Speaker 1 (00:00):
When you look at a
baby, it's just that a body you
can look at and touch.
But the person who takes shapewithin is formed by something
(00:24):
that you can 3.6 out of themessage and I want to welcome
you back to Free To Just Be, thepodcast helping humanity to
courageously step out of oldpatterns and matrix programs and
embrace a brand new way ofbeing.
(00:44):
And I hope this finds you inthe greatest health today, with
vibrant energy, because you havechosen to accept full
responsibility for your body, mind and soul.
Here on Free To Just Be myself, teresa Marie, your ambassador
of Chi, will try to inspire youto truly be who you came here to
(01:08):
be authentic, free and alignedwith your highest potential.
So join me, won't you, on thistremendous, thought-provoking
Tuesday, on this transformativejourney we're all on to rewrite
our narratives and live lives ofpurpose and passion.
(01:29):
And I opened with a quote fromthe message version of the Bible
, because that is what reallyhit me today, as I began my day
hours ago.
I always begin reading fromcertain materials.
I have five or six books, andwhatever the Spirit leads me to
(01:52):
pick up is what I pick up.
And you know there are nocoinkydinks.
And it is amazing to me how, over and over again, god, our
creator, will align things up soperfectly.
Now you tell me how a booklet's see, let's see when it was
(02:13):
written.
A book written in, oh, let'ssee.
When was this written?
Oh, my goodness, 2014.
A devotion book written in 2014and a devotion book written in
1946.
(02:34):
How is it, humanityville, thatthese two books on the same date
, september 16th, can sayliterally the same thing?
Now, right away, I'm hearing oh, it's a coincidence.
No, there are no coinkidinks.
(02:55):
Everything has a purpose, and Iwant to make a case that, on
this ascension journey, thatwe're on this awakening journey,
that is the one thing that wereally need to do, and that is
to come back to the source of itall, the source of where we
(03:16):
began.
And, just like the analogy ofthe baby that I open with, we
don't know how our spirit isformed.
We can't see it and touch it.
It's just like songwriters havetalked about.
Well, you know, you can't graspthe wind, but you can feel it,
you know it's there.
And this journey I mean man, ohman has our creator given us
(03:43):
opportunity after opportunity inthe last week or so to really
look at our lives, hasn't he?
So I want to talk today aboutreturning to the source.
Laozi, which is another name forLaos too, had one of his famous
quotes in the Tao Te Ching thatsaid returning to the source is
(04:07):
serenity.
So I want to offer you my casefor the truth of that, because,
good God, do we all know that weneed some serenity here on the
planet, don't we?
Some serenity from all thetumultuousness, from all the
hate, from all the division, from all the bloodshed, from all
(04:29):
the violence?
Don't you want serenity?
Well, I don't profess to be aBible scholar, a spiritual
teacher.
I am just your regular, averageAmerican woman, and the only
(04:51):
thing I can offer to you today, humanityville, is my
experiential knowledge withSource.
I have been walking with Godfor over 40 years.
I've read many, many books,I've sat in many pews, I had a
whole 20-year run in thereligiosity programs, and I can
(05:17):
tell you that, not being aquote-unquote regular in a
church for over 18 years andthat's not to say that I've been
in many, many, many churches inthe last two years, many, and
not just Christian, you know,quote-unquote Christian Because,
you see, I am of the beliefthat my source, god is God over
(05:40):
everything.
God is God over everything, andit isn't one way or the highway.
And I personally believe.
For me it has never been abouta religion.
(06:01):
It wasn't Baptist, it wasn'tNazarene, it wasn't Catholic,
it's not Hindu, it's notnon-denominational.
Let's see what otherdenominations I visited.
Actually, one of the few that Ihaven't gone to is a Jewish
temple, and I'm saying that allto say that for me, it has never
(06:22):
been about an organizedreligion.
It has always been about arelationship with my creator.
