(00:55):
Welcome back to the show. It isa joy to have you here. I'm so
glad you're tuning in thisweek's show is all about
unblocking yourself fromreceiving your freedom. So what
does this mean? Did you knowthat you can block yourself from
(01:18):
achieving freedom from achievingyour healing and your successes
in life? Have you ever feltstuck in the rut of life like
life is running you instead ofyou running it? Instead of you
(01:38):
freely making decisions andseeing things line up the way
you want them to line up? It'salmost like things are out of
control. Almost like you're on arunaway train, and you're just
you're on it for the ride.
But you're not exactly goingwhere you want to go. Or maybe
(01:59):
you are but you're not gettingthere in the time you would
like. Or maybe you feel likeyou're taking a bunch of wrong
turns. And you're just trying tocatch up. Did you know that
there are patterns built insideof you that stem from your
childhood, and from your pastlife experiences that now
(02:23):
influence the moves you maketoday. So there can be this
struggle of wanting one thing inlife, say you really want to
achieve this goal, whatever itis, and then you just don't do
anything to achieve it. Or youdon't do what you think you
(02:47):
should be doing. You feel stuck, you feel blocked. There are two
big reasons I've seen why peoplestay stuck where they are year
after a year, feelingfrustrated, or disappointed in
themselves maybe even angry, especially if they see their
(03:11):
peers getting exactly what theywant to have. Maybe you feel
discouraged or overwhelmed. Whatare these two things that I've
seen come up over and over andover again? Well, one of them is
thinking that they cannot getthere, which in turn becomes
believing that you can't getthere. And then what happens
(03:34):
ultimately, you won't, becausethis is how you are. This is
what you believe you are andyour belief is keeping you right
here. So if someone else, thisis what I want you to know, if
someone else has done what youdesire to do, or is where you
(03:57):
desire to be, then it ispossible. Not only possible, but
very doable for you. Of course, your results may look different,
because you're a differentperson. And you're gonna have
different abilities anddifferent talents and different
ways of doing things that feelright for you. But ultimately
(04:20):
you can have whatever is in yourheart to have your desires are
there for a reason. And they arenot there to torture you. In
case you were thinking that, Oh,if only I could have that if
only I could have that. No youcan have that. So, those desires
(04:41):
are there because somewhereinside of you, you know that it
is possible for you to somewheredeep down. Your heart is drawn
towards this thing. It resonateswith you. It excites you when
you think about it. It excitesyou for a reason. For instance,
if you Are to sit here rightnow, pick something that you
(05:03):
want, what do you want rightnow? What do you see others have
that you wish you could have.
And now imagine that you haveit, how does it feel? If it's
exciting you, there's a reason, because it resonates with you.
Because deep down inside yourmind knows that it is possible
for you. So recognize that youhave these desires, and sit
(05:25):
there with them, look at them, write them out, and see that
others are obtaining it. Othersare doing it, others are having
it. And then know that someoneelse is not so special, that
only they can have it and youcan or only this group of people
(05:48):
can have it and you can, again, your variation may be very
different from someone else. Butit still doesn't mean you can't
have it. So know that if it'spossible for one person, then
it's possible for you. Thesecond reason that I see come to
the surface a lot is a thoughtor a belief of Well, I kind of
(06:11):
know what I need to do. But Idon't know how to do it. I don't
have the clear roadmap. If youdon't know how to do something,
it's okay. First of all, releasethat pressure from yourself.
Release the pressure, let it go.
It's okay that you don't knowright this minute, the exact
(06:34):
formula to get what you want.
But first, remember, you'reacknowledging that you can have
it if you really don't know howto do it. Give yourself time to
research options to Googlequestions that may bring up
answers for you search onYouTube. Just see the
(06:55):
possibilities. It doesn't meanyou're looking for your exact
answer, look for possibilities, look for evidence that others
have had it. And that there is away for you to get it to.
Because one of the ways you willstay stuck and blocked is
knowing what you want, knowingthat there could be a way, but
it's too hard. And you give up.
(07:19):
And then you just stay there. Iwant you to know if you're in
this place right now where itfeels too hard. It feels too
overwhelming. Or maybe just thethought of it brings up some
anxiety in you. Did you everstop to think that maybe you
feel this way? Because you'rebelieving that it's too hard for
(07:40):
you that somehow someone elsecan do it. But you can. Maybe
you're believing you're not cutout for it. Maybe you're
believing you're not smartenough, maybe you're believing
that you're not genetically madea certain way. Maybe you're
believing something aboutyourself that says, I can't have
that I can't do that. So let'slook at the feeling the feeling
(08:06):
of something being too hard ortoo difficult, the belief that
it's too hard or too difficult.
The belief comes from thatfeeling. And the feeling also
comes from the belief they areintertwined. If something feels
too hard or too difficult, doesn't mean that it's
impossible. Think about this, isit impossible? Ask yourself that
(08:29):
question. Is it impossible?
Remember what I said, Yourvariation of how you achieve
something will look differentfrom someone else's. If it's a
body weight, goal, physicalappearance goal. Of course,
there are some things about youthat are different from someone
(08:50):
else. But if you desire to,let's say, lose a certain amount
of weight, or gain some musclethat you want to gain, or
strengthen your back, strengthenyour legs, whatever it is,
there's still a way for you toget it. So it can feel hard.
