André Jacques : Romancier québécois né le 24 décembre 1947 à Beaulac-Garthby, se rangeant dans les incontournables du polar au Québec. La bataille de Pavie et Ces femmes aux yeux cernés lui ont mérité le prix Saint-Pacôme (2016 et 2019) couronnant le meilleur roman policier québécois.
