Have you ever questioned if your spiritual journey might be confined by invisible walls of dogma and tradition? What if the most profound truths await beyond the boundaries of what you've been told is "acceptable" spirituality?

Throughout this episode, I explore the subtle yet powerful ways religious programming limits our spiritual growth and awakening. The matrix system thrives when we stay distracted from our divine connection, creating artificial divisions between Eastern and Western wisdom, between "acceptable" and "forbidden" spiritual practices. I share my personal experience with Lori Ladd's spiritual evolution and how it demonstrates that God isn't confined to our human categories—divine wisdom flows through countless channels when we remain receptive.

One of the most revolutionary practices for spiritual growth requires no special knowledge or techniques—simply sitting in silence for 5-10 minutes daily. This seemingly simple act becomes a radical form of resistance against matrix programming that constantly pulls us away from our center. As Sarah Young beautifully expresses, these moments of stillness give us "a tiny glimpse of what awaits in heaven" while clearing away what Eastern wisdom calls "obfuscations"—the intentional barriers to understanding placed in our path.

The journey of awakening involves developing what I call the "observer self"—that part of us that can witness our triggers, patterns, and programming without becoming entangled in them. Through practices like journaling and meditation, we begin to forge our consciousness into something stronger, more resilient against the constant pull of matrix distractions. We're approaching a significant collective consciousness shift as more individuals awaken to their true nature beyond programming.

Whatever stage of awakening you find yourself in today, remember that your journey contributes to the liberation of all humanity. Take a moment to honor your courage in navigating these transformative times, and know that divine guidance is always available when you create space to receive it. Ready to break free from limiting beliefs and discover the expansive truth of who you really are? Listen now and join our community of awakening souls.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
As we go deeper in to self-inquiry and begin to
understand the roots of ourunwanted feelings, confronting
our fears, we'll discover thatour anxiety is a denial of the
burdens that we've been carryingbecause we haven't been able to

(00:21):
face them.
So, gently, start looking andbegin recognizing that you are
not your thoughts, but the onewho observes.
The thought is our openingquote today by Sheree Prambaba,
and I want to welcome you backto Free to Just Be the podcast

(00:45):
empowering humanity tocourageously step out of old
patterns and matrix programs andgive a big old hug to new ways
of being.
And I hope this finds you inthe greatest health, with

(01:06):
full responsibility for yourbody, mind and soul.

who we came here to be, whichstarts with authenticity,
transparency and being brutallyhonest with ourselves, which

(01:27):
ushers in freedom and thealignment with our highest
potentials.
So won't you join me, teresaMarie, the traveling ambassador
of Chi, on this transformativejourney to rewrite our
narratives and live lives ofpurpose and passion?

(01:47):
And I do welcome you so much onthis glorious Thursday.
The week is almost over andtoday I want to talk about this
incredible journey of awakeningthat you and I are on and I just
I love the flowers of the dayfrom Sheree Prem Baba.

(02:09):
He is a very deep guru and Ihave learned to go inside and
ponder a lot of his thoughts, thoughts, and you know, god will

(02:30):
bring to the forefront whateverit is that we need to help us
with that awakening.
And I want you to be verycareful to not get caught up in
that religiosity program that isso prevalent today that says do
this, don't do that.
This is scriptural.
This isn't Only read thismaterial, don't touch that
material, for I am here to tellyou that God will use anything

(02:56):
and anybody for your good, foryour highest good, even the
negative, even the dark, evensin itself.
He can turn around and utilizeit for our growth process.
And we get caught up with oh,we can't look at an Eastern

(03:19):
world book talking about the Tao, for example, or something that
comes out of India or China.
Oh, this is going to go againstthe Word of God.
Well, he is the Word and allthings are made through Him, all
things.

(03:39):
And if you think for a secondthat he can't use a guru or he
can't use a, oh, let me seesomething else that gets
Christians riled up.
He can't use, for example, apersonal altar space.
Oh, buddy, I remember when Iwas living with my son and they

(04:05):
were getting ready to sell theirhome and for about three weeks
we had people coming and therealtor would let us know when
somebody was going to come andscope out our house or my son's
house and we would exit and in45 minutes to an hour we'd go
back home.

(04:25):
Well, I remember one specificday where a couple came to look
at the house and when wereturned, the realtor was
laughing and saying oh, theydidn't like the house because of
that room your mom is stayingin.
And my son and daughter-in-lawsaid what, what are you talking
about?
Well, she has an altar.
And they they thought, oh, wecan't live here.