You know, like birds returningto the nest, again and again
they come back to the source, because only there do they
realize that we literally hostthe creator.
(06:45):
And that's a quote by Guru SriSri Ravi Shankar.
Now, think about it.
Think about it.
There is nothing like returningto a place that remains
unchanged.
And why is that so good?
Because there you find the waysin which you yourself have been
(07:08):
altered, which is a quote byNelson Mandela.
And now I'm going to link thatwith this incredible ascension
journey that we're on, becausecould it be that the spirit man
inside us has been so covered up?
And could it be that, maybe, just like we had to learn how to
(07:31):
walk and eat and run and speakand all of those things
physically, which is theconcepts that Cindy Trim was
bringing to me this morning inher devotion book.
And yet we have forgotten allthe lessons that our spirit man
(07:53):
knows, and they're all coveredup.
What if, as Sarah Young said inanother devotion book the one
from 1946, that we were designedto live in union with God and
it doesn't negate who we are?
Oh, and here's the ascensiontip of the day, that
(08:16):
relationship actually makes youmore fully yourself, because you
see what is the world doing.
They are living independent ofGod and experiencing what
Dissatisfaction, emptiness.
You know the proverbial holethat has God's name in it, and
(08:38):
we look all around and we reachoutside of ourselves, when the
answer is finding fulfillmentright inside, close to your
creator, just like the birdskept going back to the mama bird
right.
And as Sarah Young the line thatreally got me today about the
(08:58):
ascension journey and herwriting it said though I now
this, of course, is God talking, though I may lead you along
paths that feel alien to you.
Do you feel alien in the worldtoday?
Do you feel like there's nolove in the world today?
Do you feel like everything hasgone topsy-turvy and there is
(09:22):
no end in sight and we're nevergoing to get out of this and
stop the world.
I want to get off.
Well, join the club.
But what if I were to tell youtoday that that is all part of
the ascension towards thestairway to heaven, like Led
Zeppelin sang about?
And yes, these paths feel aliento us because we are not used
(09:47):
to operating within ourspiritual realm and we're so
used to taking the control seatand we are so used to listening
to what everyone else says andwe have been tainted by the
propaganda and lied to and we'respinning on this matrix
(10:08):
merry-go-round, and inside isthat longing, just like the bird
, for that familiar place ofbliss.
And that is exactly how Goddesigned us to be.
And could it be Humanityvillethat the very tragic events, the
(10:29):
big one that got everybody'sattention, almost as big as 9-11
.
And it's interesting to me howI'm seeing some of the same
responses from back in 2001.
Back in 2001, it was thepatriotism that came out and
people helping people withoutquestion, without expectation of
(10:52):
anything in return.
And flags oh baby, the US flagwas everywhere and everybody was
standing proud and saying yes,I am one of them, was standing
proud and saying yes, I am oneof them.
Now, today, in light of theviolent acts and, like my former
pastor, I posted it.
(11:13):
I think yesterday or a couple ofdays ago, I had a preacher in
Florida whose church 1122 Ivisited I don't know a half a
dozen times and I'll be honest, there were 3,000 people in this
(11:37):
church and I felt very anonymousand I would go into that church
and I'd go all the way up andsit in the second row.
Why so?
I didn't have to look at thepeople.
I wanted to be close to theworship team, I wanted to be
close to having my ownexperience.
But I tell you what?
That Pastor Joby man, he wouldget my heart every time.
Now I don't begin to say that Iknow all the ins and outs of the
(12:00):
Bible, although I've read it injust about every version, and I
know a lot about Scripture, butthere are big thoughts that I
have and I've had for 40 years.
This looks like it was added, this looks like well, what about
this?
Where is Jesus in the Bible?
He's the star of the Bible, andwhere was he from age 12 to 33?
(12:22):
So see, there's all of thesethings that we can grapple about
and I don't want to go there, but I want to go to my place of
bliss, to who I always turn to,and sometimes it is not a
cakewalk.
