Come along with me weekly as i open up about my struggles from childhood to every day issues and concerns. On the Free Yourself podcast-You will hear nothing but pure transparency and raw vulnerability as I battle with my personal issues and open up to my dear friend Tommy Canale. He will guide me as a “Life Coach” in real time through an intimate therapy type format where you’ll get a closer look into how to apply the advice he gives me to your own life. There will be tears, laughs, highs and lows and unfortunately for me, no topic or question is off the table. The only thing we have to do is.. show up.
