Sie bildet nämlich regelmässig junge (christliche) Frauen für Leitung aus und nimmt uns in dieser Folge mit hinein, was es heisst, Frauen zu fördern - warum das immer noch nötig ist, und was z.B. die Antwort auf eine Quotenfrau sein könnte.