As Holly Kenley says, sometimesGod will take you to places
(12:46):
that you don't want to go, iethe tragedies of recent weeks.
Why, well, holly Kenley said itperfectly Whatever issue that
you have, okay, so she says.
Returning to my betrayalenvironment was not a mistake.
It offered me the opportunityto root out internal invaders
(13:08):
and to remove their legacy.
Thank you, and to remove theirlegacy.
Thank you, holly.
I have a shirt that I wearfrequently that says it ran in
my family until it ran into me.
And I'm not talking about myblood family, although those
issues that I'm speaking of comedown into them too.
(13:31):
I was a big culprit in a lot ofwhat ran in my family.
Right, I'm talking about thefamily at large, the family of
human beings that we belong to,you and I.
Red, yellow, black and white,we all bleed red and we all
belong to the same human family,to the same human family, and
(13:59):
when we're taken to places thatwe don't want to be, like the
tragedy of last week, it forcesus to look at the hate, at the
violence, at the division.
And if you're wise, you take itback to the source.
And I'm sure many of us, eventhose that are not professing to
be Christ followers orspiritual, are saying what WTF?
(14:21):
What is it?
What is going on?
I do not understand.
And if you go back to thesource, your creator, god, he
gives you the opportunity totake that experience and reflect
on it, because every experiencewe go through is a reflection
(14:42):
of us.
And what did Holly say?
It's an opportunity to root outinternal invaders.
Do you think we have someinternal invaders in the world
today?
Humanityville?
I think so.
I think division has been bydesign.
I think programming is causingus to just forget about our body
(15:06):
.
We don't need our body, we justneed to do what we're told.
We're being controlled and wedon't even recognize it.
And these are opportunities forus to root out those invaders
and remove their legacy from ourbodies, from our family line,
(15:26):
from our communities, from theworld at large.
Do you think that God allowedthis horrible assassination just
to cause more division?
Well, there are those that aregoing to do that, but there are
millions that took to theirknees.
There are millions that havecontributed to that family and
(15:50):
to that organization, contributed to that family and
to that organization.
And these are the people thatrecognize that, this division,
this war, that they, the matrix, the controllers, the
governmental agents that arewanting full control of the
world.
You know we don't hear muchabout the new world order, but
(16:11):
mark my words they are still ontrack to take over our world.
So what will we do to root outour personal internal invaders?
And I know I have done it, justlike most of the world, and I
have attempted to liveindependently from God.
(16:31):
And I remember some specifictimes where I consciously chose
nope, I know what you're tellingme, god, but I'm not going to
do it.
One time I literally wassitting in my car and turned and
looked at the person temptingme and saw a literal demon
(16:52):
sitting in my car.
Oh yes, are you one of thosethat have seen the darkness?
It's not a pretty sight, folks.
It's not where we want to be.
We want to be going towards thelight, and the light and the
darkness.
We're right in the midst of it,right, and that tumultuousness
is continuing to go on and andthe only way out is going in.
(17:15):
I don't know what else to tellyou, you know, and in that
moment, even though I saw thatdemonic figure, I chose
erroneously and I walked awayfrom God and the moment I'd made
that decision it was literallylike cold darkness came over my
whole physical being.
I know it's just making my skincrawl right now.
(17:38):
I never want to do that again, ever.
And that is what a lot of theworld.
They are so full of themselves, they are so sure that they can
gain the whole world.
They can gain the whole worldand yet they're losing
(17:58):
everything in the process byfollowing these programs and not
beginning to wake up andrecognize that they've been lied
to.
So fulfillment to me, eventhrough.
I mean, you've listened to someof my podcasts.
I am, you know, the proverbialmess hosting a podcast.
I am the self-proclaimed JerrySpringer ringer lady.