(04:47):
This is evil.
There's there's witchcraft oryou know something not right
here with this altar.
Now I just want to tell you andI've done episodes about this
I've posted on Facebook picturesof my quote, unquoteunquote
personal remembrance altar andeverything that I have on that

(05:10):
altar signifies a physicalpicture of some blessing that
God brought into my life.
I have treasures that mygrandbabies made.
I have trinkets from differentevents, that type of thing.
But people that are caught inthe religious programming would

(05:32):
say, oh, we can't ever, everhave an altar, that's unbiblical
.
Well, I'm here to tell you thataltars are not unbiblical, all
right, and they have beencreated for centuries.
So open yourself up.
You know, I know it's not anopen your mind Monday, but if

(05:55):
you close the door to the waysthat the Holy Spirit is trying
to flow in your life, if youinterrupt that flow trying to
flow in your life, if youinterrupt that flow, you might
miss that lesson, you might missthe blessing that was there for
you, because you have God inthat proverbial box and that is

(06:15):
all part of this awakeningjourney.
So I was pondering as I wasdoing my moving meditation today
, and meditation is very, veryimportant to help us open our
eyes and see God better.

(06:36):
It's very, very important togrow strong in the light of his
presence, as Sarah Young inJesus Calling said today in
today's devotional reading.
You know she continues to saythat as his face shines upon you
, you receive nutrients thatenhance your growth in grace,

(06:59):
because we were designed to meetwith God.
Now imagine how intricate andhow subtle and how insidious the
matrix has become with doingwhat, distracting us from that
very thing?
So if we were designed tocommune with God face to face,

(07:23):
and that strengthens us, don'tyou think that is the exact
thing that the matrixmerry-go-round is going to
attack and try to keep us from?
Always, always, always.
Because such communalopportunities like that, when we

(07:44):
sit and we breathe and oh, Ithink of Lori Ladd saying I just
challenge you Now this I haveto remind you that this is a
woman who, say, a year ago, Ihad to stop listening to because
she kept identifying thecreator, god.

(08:04):
You know, she used to call him,you want to call him the
universe, the spirit, the energy.
And I finally one day said Ican't listen to you anymore,
sister Lori.
You've taught me so many thingsbut, girlfriend, it's God.
It's God, lori, and I'm prayingthat you have an encounter with

(08:26):
Jesus.
And, lo and behold, she is litup like the proverbial Christmas
tree.
And what does she keep?
As her anti-God people wouldsay, she keeps spewing about
Jesus.
She keeps spewing about God.
I wish she would stop.
I wish she'd go back to the wayshe used to teach about the

(08:47):
ascension journey and, as shewill tell you herself, she can
never go back because she hasfound the truth, the way, which
is the Tao.
T-a-o, which is, oh my gosh, eastern, is the Sanskrit word

(09:07):
for the way, and God's followersback in the day were called the
way.
How about that?
And so the matrix has done anexcellent job.
They're very good at what theydo.
They keep us away from thetruth.
They keep us fighting anddividing and saying, no, it's

(09:31):
this version of the Bible, orit's these books, or it's these
preachers or these teachers, when, as I open with God, will
use anything and anybody becausehe loves us that much and all
of us are on this journey thatmuch, and all of us are on this

(09:53):
journey and there are differentstages of it.
And one of the best things thatwe can do is to do what Lori
Ladd suggests.
She said I challenge you tojust sit or lay down quietly for
five or 10 minutes a day andjust call Jesus in, just ask
Jesus to come and be with you,and if you start doing that on a
daily basis, I guarantee youthat you not only will sense and

(10:20):
feel the presence of God, theHoly Spirit, you will absolutely
begin to fall in love withthose five or ten minutes in
your day.
It will bring you back to yourcenter, your love and light.
It will calm you, it will fillyou, it'll fuel you, and that is

(10:40):
the last thing the matrix wantsyou to do is grow strong in the
light of God's presence, because when we sit quiet like
that it does as Sarah Young saidin today's reading give us a
tiny glimpse of what awaits youin heaven.
So if you're just beginningthis journey, well, if you've

(11:02):
already, you know, found free tojust be, I'm sure that you are
far down the path of being free.
But there are different stages.
For example, I am coming out ofa stage of the void, and we've
talked about this in the lastcouple of days, about, you know,
kind of being in between a rutof my past and a rut of my

