What if the most important frontier isn’t out there but in here? We take a clear-eyed look at authenticity as the foundation for a kinder, more humane world—and why the survival of our species may depend on our willingness to live congruent lives. Instead of outsourcing truth to headlines or influencers, we examine actuality: the felt integrity that shows up when your actions finally match your values.

I walk through the first step of a new AUTHENTICITY series: appreciate your divinity. Fear thrives on shame, comparison, and scarcity, but awe cuts through—five minutes of embodied gratitude for a beating heart, effortless breath, and a mind capable of attention can reset your day. From that grounded place, it becomes easier to spot matrix programs in daily life: performative kindness, borrowed outrage, and beliefs that never fit. We talk about practical ways to choose real compassion over performance, to create boundaries without venom, and to swap slogans for lived service.

You’ll also hear a preview of the full acrostic roadmap we’ll unpack in future episodes: unlocking your inner child, trusting your inner voice, serving humanity by honoring yourself, embracing change, returning to natural states, following truthful trends, rebuilding imagination, deepening connection with self, nature, and God, staying committed to the inside job, practicing radical transparency, and yielding to truth so insights become action. No guru can do this work for you—and that’s the gift. Each day becomes a lab for presence: ask for the lesson, notice where you were congruent, and decide one small change for tomorrow.

If this resonates, share it with someone who’s ready to replace noise with inner knowing. Subscribe, leave a review, and tell us: where are you choosing real over routine today?

SPEAKER_00 (00:00):
Many say that exploration is part of our

(00:03):
destiny, but it's actually ourduty to future generations and
their quest to ensure thesurvival of the human species.
And let me tell you we're gonnaexplore some stuff today about
the inside job of authenticityon Free to Just Be, the podcast

(00:24):
empowering humanity tocourageously step out of old
programs and patterns andembrace brand new ways of being.
And I hope this finds you in thegreatest health with vibrant
energy today, because you havechosen like I have to accept the
full responsibility for ourbody, mind, and soul.

(00:44):
Here on Free to Just Be, I'mgonna attempt to inspire you to
truly be who you came here tobe.
And it starts with authenticity, which is really what we're gonna
talk about today, about beingfree and aligned with our
highest potentials.
So join me, Teresa Marie, anambassador of God's Chi, on this

(01:05):
transformative journey ofawakening to rewrite our
narratives and live lives ofpurpose and passion.
And I do, I welcome you back onthis magnificent open your mind
Monday, and I want to discusstoday one of the basis of uh
what free to just be is allabout, and that would be
authenticity.

(01:26):
And we open with a quote by BuzzAldrin saying that um, you know,
adventures, exploration, it it'spart of our destiny.
But if you've noticed on thisawakening journey what's
happening, yes, you know, travelto outer space and uh finding
new inventions and uh newinnovations, yes, that's all

(01:47):
well and good and it all helpsour destiny.
But if you haven't noticed, there is this huge awakening
happening on the planet.
And what is that explorationabout?
It's about going inside.
This awakening journey, asmyself and anybody else talking
about this awakening journey umdoes, it's that it's an inside

(02:09):
job.
And that is the massiveexploration that is happening
around the world now, and peopleare beginning to realize that
getting back to authenticity isreally the biggest part of this
inside job, and it will ensurethe survival of the human
species.
Why?

(02:29):
Because authenticity, let'sdefine it for a minute, it's the
quality of being genuine andreal.
Now, I want to show you acontrast, a massive contrast of
that opening quote.
And you know, there wereinfluencers way back in the day,
and back in the 30s, 35, 1938,right around then, um, Errol

(02:50):
Flynn, he was a very big actor, and he has gone down into
posterity to s as saying thisparticular quote.
Man's indecency to man all overthe world rules out the idea of
humanity as an actuality.
It's just simply a dream ofyoung idealists.
In practice, it's a misnomer.