(18:22):
I've done so many horriblethings in my life, but I can
tell you beyond the shadow of adoubt that I am so loved and I
am so cared for by my creatorand he is guiding me one step at
a time, sometimes one iota of asecond at a time, out of this
(18:47):
matrix programming, waking me upand bringing me home right back
inside to the love and lightthat I am, because we are all
sparks of the living God andhe's eternal.
He's not going anywhere.
So it just grabbed me today howawesome it is to walk with God
(19:10):
and his son Jesus, and to havethe Holy Spirit flowing through
my body and to teach ameditation in motion that allows
you to feel that spirit so muchmore profoundly.
Because they want to keep usseparate.
They don't want us to get backinto our body.
(19:32):
They don't want us to feel theenergy of the Holy Spirit and
the Creator flowing through ourbody.
Because it flows through ourbody, folks, and even our DNA
moves in that beautiful figureeight pattern.
You can literally feel hispresence in your body.
It's always been there, butwe've had it so covered up by
(19:59):
these programs.
And when we're in union withGod, we're complete.
And when you're close to him, more and more you become
transformed into the one thatyou were designed to be.
So if you were ever wanting anexit, a way to change the world,
(20:20):
change your world first.
Change your world first andremember that maybe we don't
know everything there is to knowabout our creator, maybe even
what we hear from the pulpitisn't 100% accurate, but it's a
start and you can begin thatrelationship today, because
(20:43):
returning to the source isabsolutely serenity and you know
I have, over the last four, four and a half years.
You really can just, with yourbreath, come back to that place
right inside your heart tosurrender.
Eckhart Tolle told us thatawareness of our inner body is
(21:06):
consciousness.
Remembering its origin andreturning to the source.
We need to awake and rememberhumanity.
Lao Tzu also said returning isthe movement of the way.
Do you know?
When Jesus was on the planet, his disciples and the people
that followed him were calledthe way.
(21:27):
And what is the Tao Te Ching?
It's the book of the way.
So, in closing, in the midst ofall this tumultuousness, don't
get discouraged.
Just go back inside.
Just imagine yourself like thebird and your nest is in your
heart and you're going to flyback in and you're going to say
(21:49):
just put your wings over me,please, and the divine mother
will hug you and point you rightback to God, your creator.
And I'm going to close with aquote by Lorna Jackie Wilson no
Relation to Me.
And she says life is a giftregarded as such.
I think that's what blew so manyof us away the complete
(22:14):
disregard for life.
How people can just so coldlyjust say, oh, you know, he got
what he deserved.
Really, would you feel that wayif it was your brother or your
father?
And some of us may, becausethat was all by design too the
division of the family.
And that's what really breaksmy heart, how we have allowed
(22:39):
our families to disintegrate, and a lot of it was because of
fault of our own.
But you see, the more you goinside, the more you begin to
recognize and track with thefact that we are not our past
and our future really isn'tdefined by our past.
And change is besides God.
(23:02):
Change is the only thing we cancount on.
God never changes.
We can count on that.
But we can also count on thefact that every single moment,
our cells are changing within usand we too are evolving.
And if you open your eyes andopen your heart and your spirit,
you might recognize that thesetragedies that are happening
(23:27):
over and over are opportunitiesfor us to view our own reactions
.
How have we reacted to this?
How do we react to politics?
How do we react to people ofother color?
How do we react to people ofother religions?
And if you stop pointingfingers and look at your own
(23:49):
self, you might recognize.
Oh wow, that's a pretty uglyresponse I'm having.
Maybe I don't want to be thatway going forward.
So, as Lorna Jackie Wilson says, life is a gift.
Regarded as such, return theblessing through each life you
touch.
That's how we can change theworld.
(24:10):
You know, it was beautiful tosee thousands of people gather
at these memorials, but whereare the people going to be next
week?
Are we going to be back in thesame track, sitting on Facebook,
gossiping and disregarding ourbrother that might need us, on
the road next to the car aswe're exiting the freeway?
