchising in general, is,as for us as an organization, I

(28:02):
do think I say I and I'll say weneed to be better educated
around what's happening in thestate of franchising as a whole.
So that not only can we do ourpart, to help them write
letters, or get involved ordonate or whatever those things
are that we want to do to helpout. But how do we even help

(28:23):
educate our clients into that, and what that can mean for them
as they're looking at thisjourney. And so, I do think
there's some opportunity for usthere. But as again, I think it
was, was Chris with McDonald's.
And Alex, I'm going to pronounceKaminski, I think wrong,

(28:43):
but you know, I probably did notwant to first name basis.
But you know, he said, Imagine aworld with no franchising,
nothing. And, I mean, I can Ican imagine what that would look
like there'd be no standardsanywhere, right? It all be mega
huge companies that have astandard, it'd be all the

(29:05):
individual owners, we true momand pop the competition would be
so out weighted that, you know,it would there would not even be
possible for people to besuccessful in business. And so I
think franchising as long as weas an industry can continue to
kind of educate people and holdback some of the things that are

(29:27):
out there that don't make sense.
I think it'll continue to grow.
I think more and more people seethis as a path on the franchisor
and the franchisee side. So Isee nothing but kind of blue sky
and growth. And, you know, andfor myself, after four years
being in this industry, I'vegotten so much information about
franchising in general. But ithas me thinking about

(29:51):
conversations with my children.
My sister, my brother in lawright and other family members
that I might know that like wedidn't talk about your future,
and it's different, and it's notwhat you thought it was going to
be. So I find even within my ownknowledge that I'm looking at
different possibilities formyself, for my family for my
future. And I think that's goingto continue to grow as I

(30:12):
continue on this journey withus.
Fabulous I Amen to all of theabove. And it's just great to
see, we always say, you know,it's an evolution, not a
revolution, because in my eyes,I'm like, let's do all the
things right now. But it's beengreat to see progress on all

(30:32):
these different fronts betweenus as a, you know, the
entrepreneur source infranchising as an industry, and
continuing to be a part of theeducation and awareness around
all those different things. AndI'm the same, I'm like, anyone,
if you're interested, I have alot of success. Okay, if you if

(30:54):
you want to learn, it's all it'sa safe space here. And then yes,
Marissa, from your perspective, and going off what Brandon said,
What do you see for the?
Well, first, yes to everythingthat Brandon just said that was
right on point. But one of thethings that he was talking about
was just the growth, andespecially the shifts that I

(31:16):
think people have experiencedafter the pandemic, people
really realize that a, you know, your job isn't as secure as you
think it is. But also, there'sother ways for you to achieve
your income, lifestyle, wealthand equity goals than through
corporate America, theflexibility piece and everything
else that goes along with it. Sofor us, I would like to see T 's

(31:39):
coaching community grow morehigh caliber coaches like that
of Brandon definitely, becausethe need is getting, you know,
bigger, I think there's nobetter time for T s than right
now, just with the shifts thathave occurred, you know, in the
world, so I'd like to see, definitely our coaching
community grow TTS to just havea bigger presence in the

(32:01):
franchise community as a whole.
So more events, having a biggervoice, helping in any way that
we can. And then just being ableto get more knowledge from those
different events to then shareout with our own franchisees and
beyond to their clients. Andbeyond that, so definitely a
bigger footprint in thefranchise community. A more
tactical piece, and the thingthat comes to mind immediately,

(32:25):
let's just say in 2023, is goingto be more technology
advancements for companies. Soall the way around, I think, for
our coaches, for our clients, and everything in between. So we
spoke about the education piece,I think technology is growing in
so many ways. And we canleverage that to better

(32:46):
communicate and get educationout to our clients and the way
we interact and work with ourcoaches. So I definitely see
without giving everything awaytechnology advancements, being a
really big focus of ours, youknow, through the year so that
we're better reaching andcommunicating with as many
people as we can.

(33:06):
So watch this space, everyone.
Well, we'll be back with more.
But yeah, thank you again, andI'll add on to that when I look
at the future. I agree. Marissa,I don't think there's ever been
a better time to be infranchising and with the
entrepreneur source. Just thepeople that we get to work with,

(33:28):
again, the coaches and seekers, the coaching community, and then
our own team I across the board, just really high quality, high
caliber people and from my sidewhere I work with the
franchisors, I really see usexpanding into how we're able to
help franchisors at differentstages of growth. And

(33:51):
especially, I've seen so manymore new and emerging franchise
brands come into the space comeinto franchising. And there's a
really big I think, need to helpthese franchise ORS grow and
grow the right way. And so forthe rest of this year and

(34:13):
beyond, I really see us beingable to being a place where
those people can come to get thehelp and grow in the way that's
going to really set them up forsuccess as they continue to get
you know, get down the road andbring on their first franchisees
and beyond so only excitingthings you guys all across the

(34:37):
board. So thank you so so muchfor joining me on the franchise
Friday podcast. Again everyoneBrandon breath t as coach and
franchisee of the year andMarissa fois, CEO of the
entrepreneur source. Thank youguys so much. Thanks. Thank you.

(34:57):
Thanks Brandon.