(11:28):
future self.
Now, rut is maybe not the bestword.
It's a pathway, it's a neural,plasty pathway, if I've
pronounced that correctly, youscientists out there.
But there are tracks in ourbrain that have developed

(11:48):
because of the way we werethinking.
So, if we have stinkingthinking, if we're constantly
negative, if we're constantlyabusing ourselves with our words
, speaking death over ourselves,we have those ruts.
Those habits, those spinningthoughts are there constantly

(12:10):
because we have made a deep pathof repetitive motion with those
words.
But now, as we begin the climbof ascension and we learn how to
sit and be quiet, we start toclear out that stuff.
And it's just so cool, like in365 Tao, the daily meditation

(12:36):
book by Den Meng Tao.
Today he talks about altars.
In fact, today's reading iscalled Altar and I just want to
share with you because it's soindicative of this ascension
journey that we're on, becauseit is a battle, it is an uphill

(12:57):
climb, it is one challenge, inchby inch.
Everything's a cinch.
It is one step up to fall threesteps back.
It is beautiful and glorious, and daunting and fearful, and
every emotion that a human beingcan have is what we have been

(13:20):
gifted with.
We don't consider it a giftwhen we're in the dark night of
a soul, when we're in a tunnel,when we're in that void.
And each day, as we growstronger and stronger on this
ascension journey and we becomecloser and closer to our highest
self and the purpose that wewere called to come on this

(13:42):
planet for, we have to literally, as this devotion book says,
forge our body daily into steeland fold in bright strands of
consciousness.
And then he talks about thealtar piling up ripe fruit and
fragrant flowers, lighting redcandles and incense, serving tea

(14:07):
, rice and wine, anointing witharomatic oils, offering our
heart and our bones.
And this is the best part, because the altar is my anvil,
the sun and moon, the coals anddiscipline, the hammer, my lungs
, the bellows.

(14:27):
You see the fire in most of usby the time we get to be
grown-ass adults it's pretty dim, unless you are privileged to
somehow miss any kind of matrixprogram, which I dare say that

(14:47):
there's probably not a soul onthe planet, except angelic
beings that have not beentainted by the matrix.
And we need to learn that.
True spiritual cultivation, asthis book shares, begins with
the premise that, well, whatTherese Marie, the ambassador of

(15:09):
Chia, has been saying foralmost four years now, that we
already have pure spirits and oh, I love this word, you know I'm
a wordy one and she continues,or he continues, and says the
only need, since we already havepure spirits, is to clear away.
Here's the word ready.
I bet you've never heard of itbecause I had to look it up and

(15:32):
I'm a wordy person.
We need to clear awayobfuscations,
o-b-f-u-s-c-a-t-i-o-n-s,o-b-f-u-s-c-a-t-i-o-n-s,
observations.
And what is that?
It's, oh, it's the matrix way,the act of making something what

(15:52):
Intentionally difficult tounderstand, often for security
or privacy.
Oh yes, they securely want tokeep the truth private from us.
They want to intentionally makeit difficult to discover.
And I'm here to remind us alltoday, in the collective of

(16:14):
Humanityville, that just sittingfor five or ten minutes a day
in meditation can help clearaway those misunderstandings,
the cloudiness that the matrixconstantly tries to bring into
our world.
Because, oh my goodness, theydon't want us to see the light,

(16:37):
they don't want us to be strongas steel, they want us to be so
stayed on their programming, they want us to be so dependent
on their narrative, on theirprogramming, that we have no
time to get back in line withwho we are, and who we are is

(16:59):
love and light.
So we begin down the path, something wakes us up, we take
that red pill and if you'relucky, maybe you have found the
teachings of those like LoriLadd or Phil Good or Michael Del
Rocca or somebody Eckhart Tolle, louise Hay there's so, so, so,

(17:23):
so many people out there thathave talked about the awakening.
Dwayne Dyer Even.
You know, years ago it was JoniErikson Atada, who you know, is
paralyzed from the neck down andstill to this day, is used by
God to speak truth into ourlives.