(09:10):
When you don't see your answerclearly yet, or you just have
pieces of the puzzle. But youdon't have the clear roadmap, it
still doesn't mean that it'simpossible. If you're at this
stage of it's impossible, thenyou will stay stuck right there.
You will be stuck at this isimpossible. So I'm not even
(09:34):
going to try. I'm not even goingto open my mind up to any
possibilities. This isn't me orthis isn't for me. You're
blocking yourself. But if yousee something and you know that
others have done it, others haveachieved it. Others have what I
want or some form of what Iwant. That is proof that it is
(09:58):
indeed possible. Now, ifsomething is possible, that's
the first thing, then you nowknow that it's possible for you,
once you get this concept deepin your heart, that it is
possible. And the next thing foryou to conquer is that it is
(10:18):
possible for you now get thatdeep in your heart. It's
possible for me, it's possiblefor me, if it's possible for
someone else, of course, it'spossible for you. Of course,
sometimes what you need to dowhen you're at the phase of is
this even possible for me,sometimes what you can do is you
(10:42):
can search the internet forsomeone else who got what you
wanted, read their story, seehow they beat, maybe they beat
odds to get it, see what comesup, start reading success
stories, start listening tosuccess stories, start
encouraging yourself, buildingyourself up. It's a mindset
(11:06):
shift. One of the ways you willcontinuously block yourself is
with self sabotaging behaviors, like for instance, knowing that
walking, walking is healthy foryou, moving your body, getting
that blood pumping and limbsmoving. It's one of the
(11:27):
healthiest things you can do foryourself, and allows your mind
to relax and look at theenvironment around you while
you're walking. It's verycalming for your body. It's very
healthy for you. It's movement,we as human beings were made to
move. But if in your head, you're saying, it's too hard to
(11:48):
do that every day, it's too hardfor me, I have all this other
stuff to do, then guess what? Itwill be too hard for you. If you
say well, walking is easy, right? Of course, there are
people who have challenges wherewalking is not easy. I'm talking
about for you. If walking iseasy for you, you're able to
(12:09):
walk around your house, walkfrom your chair to the kitchen,
whatever it is, if you can walkthan walking is easy. So it's
not really that hard to build aroutine of walking every day,
it's just that you haven't builtthat routine. Something else in
your life has taken priority, you've given something else
(12:33):
priority. This is just anexample. This is just one thing.
So maybe something else hasbecome more important, or is
more demanding of your time. Andthat thing is easy for you, when
you create a pattern of this iseasy. Because it is it just is
(12:55):
this is something that I need todo I want to do, I'm going to
create this pattern in my life.
And now you've made it a habit.
And now you're telling yourself,I can do this, I am doing it.
This is what I want to do. Thisis what is healthy for me. This
is what I'm doing. Next thingyou know, you're seeing results
(13:18):
that you've been wanting to see, you're feeling better, your mind
is clearer. Your joints feelbetter. Your body is thanking
you because it loves to move.
And now that you've developedthis pattern, it's not only
easy, because you removed all ofthe mental roadblocks. And now
it's a well built habit. And nowyou will see more and more
(13:40):
results. And these results feelyou to keep going. It's easy to
do what you want to get theresults you want. The decision
is yours. The process of how youget there may not always feel
easy. And yet, if someone elsecan do it, you can too. Now if
(14:04):
it's something where you trulydon't know how, or maybe you
sort of know how but it feelsunclear or feels complicated or
overwhelming because maybe it'snew territory for you. You're
like, I want to do this. I wantto build a business. I have no
idea where to start. I want towrite a book. I have no idea
(14:28):
where to start.
I want to become whatever it isyou want to become. Where do I
start? What's the best path forme? One of the greatest tools
that you can use is getting itout of your mind and writing it
(14:48):
down. Write it down, get it outor talk about it to someone
who's a great sounding board.
getting it out of your head, getting it out there out, will
help your mind come up withanswers. Did you know that it
will help the answer come toyou. Now your mind is engaged
(15:12):
with, it's not just holding onto this desire this, this
wanting of this thing. Now it'sgotten it out. And now it's made
room for answers to come to you.
And also your answer may notcome in one whole neat little
package through one person orone program in one specific way.
(15:37):
Sometimes you get one piece at atime, and you're building. So
don't give up if you don't getthe whole answer or the whole
picture right away. You keepgoing, you keep moving forward.
You may get different nuggetsfrom different sources. But each
one is leading you towards yourgoal. And yes, expect that
(15:59):
you're going to make mistakes, expect that you're going to make
decisions where you're like,Hmm, why did I do that?
It's okay, you're learning fromit. It's perfectly okay to be
imperfect through the process.
So don't be a perfectionist inreaching your goal. You are not
meant to be perfect through theprocess. It's not possible. It's
(16:20):
not expected. Once you see it,once you have a path that you
are on now. Now, you must fullybelieve that not only can you do
it, but it's inevitable. Thisthing is happening. You're
(16:42):
building yourself up, you'reseeing it in front of you now.