(03:12):
So what is he saying?
That we are terrible to eachother.
Oh, yes, this is actually verytrue, right?
And the falsity that he statesis that it rules out the idea of
humanity as an actuality.
So let's look at that for aminute, the reverse, you know,
an actuality.
What's an actuality?
An actuality is the state ofbeing real, just like

(03:33):
authenticity or existing infact.
So what he was saying is thefact is we are terrible to each
other, so we can't havehumanity.
And what is the other definitionof humanity?
The quality of being kind, compassionate, or humane.
That's what defines humanity,right?
Humanity is humanityville, likeI always call us, or the human

(03:56):
race, but the qualities of thehuman race are being kind,
compassionate, or humane.
So this influencer way back inthe 30s, Errol Flynn, was
saying, no, it's not possible.
We're never gonna get to thatstate of of you know being kind
to each other.
It's not happening.
And yet that is exactly what ishappening.

(04:16):
And more and more people arerecognizing the sheeps that are
really wolves in sheep'sclothing, and that all of this
is by design.
And again, I um I highly suggestif you haven't already checked
out the documentary BeneathSheep's Clothing, that you do
so.
It'll give you a whole newperspective on what's happening

(04:37):
in Humanityville.
But today I wanna I'm I'mintroing a a new series, so to
speak, that really um the spiritgave me uh a couple of years
ago.
And it it kind of like um therewas a time when I was given this
playlist of songs, and I'vetalked about this before, and it
was a list of songs that um uh Ifelt like the spirit gave me,

(04:59):
and it it all came at once.
Thirteen songs and the amount ofminutes of playtime, and some of
the artists I knew and some ofthem I didn't, and I just wrote
them down, boom, boom, boom.
Well, um a couple of years ago,I was given this uh across stick
for the word authenticity.
So each letter of that word waslike um a little chapter of

(05:20):
education on authenticity, and Ijust never did anything with it,
and that's where Spirit took mea couple of days ago, and I came
back to it again this morning,it was on my heart, so I have
decided to go ahead and rollthis out.
And so it's uh takingauthenticity to a whole nother
study level, if you would.
And if it's the quality of beinggenuine or real, and it

(05:43):
describes a person's actions ascongruent.
In other words, their actionsand their values and desires all
line up.
Well, that is exactly where theplanet is right now.
And people are recognizing thatit is not their values or their
desires, and that's what'shappening.
Everybody is waking up to thefact that wait a minute, I don't

(06:06):
believe this, I don't believewhat the TV's telling me, I I
don't jive with this section ofpolitics, I don't like this
food.
Um, I've never wanted to do XYZ,and I'm standing up and finally
saying, I don't want to do thisanymore.
So in every level, in every partof society, that is what's
happening.
Because in order to be a humanbeing, with the attributes of

(06:30):
humanity being kind, compassionate, or humane, that
comes from who we truly are.
And we are truly pure energy, the energy of love and light,
which is bright and shiny andpure and unadulterated, and that
is who we are, and that's whythis awakening becomes the
inside job.
Because all of that that I justdescribed is inside us,

(06:53):
humanity.
We are kind and compassionateand humane because we come from
the author of those things.
We are sparks of God, and we asa collective are beginning to
realize that the way we weretold to be does not line up with
the way we want to be.
And we're beginning to wake upto that, and it's uh it's a it's

(07:14):
an incredible time to be alive.
So I want to kick off this umthis series about authenticity
with that first letter.
You know, we talked about whatauthenticity means and what
actuality means.
Actuality is the state of beingreal, true, existing in fact.
Now, that's the other aspect ofthis awakening.

(07:36):
There are people that want tosay, you know, show me the
facts, show me the facts.
And when the facts can't beshown to them, that's when the
kickoff of the red pill kicks inwith people because then all of
a sudden they decide if theirquestions aren't being answered,
they're gonna look forthemselves.
And thus we're nowdifferentiating between fantasy
and fiction, which is theantonym of actuality.