(17:43):
So hopefully, you have foundsomebody in the early stages of
your awakening journey and youbegan to observe yourself.
You began to look reallyclosely at the things you do and
don't do, the things that lightyou up, the things that cause

(18:04):
you anxiety.
Do the things that light you up, the things that cause you
anxiety and, if you would like, you know, some days you wake up
and you're just not feeling it.
You're covered up with your oldself.
So that is a perfect day to goand sit before your remembrance
altar.
That's what I use my altar forto remind myself of the goodness

(18:27):
of God, to remind myself ofthat particular moment, years
and years ago, when Ayla, mygranddaughter, made the talking
stick for me that I still have, and she made it when she was
seven or eight.
She's 20 years old now.
Now, how can you tell me thatsomething so pure and so

(18:49):
encouraging, as that issomething that we should veer
away from.
Be very mindful of what voicesyou're listening to.
And as you sit before an altarof remembrance, or you sit
before the word of God or yousit before your journals, you
begin to unpack the you who'shidden inside.

(19:10):
You begin to see your patterns.
Oh, my goodness, since I was asyoung as I can remember, I can
remember being in grammar schooland having my first locking
diary.
Well, a diary is nothing morethan a journal, and it's taken

(19:34):
me 50 plus years to understandthe value of looking back at
your journals.
You know, once a year we shouldpull out one of those journals,
at least once a year I'mbeginning to do it once every
yin cycle the cycle where we gowithin Yang cycle is the active

(19:59):
cycle do, do, do.
We're getting things done.
And then you have six to eightweeks of the opposite, where
we're introspective, we'repondering what our next move is.
We're getting geared up for thenext movement stage in our life
, right.
And if you look back at yourjournals, you discover all these

(20:23):
patterns and you start to seewhere you're programmed.
And maybe the next stage isthen you go into the observer
stage and you're beginning tonotice your little, cool little
avatar, the mini you that looksjust like you and is about six

(20:44):
inches tall and kind of hangsout outside your body, within
your own emotional bubble oflove and light which everybody
has around them and you startlistening.
And when you get triggered, when you have that knee-jerk
reaction of anger or sadness ordepression or anxiety, you start

(21:07):
hearing the voice of thathigher self avatar saying oh,
what are you doing now?
Oh, you're spinning out in thisparticular area.
Well, let's pause and look atthis.
Are you reacting to that personor is it something deeper?

(21:29):
And so it goes.
We begin to develop more andmore awareness, and awareness is
the biggest dirty word of thematrix.
The matrix wants us to foreverlive with the colored lenses of
their narrative, not only acrossour eyes but our ears.

(21:53):
Everything, everything needs tobe covered up because if we get
a hold of the truth, they're inbig trouble.
Well, in closing today, I wantto remind you that the matrix is
in big trouble because we aregetting closer and closer to
that hundredth monkey conceptwhich, of course, says when

(22:17):
enough people have awakened, then the entire collective will
have a huge paradigm shift.
And we are so close to thatshift, people.
So give yourself a big old hugtoday.
Give yourself a big old hugtoday and remember that what you
do with today matters, which iswhat Cindy Trim taught us in

(22:41):
today's August 28th devotion incommanding your morning, and I,
just I love the beautifullessons that we learned from
each other and I want to closewith her powerful declaration

(23:03):
and prayer for us to enter thisThursday with grace, with nerves
of steel and with therecognition that, wherever we
are on this ascension journey,he's got us.
He's got us.
So I close with this Father, Ido not take today for granted.
Download fresh vision andpurpose into my spirit today, so

(23:24):
that I might take advantage ofevery opportunity you bring my
way.
Thank you that I have a freshanointing for the day ahead that
is uncontaminated anduncompromised.
By this anointing, every yokeis broken off my life and every
burden is lifted.
Woohoo, because your yoke iseasy and your burden is light,

(23:49):
and I declare that a new cycleof power and victory in my life
begins.
Right now I break free from thecares of yesterday and I will
not take on any worries abouttomorrow, for you have given me
grace that is sufficient foreach day in and of itself.

(24:10):
Your mercies are new everymorning and you clothe me with
newness of purpose as I waitupon you, humanity, wait upon
God.
He's the one that gives us ourmarching orders, he's the one
that guides and directs our pathto the next ascension level.
And, wherever you're at, hugyourself and remind yourself

(24:33):
just how courageous you are tolive on planet earth at such an
incredible shifting time ofawareness and consciousness.
And as you pray for yourselfand your own families, pray for
the collective body of Christ inHumanityville.

(24:54):
For the collective body ofChrist in Humanityville, because
whatever you go through, I gothrough, and whatever I go
through, you go through, Becausewe are all one and God guides
us all.
So I love you so much and hopethat today you will be filled
with peace.

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