Some people have moments ofdiscouragement, along the way to
getting their goals to achievingwhat they want. And instead of
pressing through until they getthe victory, they give up. If
they make a mistake, or theythink they failed, they stopped
(17:06):
going for it, they give up theystay stuck. Don't be so hard on
yourself. Don't give up. If youfeel like you've gone backwards,
or you've made a mistake. Andthat's not the time to give up.
That is not the time to give up.
(17:27):
You're gonna do what you need todo, to achieve what's in your
heart to achieve. And guess whathappens when you don't give up.
You eventually get what youwant. But guess what happens
when you do give up. When yougive up nothing. You stay stuck,
(17:48):
you stay right where you were.
And now maybe you're even morefrustrated, or angry or
overwhelmed or upset about yoursituation. If you are there
today, if you're in this placewhere you've tried multiple
things, multiple ways to achievesomething, you're not quite
seeing the results that you hopeto see, at this point. The worst
(18:08):
thing you can do is give up.
When you give up, you staystuck. It's all in how you see
it. It's very important that youdon't get discouraged along the
way. Keep going keep encouragingyourself. If you are willing to
(18:32):
see that you're gonna get thisthing no matter what, then your
brain will now try to figure itout for you. When you have the
mindset of this is mine nomatter what. Because I know it's
in my heart. I know that I know, this is what I want to do. No
matter the obstacles that I havefaced over and over no matter
(18:53):
the amount of time that I havebeen working on this. No matter
what bumps are coming up. It'smine. It's mine. It's just a
matter of time. Time is anotherfactor. So many give up because
they think they should besomewhere in a certain amount of
time. Or maybe you've seensomeone else get something that
(19:15):
you want faster. And you'recomparing yourself to that
person. You think you are slowerto get it. No. There's always a
reason why you are exactly whereyou are. Your timing will be
different than someone else's.
Maybe you have children and theydon't. Maybe you're a little
older and they're a littleyounger. Maybe you don't have
(19:37):
some education that they have.
Maybe you have a full time job, they have a part time job.
There's always a reason. Alwaysa reason. You have things that
you're naturally good at. Andmaybe they have things that they
(19:58):
have to work a little more atMaybe they're looking at you
saying, Wow, look at her go, orlook at him go. They're amazing
at what they're doing. Andyou're like, wow,
they have that. That's amazing.
Remember that working atsomething, or putting in the
work for something does not meanthat you can't do it. If it
(20:19):
feels hard, it doesn't mean youcan't do it. You can do whatever
is on your heart to do, you canachieve what you desire. Only
you can close the doors. You canblock yourself, you can stop
yourself. So it's essential thatyou don't give up. And your mind
(20:41):
is a powerful tool. You canbelieve. And you can convince
yourself that you can't do it.
You can talk yourself out ofthings. So I want to know have a
question for you. If you havesomething on your heart that you
want to do you have a goal or adesire for something that would
(21:06):
feel amazing to you. Whywouldn't you go for it? Why not?
You? You are amazing. What isreally stopping you? Do you see
the possibilities for you? Isthere even a sliver of hope? Is
there any way this can happenfor you? Is there a path that
(21:30):
you can begin to walk down?
Maybe your block is that well,no one in my family has done
this, or no one in my familybelieves in me, you can change
that story. How about I believein myself, I know that I can do
this. And then find people whocan also encourage you, who also
(21:50):
believe in you. But if no oneelse believes in you believe
first in yourself. That's themost important thing. Because
that's where your drive is goingto come from. That's where your
strength when things get hard isgoing to come from. Look at all
your options, look at others whohave done it, educate yourself
(22:12):
on it, read books about howothers have done it. Hire
someone to help you who issuccessful at it, hire a coach
to give you the tools andaccountability to do it. There
is always a way and you willalways find your way. As long as
you are willing to see it andyou believe and know that you
(22:39):
get to have it. I believe inyou. And I know that you are
worth every bit of effort thatit takes. You are worth
investing in. However you needto invest in yourself. You're
capable. And you're able to doit if you have that desire. And
(22:59):
if your blog is that you feelsomething has to be perfect. Or
that you have to have all theanswers. Just drop that right
now. Perfectionism is a block tosuccess. It will keep you stuck
every time. It's so important torelease that from yourself from
(23:23):
your life. Be willing to makemistakes, be willing to make
wrong decisions. Learn fromthem, be willing to do what
you've been thinking is too hardto do. Tell yourself that if you
can do it, you can do it. Andguess what, if you can do it,
(23:47):
it's not hard as it. It's justdoing it. Believing that it's
hard, is how you block yourself.
If you think about it, it's hardto stay stuck, isn't it? It's
hard to continuously do what youhate. It's hard to stay still
(24:11):
and not see results. It's hardto be sick, it's hard to be in
pain. You have the power tochange to get the results that
you want. And to unblockyourself. So don't block
(24:31):
yourself from your freedom. Andit's there for you if you want
it. It's all in your hands. Iwant to thank you for listening
today. I'm rooting for youalways, always. And I am here
for you.