(08:00):
Now the world will have youthink, like Errol Flynn.
The influencers on thepropaganda news will have you
think that there's no hope, thatthe world is going down the
toilet, that everything isgetting worse and worse and
worse, and these are all lies, and these are all the layers
that we have to respect uh exaccept the responsibility for

(08:21):
moving out of the way of our ownlove and light.
Okay?
So the first letter inauthenticity is the letter A,
obviously.
So the first aspect of this, youknow, and every mental act that
we do on this awakening journeyopens us to a brand new
dimension of this actuality.
If actuality is the state ofbeing real or existing in fact,

(08:45):
then each time we take a steptowards being true and genuine
to ourselves, what does that do?
It opens up a new dimension oflearning.
Because we are literallybirthing ourselves back out when
we begin this inside job ofawakening.
So the first thing I want totalk about, which is a very,
very important step to thinkabout, is A is for appreciate

(09:08):
your divinity.
Now that is an extremelyimportant aspect of awakening
because when you begin, you thethe basic programs of the
matrix, the the main um course,if you will, that just about
everybody in the humancollective deal with, the
massive one, it's it's like umthe umbrella of all of them is

(09:32):
fear.
And fear is the opposite oflove, which is who we are.
So fear creeps in and fearencompasses so much.
Fear will um remind you of yourpast mistakes, um, the guilt
that you have from making them, the shame that was uh thrust on
you uh because you didn'tmeasure up to somebody else's um
uh view of the way things shouldhave been.

(09:54):
All of those things, all ofthose um quote unquote human
experiences that we have to gothrough come up to the surface.
And this is when knowing andappreciating the fact that we
are divinely created, we arefearfully and wonderfully made,
the word of God tells us.
And if you just spend some timemeditating on that, like just

(10:18):
take that aspect for the nextweek.
And every day, just sit for fiveminutes and think about the
awesomeness of your physicalbody.
The heart is beating and keepingyou alive.
It's pumping blood to hundredsupon hundreds of miles of veins.
Your lungs are breathing withoutany effort on your part.
We have joints that move andenable us to do so many things

(10:42):
with our hands and our feet.
We can see, we can hear, we canuh smell things.
Uh, I want you to just think fora moment as you're driving.
You're driving a vehicle.
You're using your hands, yourfeet, your eyes, um, your ears.
You are able to drive that hugethousand pound tool at the same

(11:02):
time as you're looking at housespassing you by and the cars
around you, and you're listeningto music at the same time
simultaneously, and you'rethinking what you're gonna have
for dinner, and you're drivingto a specific location, and your
heart is still beating.
I want you to just ponder theabsolute wonderment and

(11:22):
appreciate the absolute divinitythat we are that God created.
Human beings are incredibledivine pieces of creation, and
each one of us is a spark andmade in the image of our creator
God.
That is the starting point ofwhen authenticity and awakening
begins.

(11:43):
When you begin to recognize thatit's far more than you on this
planet, it's far more than whatyou hear on the radio or on TV
or what you read in socialmedia, that you and you alone
are in charge of this destinythat's rolling out, and God in
his graciousness gave you thefree will to come into the

(12:04):
knowledge of that truth, to comeback to the true, genuine, real
divinity that you are, and thatchanges everything.
And just like I said, each timeyou get a nugget of truth, that
opens a whole new level of thefacts, Jack.
And then you move on to the nextthing.
Well, if I am divinely made, then how do I become more like

(12:26):
my creator God?
And then you start recognizingall these different ways that
the matrix programmed you.
You you see racism and you seehate and you see condescension
and you see comparisons and yousee jealousies and you see
greed, and all of a sudden, allof these different aspects of
the matrix, which for years andyears, sometimes your whole

(12:50):
life, you believe that that iswhat Humanityville is.
It's full of nobody able to getalong.
We hate each other, and it's allabout war, and it's all about um
conflict, and and it's it's justnot the case.
If you look around, there aremore people awakening to the
fact that they're tired of thesewars, they're tired of the

