In this podcast we'll address the stigma of negative feelings and try to help everyone improve their well-being by learning to accept suffering and to get good at feeling. Ricardo is a retired mental-health counsellor, student of Rupert Spira and other teachers of awareness, and non-violent man of action. Martin is a lifelong martial-artist, former cancer health researcher, dedicated to education and helping people to be their best. We're glad to have you with us!