(24:32):
Are we going to turn a blindeye to our family members who
mayhaps are also on the sametransformation journey that
you're on, and maybe they havechanged and you just will not
allow yourself to see thosechanges because, well, I'm going
(24:54):
to keep my boundaries up.
Well, we go back to what NelsonMandela said there's nothing
like returning to a place andthen you can see how you've been
altered.
Who in your family do you needto let off the hook humanity?
Who in your family maybe youneed to go visit and see if the
(25:16):
20 years that you left thembehind has changed them?
Maybe you were called to goback home to the family that
hurt you, so that you can be thelight and illuminate those
moments of hurt.
You see, the goal of harmonyand unity will never happen
(25:38):
unless we look at the garbageand, as Holly Kenley say, root
out the internal invaders, because they're all internal
invaders Programming falsebeliefs.
Did you ever stop and thinkthat maybe if you had a
conversation with the peoplethat you are divided with right
now, maybe you would discoverthat they have some of the same
(26:01):
pains that you have?
Maybe they're trying real hardto transform themselves and
maybe they need to be guidedback to their source.
But no, we just say no, I'm notgoing there again, right?
So to finish, lorna says everyseed planet springs forth new
(26:23):
birth.
Allow your bouquet to cover theearth.
It starts with you and I.
And if you're one of themillions listening today that
went to one of the memorials, Ididn't go to a physical memorial
.
My memorial was right in myheart.
As a mother, as a Grammy, Ican't imagine the pain that this
(26:46):
family's going through.
But let me tell you their light, their courage, their fortitude
, their desire to keep hislegacy alive has touched my
heart.
And while there may be divisionwithin my own family, within my
(27:08):
own family, and while Iliterally walked away from my
own siblings years ago andreally lost so much, so much
time, so much love, so muchsupport, and now watching my own
children do the same thing,it's heartbreaking.
And yet I am in control of noneof it.
The only thing I can do ischoose today who I will serve,
(27:30):
and for me and my husband inthis humble abode with our fur
babies, whether our kids visitus or not because they don't
like the way we believe or theway we think, we're going to
serve him and we're going tocontinue to ask him to take us
down the sometimes very awkwardand very uncomfortable paths so
(27:54):
that we too can choose to rootout our own personal internal
invaders and remove their legacy.
Because you know what folks?
Even if there is divisionwithin your own family, you can
be the chain breaker.
You can begin to sow seedswhich eventually will spring
(28:16):
forth into new birth, and that'show we will bring beautiful
bouquets of love and light tocover the planet.
So I'm thankful for the authorsof these books.
It spurs me on to pull out 40years worth of journals and
create my own book, and maybeit'll help people just like
(28:38):
these two gals did for me today, reminded me who my source is
and where serenity truly comesfrom.
And that is the truth.
The truth is, like it or not,we will never see unity until we
return to our source, ourcreator, god, and begin to love
like he did.
(28:58):
Remember even his own family, even his own hometown rejected
him.
Do you feel rejected, humanity?
Do you feel rejected by yourown family?
I feel that pain.
It's harsh.
But you know, every time I feelthe rejection from one of my own
children and I think to myselfmy own creation is rejecting me.
(29:22):
And then I stop and think howGod must feel, because, because
ultimately he created us allright.
If it wasn't for God, my sevenchildren wouldn't be on this
planet.
And so mayhaps the rejection ofmy own children, not all of
them and that's that hurt, thatdenial or that refusal to come
(29:49):
into family, community, forwhatever reason.
I know that all of us are goingthrough this process and I
remember those days when Ipointed my finger and said it
was all my family's fault, itwas my dad's fault, my mom let
it happen and my siblings didn'twant me around.
(30:10):
And I lived that lie for mostof my life and it was a lie.
Because, you see, I let thatmatrix divide us and now all I
can do is every day, prayagainst it and transform myself.
So, humanityville, let's makebouquets of love and light and
(30:33):
cover the earth.
I love you.
Have an awesome day.