(13:10):
conflicts, and we really do wantto come back home to just being
real and authentic andourselves.
And the more people that dothat, the more peace that they
gain on the inside.
And then as we encourage eachother to do that, the collective
grows, and more and more peoplein the collective are now coming
out the gates with a reality ofbeing true and real and going

(13:34):
inside and rooting out thoseprograms and those false beliefs
and healing from the childhooddramas instead of remaining in
the victimhood, which again, those are all aspects of the
control of the matrix.
So, in looking at the wordauthenticity, there are so many
aspects of just becoming yourauthentic self.
And I'm gonna run through thelist real quick and then we're

(13:56):
gonna revisit them every timethat I feel so led to pull up
another letter.
So authenticity.
The A was for appreciate yourdivinity.
Then there's unlocking yourinner child, trusting your inner
voice.
Help humanity by honoringyourself.
The E is for experience thepower of change, N is for
natural states.
Oh yes, returning to our naturalstates, and we're gonna talk

(14:19):
about those.
T is for truthful trends.
Yes, the truth is beginning tobecome something that I would
suggest to you soon and verysoon is what's gonna be
trending.
Then there is I for internalinspiration, and what is that?
Internal inspiration is ourimagination, and we're gonna
learn how to resurrect it.
C is for connection, connectionwith what?

(14:40):
Yourself, with nature, and withGod.
I is for wrapping it all up aswhat it is, an inside job.
And we might add the I of it,you're it, you're the one that
has to instill a desire to goinside and heal thyself.
And T is for transparency, goingback to authenticity.
You have to be transparent.

(15:01):
And the first place thattransparency really, really
begins that walk is when you aretransparent with yourself.
And then the why of authenticityis about yielding to these
truths that all of a sudden youbecome aware of.
So authenticity, which is thebasis, it's like the foundation
of becoming free to just be, andgetting off that matrix

(15:24):
merry-go-round, and jumpinginstead onto that rolly coaster
of life.
And true life begins withauthenticity, with recognizing
that maybe you weren't genuine, and maybe you weren't lining up
with what your values anddesires are.
And let me let me share thatthat is something that I'm even
revisiting now.
You think that you know whatyour values and desires are.

(15:47):
Well, um, in future episodes,I'm going to talk about an
exercise that I'm doing with uhthe mastermind program with uh
Tony Robbins and Dean DeGrassio.
And when you think that you haveit honed down to what your
values and what your um desiresand your personal ethics are and
all of that, man oh man, you dothese assignments that they have

(16:07):
and you hone it down to reallywhat your purpose is, what it is
that you're supposed to bedoing, your mission to
contribute back to humanity.
It's it's all an inside job.
And if we begin to recognizethat nobody can do this work for
us, um, I hate to tell you,Humanityville, but in 42 years
of uh working on myself, thereain't nobody coming to take your

(16:30):
role.
I mean, it'd be nice to have anactor that could just come in
and double for us when we haveto get in the fetal position
because we're going through yetanother dark night of the soul.
Oh yes, Humanityville.
You do realize that dark nightsof the soul are plural.
You don't just go through oneseason in a lifetime.
Oh, you know, we would like tosay, you know, uh, if we had a

(16:52):
choice, let me just go through, say, five years of the dark
night of the soul.
And then when I'm done withthose five years, I'll be done.
I'm home free.
How many of us would take thosefive years?
No, unfortunately, dark nightsof the soul sometimes can be
five minutes, five hours, fivedays, five weeks, five months,
five years.
Some are millenniums, and somewe are here to break the chains

(17:15):
of those carmetic effects.
Oh yes, and nobody is coming todo this inside job for us.
We have to do it ourselves.
So the quicker we get on thetrain of transformation and the
quicker we fall in love withdiscovering, let's be the
pioneers of ourselves.
Let's begin to uncover who youand I truly are, and then we can

(17:38):
turn around and contribute backto humanity by helping our
fellow human beings.
We can reach out our hand thenand say, hey, I went through
this really sticky matrixprogram of let's say guilt.
And I see that you're reallystruggling in that area right
now.
Let me give you a hand up.
Oh wow.
You've already gone through thewhole issue of guilt parenting?

(18:02):
Well, I'm still in the midst ofthat.
Maybe we can help each other.
I'll I'll let you know mysecrets of going through the
guilt of um childhood trauma.
And if you could help me throughthe guilt that parenting brought
me.
You see, how exciting life wouldbe if we could literally put on
explorer glasses and say,Alright, you wake up every
morning and say, Alright, whataspect of who I really am are

(18:24):
you gonna teach me about today,God?
And then be looking.
Go on a God hunt.
Go on an authenticity hunt.
Say, how can you show me thearea today that I need to be
more authentic in?
Or maybe he'll give it to you asyou're doing your daily
sadhanas.
I don't know what you do, butyou you do.
Everybody has their morningritual.

(18:45):
Maybe it's um uh something thatyou listen to.
A lot of folks listen to uh, forexample, the the Bible on tape.
So every day they get a fewverses of the Bible, and maybe
during that particular segmentof your morning ritual, he'll
say, I want you to become moreauthentically kind.
I don't want you today, TheresaMarie, to be kind because other

(19:08):
people are around you watchingwhen you really didn't want to
be kind to that person.
I want you to work on being kindfrom the depths of your heart,
and then maybe that will takeyou on an exploration of the
times that you aren't kind.
And then maybe the spirit wouldhave you look at, well, why
wasn't I kind to that personearlier today?

(19:29):
Why did that person that cut meoff so enrage me?
How was I not being kind tomyself by reacting like that?
Because that person in the coredidn't even know I was flipping
out.
Do you see how this starts toopen up a flow of new birth
within your own self?
And more and more, the more youdo it, things actually begin to

(19:49):
happen.
People who don't love the momentare always trying to achieve
things, but they miss the verylessons that they're in the
midst of learning.
So if we start our day saying,What can you show me today?
Help my eyes to see everylesson.
Help me to recognize when youare reflecting back to me the
very things that I am beingingenuous or inauthentic, and

(20:12):
help me be more human.
Quality of being human, beingkind, compassionate, or humane.
And those words, kind, compassionate, or you and
humane, have to begin withcreation.
And that creation is you,humanity.
So take a look inside, and maybeas you think of the word
authenticity, maybe you need towrite it vertically, and maybe

(20:34):
the Spirit of God will give youyour own set of words and your
own set of lessons as we gothrough the acrostic of
authenticity.
And when we come back to thenext set of lessons about
authenticity, we'll talk aboutunlocking your inner child and
what that does to help in theexploration of becoming our
authentic selves, whichultimately is the awakening

(20:55):
journey.
We are to awake to our trueselves, and as everybody around
the world does this, we're gonnashift because our true selves is
not this 3D duality of right andwrong and left and right and
Democrat and conservative and uhyou know Republicans are better
than libertarians and I I Ideserve more because I'm black

(21:16):
and you're white.
All of that doesn't exist wherewe came from.
And if we truly want to bringthis planet to that level of
existence, then it has to startwith us.
So if you haven't alreadyawakened to the freedom of just
being, then you have found oneof the best podcasts to do that,
along with many, many others.
And I dare say, Humanityville, you have a gift to share too.

(21:38):
And there are people whose earswill only hear your voice and
will only jive with what you'veexperienced.
And the more we share ourawakening experiences with each
other, the quicker we're gonnausher in true humanity, true
kindness, compassionate, and theability to be Christ-like.
I love you, humanity, and I hopethat as I muse and I think about

(22:00):
the things that are affecting myjourney towards being more
authentic and my journey towardscontributing to humanity, maybe
these words spark something inyou as well.
Where are you not beingauthentic?
Where today can you see a littlebit more of your true self?
Have a magnificent Monday, andI'll be back with you again
tomorrow.
Peace.
